We had no water to our house when the 60 year old valve that supplies water to our house stopped working. It was past normal working hours, but the Rooter Company came out so quickly and got the job done from the time i called them at 7pm and they had the water up and running by 11pm. Luke and Gilbert helped us out and they were both so quick, efficient, and professional! They didn't charge us until after the job was done too. They definitely saved the day and we are so appreciative!

First time using these folks. Needed help on short notice with leaking valve behind the refridgerator. Called and they came out in about 2 hours....fixed the problem quickly and cleanly. Technician Tristyn Harris was awesome. Would definitely recommend them and I'll use them again next time I have a need.

Philip Ordonez of the Rooter Company was prompt, courteous and professional. He went in and diagnosed the problem with the clogged toilet right away and solved the problem much to our relief. Requested to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Ryan came over from the company, explained what the job entails. He was meticulous and very professional (- wore shoe covers prior to entering the house; don't see that very often); very pleasant individual. Will definitely consider this company for any plumbing services. For value, don't have a clue but I know plumbing services aren't cheap. I think what matters is I was satisfied with the service rendered.

With a recent newborn, having a slow draining kitchen sink was a nightmare! I desperately needed help with unclogging! Rooter company came out the next day and provided incredible support! And most
Importantly a fix! I was offered either a snake clean or a hydro jet on top, I opted in the hydrojet cleaning as they offer a 1 year warrantee on top. The job was more difficult than expected as a cast pipe was installed in between 2 PCB for the main outlet, this caused some trouble opening up the cap. Cutting through the wall and Installing a new outlet pipe was required. The cost definitely piled up unexpectedly more than I would want, but Ryan and Devin were both troopers and put in the extra effort/time on the job! Ultimately in the end, water is draining quick!

While we didn't end up going with The Rooter Company, Jahson was an amazing representative of his team. He was incredibly communicative and always available to answer all of our questions along the way. I would highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs!
