The hot water in our home took 5 minutes to get hot. We have been capturing excess water in buckets for years and using cold water for most things. Mitch put in a pump and recirculating pipes for our tankless water heater. We flip a switch and get hot water in seconds! It was worth every penny! We also had him help a friend who was told her tankless water heater needed replacement for thousands of dollars. Mitch fixed it for around $200. He's a great guy that does quality work.

I hired Mitch to pre-emptively replace a very very old tankless water heater. I asked about replacing a gas with an electric. He clearly explained options to me for type of heater, and ways to install in my space. I was very happy with his explanations, as he is friendly and seems to know his business.

The installation went well. We had a minor glitch with the inspection, that Mitch corrected the very same day.

I hope he expands his business into more general plumbing so I can hire him for that!

2 years ago The Right Guys installed a hot water tank for me. Mitch corrected several issues that the original home builder left behind and did not charge anything extra.

Now after only 2 years it was not getting hot. I called Mitch and he came by after his last call. He found the thermo coupler was lose. He tightened it and now I have how water.

We called The Right Guys after reading researcing and reading all the postive reviews. Mitch did not disappoint. I would give him 6 stars if I could. He was prompt to respond, showed up on time very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and is extremely well versed in all aspects of Tankless systems. Mitch installed a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless unit for us NaviCirc thermal cross over valve. He also descaled our older Noritz unit and he also corrected a slight vibration issue we were having with our Noritz by adjusting the gas pressure with his gas manometer. As per the name of his company, he does things the right way. He is very thorough and detailed in his approach and willing to educate the homeowner. We highly recommend him. Thanks Mitch!!

Our water heater went south yesterday. I found out there was a recall on it and called the company handling the recall. The first two companies on their list blew me off. Today I called The Right Guys, and they definitely are the right guys.

He was able to get here a few hours ahead of his estimated arrival time, repaired the water heater, and give me some safety and maintenance tips. We have HOT water again and happily recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Mitch (Right Guys Plumbing). He patiently explained the workings of my particular (older Noritz) tankless water heater. The unit was working but making noise and I figured it was time to replace it. Over the last five years I've had at least three companies look at it and they immediately offered a replacement with little to no knowledge of the unit. Mitch stated that it was old but that since it was still working well why not replace the servo valve which was making the additional noise and buy myself more time before outright replacement. To quote another review ""who does that""? Mitch does, that's who! He also told me he'd check with others in his field to see if anyone had stainless steel vent pipe from a previous tear out since mine was degraded. He found one and installed it shortly thereafter. This guy is awesome and I will definitely trust him to replace my tankless when it's ready.

I really don't even know where to begin, this guy Mitch is a joke! Our circa 1987 water heater finally gave up on a Saturday night, and since we had planned on upgrading to a tankless system, I used Sunday to do some research. I narrowed my search down to The Right Guys Plumbing because of nothing but 5 star reviews, and they specialize installing Navien tankless systems. I gave Mitch a call early Monday morning and let him know what I was looking for, and wouldn't you know it, he was completely booked for about 2 weeks out. Wonderful. Looks like I'm boiling shower water for a couple weeks. He says he understands my difficult situation and tells me ""let me see what I can do"". Yeah right, I've heard that before. What happens next is where things really get crazy. Mitch calls me back a few hours later and asks if I'm going to be home because he wants to swing by and see what is going on. I say sure and await his arrival. Mitch then shows up with a practically brand new water heater that he was able to grab from one of his remodel jobs and hooks it up free of charge so that my family and I will at least have hot water until he's able to install the tankless system!!! I mean, WHO DOES THAT?!?! So now the wait is on for the tankless system, but instead of 2 weeks, Mitch calls back and tells me he can squeeze me in his schedule in 2 DAYS!!! Again, WHO DOES THAT?!?! An absolute professional businessman that runs an absolute professional business, that's who!!! Long story long, Mitch came out and installed the tankless Navien system with zero issues at more than a fair price considering everything that was done! An absolute pleasure to talk and joke with throughout the entire process, and he made sure every question and concern was immediately answered and dealt with, no matter how small or dumb on my behalf!!! Please please please look no further when you stumble upon The Right Guys Plumbing, I GUARANTEEEEE you will not find anybody better!!

Mitch was absolutely wonderful. His communication skills are excellent and he's someone anybody can trust. We'd got an estimate on replacing a water heater from one other company before getting in touch with Mitch and in comparison to the company, Mitch is far surpassed in every aspect of what he offered to us. Called Mitch today about our tankless water heater that was showing an error code. Mitch offered some advice over the phone about items that we could check to remedy the problem and they worked. He was very knowledgeable and patient. It turned out that the water filter was clogged due to some other plumbing work that had been done recently at our house. He could have easily come out to the house and charged us a trip charge. He has become our go to person for heater repairs. I wish more service and repair people were like Mitch.
