BEST PLUMBERS in this area. I would rate them 100 stars if I could.  They were prompt in coming to our house, they did the job efficiently, they were very polite and explained what they were doing, they were extremely neat and cleaned up after themselves. They did not do any extra work or create work that was not needed. They are also VERY CHEAP and REASONABLY PRICED.  The owner answers the phones and makes sure the work is done appropriately. This is what customer service should be like.  You can really trust these guys.

We had our hot water heater break down -- and called another plumbing company. After 3 days---they ended up telling us they could not get the parts for at least 5 days! So we called the Rooter Guys--they came out the same day -- and replaced our old hot water heater. Deric Ivy and Julina Miller were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to both of you! Hot water in that night! You don't know how good we have it until we lose it! Thanks again Deric!

These guys are amazing. We've used them for 2 plumbing jobs at our home and both times we have been impressed. They are upfront with costs, able to add you to schedule quickly, show up on time and are so friendly. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber from now on.

The most personable, hard working, efficient young man came out so quickly to replace our leaking (putting it mildly, it was gushing out of the top) water heater.
His name is Ryan. We've never had a better repair person come to our house.

We were introduced to Ryan through our realtor; this is probably the first time I've left a 5-star review for somebody before they even finished the work: that's how awesome Ryan is.

What makes Ryan so great to work with is not just that he's incredibly knowledgeable and competent at his job -- shouldn't all professionals be? -- it's that he's unbelievably decent and goes out of his way to explain the work he needs to do; he suggests alternative, less expensive options; and he tries not to do work that he could easily teach us to do on our own, just to save us money.

The point is, working with Ryan feels less like working with a company's employee and more like working with a buddy.

But let's cut to the chase: what was the issue here?

Simply put, our entire water system at our new home in EDH was about to blow up; you know, minor detail. Our home's water pressure was a whopping 130psi, nearly double the 70psi recommended maximum.

Long story short, Ryan prioritized getting to our home immediately -- even though my wife and I are out of town -- and successfully repaired our damaged PRV and pipe before catastrophe struck. (It turns out it was just dumb luck it hadn't already failed!)

We also had a leaking kitchen sink pipe; Ryan could have easily gone in the house (we had a lock box) to repair it on the same trip, but he didn't want to get our house all muddy from his repair on the PRV, so instead he decided to go out of his way and return the next day.

Wow.

Net-net, Ryan's work ethic and expertise are second to none, but more than that, he's just an all around swell guy. Can't wait to work with him in the future -- in fact, we've already talked with him about helping us install some new faucets and (Ryan, I forgot to tell you this!) but also a kitchen sink and disposal unit, too); he has absolutely won the respect and trust of my wife and me for all our future plumbing needs.
