Quit jackin' around and just call Right Guys. Our water heater was seeping, and all online resources told me yup, about to go south, so new one must be had. I saw Right Guys yelp review, was skeptical of course, but noticed their extensive experience with water heaters. Professional as can be, definitely exceeded expectations. Returned phone calls and emails promptly, got me quotes on 3 solutions, explained the pros and cons of each. We went w/the priciest tank-less +heat pump option and were very pleased. The installation is clean and professional, not at all klugey. He improved the gas lines as needed, told us how to submit the rebate info, etc. Plus, his bill was $600 less than the quote! When does that happen?! NEVER. Attention all business owners: under-promise and over-deliver, you'll be very successful.

Such a great experience with this company! I had my water heater out and was in great need for new one. I was looking for a water heater installation company and found The Right Guys plumbing with great reviews. I Gave them a call and they were able to send a technician within 2 hours. He came and inspected my water heater and showed me that the water heater was leaking and I needed a new water heater installation. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to do the installation right a way. Now I have brand new water heater installed and the hot water back on. Thank you very much for your prompt respond and great service. You did a great job!

I was impressed the first time that Mitch worked on the tankless water heater at our new house. That time was to descale it. He just seemed like such a good guy and really knew his stuff. So when we were suddenly left without hot water the other night, I called him at 7am the next morning...he was at our door by 7:30am...and fixed the issue within 15 minutes so that I could leave for work by 8am. Don't waste your time looking for another guy (or gal), Mitch at The Right Guys Plumbing is your new (tankless water heater) plumber.

Ok. I have to be honest that I am a complete ignorant about plumbing, pipes, heaters and all that stuff...
I am realizing that people like me easily could become victims of any kind dishonest contractors and we will pay for shitty work without hesitation.
Although I can tell you that I am an expert about professionalism and hospitality.
The owner of that company(Mitch) took the problem of my house very seriously.
I am impressed by his knowledge and skills.
The problem was fixed on a very reasonable price.

God forbid to have another heater problem, but if I do, definitely I will call Mitch.

For all of you just an advice:
Be very careful who you will let in your own house to do any repair !
Trust contractors with knowledge, dignity and full professionalism.
Contractors like Mitch and The Right Guys Plumbing !

Mitch is really the Right Guy! He came out on a Saturday within an hour and charged a reasonable rate for the weekend. I recommend Mitch to anyone who has Tankless water heater issues. He is very knowledgeable and saved me money, when Ritz Plumbing has suggested to install a new one possibly costing me thousands of dollars. Mitch is a smart, hard working and honest man! I manage apartment buildings and was having problems with a tankless water heater. It was a long weekend and I needed someone competent and capable to come in immediately, so I went to Nortiz's website and found a few local service providers. I called the 1st and no answer, the 2nd company went directly into voicemail, 3rd I called The Right Guys Plumbing, they answered immediately, walked me through a few steps and on the phone told me the possible problems. The tech sounded competent so I called him in. He showed up in a professional truck and was on time. He diagnosed the unit and within a few minutes told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a price to fix it. His price seemed reasonable so I asked him to repair it.
To my surprise he had all the parts in his truck, fixed the unit and and all the tenants were happy. He further explained to me how the system works and how I can extend the life of my water heater. I asked him if he took credit cards and he was ready to swipe with his iphone... charged and was reasonable. Needless to say, I was very impressed and have put him on top of my plumbing contractors :)

It was a great experience to have my old broken water heater replaced with new tankless water heater by The Right Guys. I called and they sent a rep for free estimate who did a water hardness test and explained the importance to have water softening system. The price they offered was very good too. The removal of the old boiler and the tankless water heater installation was so quick and professional.
I highly recommend their service to every one. Very good company, great service.
