I can't thank you enough for your personal visit to my home soon after I contacted your company after disaster struck at my residence - with burst galvanized pipes.
As well, your team of professional men who converged at my residence on the scheduled day to do the necessary repiping work, were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to watch
as they milled around like "ants at a picnic". None of the guys stopped their work - until they were finished. I can't say enough about their efficiency and dedication to getting everything right.
In addition, Nestor and his father were second to none - when it came to their part in doing all the repair work with the sheetrock, texture and the matching the paint color.
In-as-much as this was not a planned event - I appreciate the fact that your company was there - and that the work was done correctly.

Exceptional Service. These guys were so professional, thorough and clean. One guy even swept the kitchen after they were finished. I now have amazing water pressure and no more brown ice cubes. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs their whole house re-piped. They didn't leave until they walked around with me to check that everything that was working. Great guys. Awesome work. The next day they sent out some contractors to repair the holes and the guys from "The Broke Co" did such an amazing job matching the paint and texture I can't even point out where the holes were. They are so good they need to change their name from The Broke company to The Rich Company because with work like that they should be rolling in the cash. :0) The RePipe Company coupled up with the right drywall team that's for sure.

The Repipe Company recently repiped our home with Pex, installed a water heater, 2 toilets, and a new shower valve.

I am completely satisfied with the way this company does business. Carlos, the owner, was upfront and helpful in building a quote and getting us scheduled. The office was always friendly and courteous talking us through scheduling and billing.

Richard was plumber that did our work, with his helper Joey, and they did a great job. They were busy, sweaty, and working long hours, but took time to talk through any questions we had, immediately notified us of any changes or issues that came up, and worked with us to find solutions. The first day they told us their aim was for us to forget they had even been there when they left that night, and they hit the mark. It was a messy job, but they cleaned up behind themselves and worked with us, making it easier to live through the 3 day job with 3 kids under 5.

There were two minor mistakes, which is impressive by itself considering the scope of the job, but the most impressive was the way the Repipe Company handled it. From the Richard, to Carlos, to the office, to the recommended contractors (RSFM electrical and Rios Restoration). Everyone was professional, helpful, and 100% committed to making sure we got back on track and the job was successful.

I hope we won't need them again, but if we do, I will absolutely call Carlos and his team again.

We have a newborn baby at home and had many leaks underneath our pier and beam home. I called plumbers and repipe companies that day for help. Carlos called back and came to our home that evening at 7:30 and offered us advice. I got a quote from another repipe co. without them even seeing the home but Carlos wanted to make sure he knew our situation before providing pricing. He worked us in the schedule ASAP since we were without water. Monday morning his team showed up ready to work! They got us running water that day and the wall repair team was done by noon the following day. I hired theses guys because we liked the fact Carlos came to our home and did everything he could to help. His crew was very professional and cleaned up very well! We just finished a two-story repipe with Carlos and his team. We are very impressed with the quality of the work, the customer service, the attention to detail, and the high standards which everyone strives for. Our plumber, Richard, was courteous and methodical. Nestor and Juan Felix who did the sheetrock worked magic to make the holes just disappear. Robin and Angie in the office were communicative and helped answer all our questions. We have seen a noticeable increase in water pressure and the hot water gets to our faucets much faster. My only criticism is that the time estimates were off, both in terms of arrival times and how long the job would take. We got 4 bids to repipe the house and The Repipe Company was undoubtedly the most comprehensive product for the best price. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends and would use them again if necessary.

Just to pass on some wisdom - if you have young children (which we do, 3 years and 1 year), you may want to consider staying elsewhere while the work is going on. There will be loud noises of sawing and drilling, dropcloths on the ground, bits of sheetrock everywhere and exposed holes in walls where curious 3-year-olds can stick hands or drop toys.

Just for planning purposes - this was really a 5-day job for us. Day one was cutting holes and getting the PEX in place. Day two was connecting the new pipes and the water had to be cut off. Day three was bracing sheetrock into place, taping and floating. Day 4 was texture. Day 5 was paint. Maybe some houses can be done faster but that was the schedule for us. Good luck!

We recently had our entire house repiped, after a very bad leak, and The Repipe Company did an excellent job. Our water pressure is so much better.
The Repipe crew work very hard to make certain that the job is done to your complete satisfaction. They really do go the extra mile! The disruption to my day was minimal while they worked. Additionally, their drywall and repaint person was outstanding. There is absolutely now evidence of repair. I say two thumbs up for a job well done.

Great job from start to finish. Carl's came out the same day I called. They started the work the next day. The crew was very careful to only open the smallest amount of wall to work. And the sheet rocker Nelson was awesome. We can't see any of the work. We can't even remember where they cut the holes. Lazarus came back out to tweak some fixtures and everything is working perfectly.

Our water pressure is much better and our hot water is almost instant. The best part---no more worries about leaks!

The price here was also about $2500 less than the next best quote.

Pros: Carlos and his team did a great job on the re-pipe of our home. The guys were very courteous and left the areas they worked in cleaner then when they started. I am impressed with the one day install of the system. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

Cons: The plastic trim ring around the pipe that covers the hole in the sheetrock is cheap and I will probably replace with ones from Home depot. However this has nothing to do with the great work of the guys on the job.

I gave REPIPE the top rating which I seldom do. They were very professional in both the plumbing as well as the restoration of the drywall areas that required penetration to allow access. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule.
