When flushing, toilet doesn't completely empty bowl. Ryan S and Devin arrived at the property and quickly diagnosed the issue as the toilet itself and explained to me his thought process. Due to the space limitations of the area, a low profile toilet was needed to which Ryan arranged to get delivered and both Ryan/Devin installed same day. They were both extremely professional, and CLEAN, even wearing booties in the house to not track debris on to the wood flooring and cleaning the workarea. They used a camera to further inspect the drain to which there are other issues that still need to be addressed. Pending circumstances beyond Ryan's control, this is a ""work-in-progress"" for now. I did notice the toilet replacement labor price (less the toilet cost) appeared quite a bit more than the ""toilet replacement"" price ($250 per toilet installation) as indicated of the Yelp page, which was indicated only 30 days ago, although the job was well done . Call the family oriented ""The Rooter Company"" for all your plumbing needs for sure

Had a great experience with the Rooter Company. We had a complicated shower drain issue. The first plumbing company we called spent hours trying to resolve the issue and was unsuccessful. Their solution was to open the walls up and try and find where the issue was. This prompted us to call a second plumber and we are so glad we called the rooter company. Tristan came out and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He realized the complexity of the issue and came back with specialized equipment along with Luke and Valentino. Within 30 minutes the three of them were able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it with minimal effort. To say we were thrilled with their level of expertise and professionalism is an understatement. Highly recommend them!

I called the Rooter Company to come inspect my ancient plumbing on my house. Nothing was draining properly, all drain and sewer lines were over 60 years old and in need of replacement. Ryan and Ezra came to the rescue. Within a day and a half they replaced all my crumbling drain lines , and permalined my sewer line. The pricing was comparable to other companies, but the quality, and attention to detail from Ryan and Ezra's team, was far better than any company I have dealt with in the past.
