I had a mainline sleeve added by another nationwide plumber around a year back and my bathroom began backing up again. I called the plumber that did the sleeve and they gave me the run around and hestitated doing the warranty. Fearing that they were covering they're tracks, I called The Rooter Company and they sent their boys out.

It turns out, the original plumber did not completely remove all of the material from the opening of the auxiliary line and it was causing the back up. They were very forthcoming and explained everything in detail, exactly the opposite of the other nationwide company. The Rooter Company got everything fixed and its working great now. I highly reccomend The Rooter Company!

Contacted the Rooter Company because we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Gilbert came out promptly and provided all the information that I needed on how to fix it. As someone with no plumbing knowledge, he explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Phillip then came and was the main technician who helped epoxy the drain lines in the bathroom. They were super quick only taking less than 2 days (first day to prep, second to epoxy the lines and fix the drywall). He even checked my other pipes and told me what maintenance I would need for them (eventually). Phillip took the time to explain everything very clearly.

As soon as they left, I called Phillip back 30 minutes later because I noticed water on the wood floors downstairs (separate issue). He came right away and checked around. Unable to figure out the source, he called a leak detection company to come out two days later to figure out the issue. Phillip also called a restoration company to come out and work with me. The restoration guy came that same night and even helped set up a dehumidifier to help dry up the affected floors and drywall.

When it rains, it pours, but I am so grateful for the Rooter Company because I was freaking out and stressed when I saw water on the wood floors. Phillip basically called his people and helped me handle everything. Gilbert even called and messaged me throughout to check in on me. Phillip and Gilbert truly provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and I am so grateful for them.

Called them out for a clogged shower drain. They came out the same day for a very reasonable price, sent 2 super nice and knowledgeable technicians out, and successfully fixed the issue in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best!

I originally filed a claim with my home warranty to fix my bathroom sink.

2 visits later the service they sent let me know my vessel faucet needed to be replaced and the warranty only covers standard parts.

I ended up getting $55 to cover parts and installation from the home warranty which doesn't cover even an hour of labor.

Getting their plumbing service back on the schedule took forever.

I found The Rooter company in Yelp and they did not disappoint.

They had Phil here the next day to confirm the repairs and 2 days later I was back up and running.

I highly recommend & thanks again to Phil for helping me out on short notice .

We had no water to our house when the 60 year old valve that supplies water to our house stopped working. It was past normal working hours, but the Rooter Company came out so quickly and got the job done from the time i called them at 7pm and they had the water up and running by 11pm. Luke and Gilbert helped us out and they were both so quick, efficient, and professional! They didn't charge us until after the job was done too. They definitely saved the day and we are so appreciative!
