Just spoke with them. Really knowledgeable tech. I have explained the issue with my Bosch tankless water heater. They knew what I am talking about and had the parts in stock to fix it when they come. Now my tankless works again and I am so happy I have used The right guys to fix my water heater. They showed up on time and knew how repair it.If you have any issues with your tankless water heater ,definitely give them a call and don't waste your time with another incompetent companies.

I needed service for my Noritz water heater and had seen this companies truck parked near my house on Marcasel. Not knowing who else to call, and seeing they were neighbors I took a chance and called. Boy, was I glad I did. The technician ( plumber) who called on me was super nice and very thorough. He cleaned and descaled the unit, restored it to perfect condition. My plumbing was vibrating, and the plumber ( sorry I forgot his name) spent over an hour with no extra charge to see what was causing it . Everything's been working perfectly, and though I've never left a review in Yelp before I was so impressed with their thorough, courteous and reasonably priced service that I must give them a shout out!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Mitch of the Right Guys Plumbing is (was?) back in LA. He promptly contacted me, apologized for being out of the country for business reasons - we set up an appointment, and he came (right on time) to service my Rinnai tankless water heater.
A great guy, great service, clean, professional, polite, and very knowledgable about the product. Call him.

He installed our Rheem tankless heater in one day. Removed the old tank and installed the electrical, rerouted the existing plumbing and gas line. Been in real estate sale for over 30 year and found a true tradesman who care more about the job than the $.

I've used The Right Guys Plumbing for our whole house repipe and bathroom remodel. They were prompt, deliver as promised ,worked fast and efficient. They have relocated the water heater outside and installed tankless water heater. Repipe went smooth with AquaPEX pipe. The tankless that we chose came with pump and now we have instant hot water. So happy we found The Right Guys-mid price ranged, very professional and polite. If repipe, water heater or bathroom remodel is needed I'd strongly recommend!
