We were introduced to Ryan through our realtor; this is probably the first time I've left a 5-star review for somebody before they even finished the work: that's how awesome Ryan is.

What makes Ryan so great to work with is not just that he's incredibly knowledgeable and competent at his job -- shouldn't all professionals be? -- it's that he's unbelievably decent and goes out of his way to explain the work he needs to do; he suggests alternative, less expensive options; and he tries not to do work that he could easily teach us to do on our own, just to save us money.

The point is, working with Ryan feels less like working with a company's employee and more like working with a buddy.

But let's cut to the chase: what was the issue here?

Simply put, our entire water system at our new home in EDH was about to blow up; you know, minor detail. Our home's water pressure was a whopping 130psi, nearly double the 70psi recommended maximum.

Long story short, Ryan prioritized getting to our home immediately -- even though my wife and I are out of town -- and successfully repaired our damaged PRV and pipe before catastrophe struck. (It turns out it was just dumb luck it hadn't already failed!)

We also had a leaking kitchen sink pipe; Ryan could have easily gone in the house (we had a lock box) to repair it on the same trip, but he didn't want to get our house all muddy from his repair on the PRV, so instead he decided to go out of his way and return the next day.

Wow.

Net-net, Ryan's work ethic and expertise are second to none, but more than that, he's just an all around swell guy. Can't wait to work with him in the future -- in fact, we've already talked with him about helping us install some new faucets and (Ryan, I forgot to tell you this!) but also a kitchen sink and disposal unit, too); he has absolutely won the respect and trust of my wife and me for all our future plumbing needs.

I just had one of the best experiences in my life as a customer EVER!!! Yelp only allows me to give these guys 5 stars but I would honestly would give them 10 stars! Marc, the owner contacted me quickly and I told him my situation and within 2 hours he had Ryan out to replace my water heater. When Ryan arrived he told me it would take him an hour to complete the job and he completed the job in about 45 minutes! He made sure everything was working properly, he left everything clean and spotless and he just performed the work to the highest standards I have ever seen! I received the best deal, the best service and the quickest response! I recommend these guys to everyone! They have restored my faith in finding good guys who do good work! Marc is awesome! I can tell that he genuinely wants to help you and he does it at a fair price! I wish nothing but continued success for this guys!

My house just sold and inspector was coming today...and dontcha know, my toilet starts leaking. Talked to Rooter Guys at 8:00 am, he had a guy at my house at 9:00, and was all cleaned up by 10!!! Perfect job; and Ryan gets 10 stars for customer service and great attitude. Best experience I've had with a company in quite awhile!
