I had a non-emergency issue with my shower and requested a plumber on Yelp. The Rooter Co. responded right away with specific information about my job. I reached out and they send out an excellent plumber Tristen who knew exactly what he was doing and took care of everything in a professional and efficient way. Tristen and his crew were clean, respectful which my wife and I seriously appreciated. We had them out to install new toilet. Installed by Luke. He did not install corrected per Tristan who came out twice because toilet had a rocking motion.. Company never corrected the problem so now I'm using a different company to fix their mistakes.

We are so happy we found The Rooter Company. My mother needed a plumber to come out due to her laundry area flooding. The girl who answered her call, Rhiana, was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable on the issue she was having. She got my mom scheduled and sent Ryan and the crew out. My oh my, they did an amazing job. Completely fixed the issue and saved the day. We appreciate how clean, and respectful the guys were. From the start with Rhiana, to the end with Ryan, no complaints. 5 stars and will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

My sewer line was found to have been compromised with tree roots and needed a liner. Mark came out on time to evaluate the sewer line and gave me a quote. It was reasonable. He explained how the liner would be installed and explained the process. They came out the following day and knocked it out in 4 hours. What I liked was the fact that they were on time and had a crew of 4 working on my sewer line. These guys don't mess around. Their equipment and the liner appeared to be top-notch. I definitely would recommend them. Everything was upfront and they looked like a good group that enjoyed what they do!

This is an update to my original review.
Mark came out personally early in the morning to make sure my tub would drain since others who've tried failed.
Mark went above and beyond. I can tell he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and for that I will be a long time customer with them.
I highly recommend them if you're having plumbing issues. All the workers are polite and courteous.
This is a well deserved 5 star . Thank you guys and thanks Mark for fixing the tub.
