The Rooter Company came out to address some dripping coming from above my shower. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I feared the worst and thought it could be a leak from a pipe behind the drywall. Several other contractors put in bids, and some indicated they would need to cut into the drywall to adequately diagnose. When Danny arrived, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He began by outlining what might need to be done and addressed the steps needed to prevent possible release of mold toxins if the drywall were to be cut into. He also gave options that might include home owners insurance coverage to allay any fears. But before any major repairs commenced he relied on his experience and understanding of piping architecture to aptly identify an unexpected cause for the dripping, which was a spraying fixture. He quickly took steps to replace the offending fixture which eliminated any further spraying. I was pleasantly surprised as the fair cost for the services. There are a lot of choices for plumbing services, but I feel good about getting quality work done, at an honest price, while supporting a small business. I give The Rooter Company a hearty recommendation.

I called out 5 different companies for a rotten smell in my house when I ran the A/C. I called 2 different AC companies, a plumbing company, and some bio environmental company to test. Nobody could figure it out. I eventually called out The Rooter Company. Lukas and Ryan came out and solved the problem immediately. An uncapped vent from a job that we did 15 years prior was the problem. We can gladly run our AC and heater without the smell. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars on other companies over the years, the Rooter company came and charged me less than every other company AND solved the problem.

These guys were great. I had 4 companies come out and give me estimates to replace my water main and they were the lowest. They gave me the price right on the spot, without any hesitation and I hired them for the job. Brad and others came out the next morning and trenched a whole 75 feet, installed my water main and had me back up and running within a few hours.

My mainline was clogged with roots, causing a very unpleasant backup in my house. The Rooter Company came out quickly and hydro-jetted the line, but Chris warned me that their video inspection revealed a few large breaks in the line and I ought to consider relining while it was still an option. I knew the line was in trouble from prior rooting service jobs so I knew they were on the up-and-up. The owner Mark was able to work with me on a price I could afford, which was very much appreciated since these are not the typical expenses families budget for in their finances. Lukas and his team came out and worked all day, and even successfully took care of another driveway drainage problem that no other plumber had been able to fix. To top it off they sent out an excellent concrete man (Enrique) to beautifully patch up the saw-cut access hole they made to access the line. I highly recommend these guys!

After AHS sent us Abe's, a total scam home warranty company we were in trouble. I called this company based off of their reviews. They said they'd be out in morning. Mark actually called me back to make sure we had part of the house working incase we needed them ASAP.

They did a whole lot of work that was beyond a retirement budget. I told Chris and he was more than fair working with us. This crew, and there were a lot of guys here for two days, were professional, friendly and courteous. The job seems right and I'd definitely use them again. Just hope it's not soon cause plumbing work isn't fun.

Gave the most affordable out of the 5 different companies i got a quote from, and Mark was very responsive during our exchange of messages. On the day of service, Lukas did a great job of snaking our clogged laundry drain

After the service, they even charged us a lesser price than the original quote!
