We had a sudden and stressful issue when our water heater descaler broke and began leaking profusely. Late last night, Ben from The Rooter Company came out quickly--even though it was after hours--to assess the problem. While it was too late for a full repair, he provided a temporary fix that gave us peace of mind until the next morning.

What really impressed me was the pricing. Their quote came in over 45% lower than another company I had previously contacted. I truly appreciated the transparency and fairness.

This morning, Silvano arrived right on time and completed the service efficiently. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he also upgraded our water heater descaler to a ScaleRX, which adds long-term value and protection.

Jared was quick and responsive before he arrived. He found the issue very quickly and was clean on cutting into the drywall. He was up front on the cost and effort and fixed the issue same day. He was also extremely quiet and respectful since we both worked from home.

Pricing was in line with other companies, but the responsiveness and communication was so much better than what we got back from other plumbers, so well worth it to get it fixed right away.

Had a appointment today from 9-11am no show and no call back. Sent them a message and some lady called me back to schedule a new appointment but she said she was going to call me back in 5 with a new appointment for today. Been about another hr with no call back. Be careful with this company. Wasted half a day already.

Just had a great experience with the Rooter Company and I had to share. I spoke with Luke MacCarthy. He was super friendly and easy to deal with. He scheduled me quickly, showed up right on time (which is rare these days), and got straight to work.

Luke was awesome. He really knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything without talking over my head. He unclogged our kitchen sink and even checked out a couple of other things while he was here, just to be thorough.

Pricing was fair, no surprise charges, and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. It's clear they actually care about their work and their customers.

If you need a plumber you can trust, definitely give the Rooter Company a call and ask for Luke. I'll be using them again since they are local and do awesome work.

Highly recommend, these experienced professionals. What we originally thought was just a small backup from our kitchen. Turned out old pipes don't last forever. They were able to find the source of the problem and with expertise, get a plan in place to get our issue fixed before a bigger issue arises.

My washing machine fill valve broke off at 4:30 pm and I had to shut off all the water to the house. I called several large plumbing companies and they all had no technicians available until the next day. I placed a request on Yelp and Chris responded within minutes. They had a technician at the house by 7:30 and got the problem fixed immediately. Jahson was friendly, professional and fix a great job. Would definitely use them again.
