I met Ben while they, the Rooter Company, were working on an emergency repair to my neighbors sewer. Given that circumstance, I asked Ben to also evaluate the condition of my sewer as a preventive measure for any potential blockages.

Ben was very responsive and professional and scheduled the evaluation the following week.

The video evaluation and excavation revealed a number of concerns that needed attention. Ben and Gilbert gave us a number of options for repair, including an option to repair only the most immediate concern to the most cost effective solution to repair all the areas of concern. Gilbert gave us time to decide and did not pressure us in any way. We chose to proceed with the latter option.

Ben, Rich and Ryan began work immediately and were very professional in their approach to ensure work to our satisfaction. They were also communicative and made us feel that were in good hands! I highly recommend the Rooter Company. Thank you Ben, Gilbert, Richard and Ryan!

I messaged them on Yelp about getting a quote for my issue. They scheduled Silvano to come same day. Silvano was on time, friendly, and transparent. He offered different solutions to match what worked for me, and actually was trying to properly diagnose instead of squeeze cash for doing nothing.

A little late in posting, but Silvano and Isaiah stopped by and helped fix our sink (on 3/10/25). They also helped with a problem we were having with our sprinklers outside, helping us save water usage. Very friendly and professional. They've helped us twice, and hope to continue to work with them in future projects!
