Our tankless water heater died suddenly after 16 years. The Right Guys did a great job fixing our Takagi tankless water heater (they replaced the 2004 model computer board for $640 -- instead of replacing the entire unit for 10x as much). They also fixed an expensive leaky brass faucet for $225 after another professional plumber could not fix it. They are very reliable, courteous, and professional!! Thank you so much!

Mitch picked up and was able to book us a appointment the same day really fast service was able to get a hot water tank fixed really good communication and also was able to make the repairs so that our family can take hot showers again
From start to finish we really enjoyed our experience with the right guys plumbing will use them in the future if we have other needs also will tell her friends that they are very great

I was able to make an appointment is a few hours. Only charged the visit fee after cleaning up the water heater system instead of trying to charge for parts/labor that were not needed.

I hired Mitch to repair shower faucet. I needed the toilet fixed from flooding too. He said a little busy now (Nov.), and requested he call back when free. I called a couple of weeks later. He said still busy and would be out to my house the week after next. He didn't come out or call back. I called again and left message. Waited a couple weeks and no call back. I called again and message said out for holidays and be back Jan 4th. I called back Jan. 5th and no answer. I called back Jan. 12th and said they are terrible at service.

These are the Right Guys, their the WRONG GUYS. For someone that says I will be out to fix after next job, since he said he was busy right now, is wrong. His work cannot be trusted. Politeness doesn't cut it, do what you say you were going to do! Mitch, you suck!

After getting some quotes to replace a sweat on hose bibb with a threaded one, I decided to go with Mitch and The Right Guys Plumbing. I'm so glad that I did. I have another local plumber that I use on occasion, but I think I'm going to have to go with Mitch in the future. His quote was reasonable and service was fantastic.

He walked me through the process and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Mitch was great! Very honest, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was thorough and efficient. He got my water heater running back to normal within an hour and didn't deviate from the quote he gave me. Straight forward pricing and even better service!

I am writing this review less than a half an hour after Mitch just left. I have only written a few reviews, but feel compelled to promote the business of someone I had such a positive experience with.

tl:dr - Inexpensive, comprehesive, informative, friendly, quick, thorough service for my tankless water heater. I will definitely be calling him for my tankless unit needs.

Two years ago, We purchased a house that has a Rinnai tankless water heater. Since it was already installed when we moved in, I wasn't sure when or if it had been serviced/descaled. I figured I would get it serviced and get an idea of the state of things. I went to the Rinnai website to look for authorized servicers in the area and started down the list inquiring on prices.

The first was a larger plumbing company whose dispatcher had to look into whether they even provided service to tankless units (which was definitely concerning as I found them on the Rinnai site) and their price was pretty expensive (especially if annual service was going to be needed). I kept going down the list with varying prices but nothing that felt reasonable for general maintenance when there wasn't even an issue with the unit.

When I got to the 4th or 5th listing The Right Guys Plumbing I was expecting a similar price but he quoted me at HALF the price of some of the other listings and said he almost exclusively works on tankless water heaters. He was also available to come out the very next morning. While on the phone I quickly went to yelp to confirm and saw a) all positive reviews b) clear indication that working on tankless heaters was his expertise. I scheduled the appointment for 10 am the next day.

When Mitch came out he had a smile and was incredibly friendly. He came in setup the pump and started the descaling process (which took about a half an hour). I was curious about how that process worked, what he did during the service, and how to know in the future if things need to be serviced. He proceeded to explain to me about how the units work and general way to know when they need to be cleaned etc. He also did a quick water hardness test to help me better determine how frequent servicing may be necessary (probably only every 2-3 years in my case). It was clear to me and I appreciated his time.

While he was working he noticed that I had a flex pipe for the gas that was smaller than the rated minimums (the pipe had the tag with the ratings on it, so I could easily confirm what he said). He said he had the means to test it and he also had the pipe to replace it. When he brought in the device and tested, it turns out it did maintain the minimum ratings required so he said no replacement was necessary. I appreciate that he noticed a possible issue and then had no interest in trying to upsell me on something that wasn't necessary.

During the descaling we also talked about our cats and our new baby etc. He was very pleasant to talk to.

All in all, Mitch provided excellent service with clear explanations and awesome pricing. I plan to have our unit serviced by him for as long as he is willing and always appreciate people that are great at what they do and great people to boot.

Simply Put... the BEST of the BEST. In a sea of flaky no show do it half a$$ trade-people, Mitch is a cut above. He was always on time or early. His pricing is fair and competitive. His workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. He is polite and knowledgeable. He leaves the space tidy and cared for as if it is his own home. He's fast, thorough and efficient.
