We have been in contact with this company for a couple of years before they actually repiped our home. We had several other companies give bids, but we were more comfortable with Tre and Carlos (these guys are wonderful) as well as the reviews online. Yesterday the crew came out to repipe our house and either fell through our attic ceiling into our garage or tools fell through leaving a sizable hole in our newly repaired garage ceiling. We were assured that the repair would be made the following day via the drywall crew. We spoke with the drywall guys and told them what happened and they said they would repair it. The drywall guys started packing up to leave and we asked why they didn't repair the ceiling that they broke open and we were told via Google translator that The Repipe Company said they are not going to repair the hole in our ceiling. WHAT!? I called and spoke with Eddie, no help at all and knew NOTHING about this damage. It told him he needed to call Coal, Kevin or Adam (crew from yesterday) to get information on the repair. BTW: The crew from yesterday was fabulous and never stopped working all day long, not even a lunch was taken. I was basically made to feel responsible for their damage to MY property by Eddie at the office. Needless to say I was livid at best. They had us meet them at OUR bank earlier in the day today to get CASH payment for a very small discount. So, let me get this straight, they have my money in cash and were refusing to fix what they damaged? Seriously?! I ended up speaking with the general manager of the company and she apologized repeatedly, much appreciated since Eddie never once apologized. My suggestion to all that use this company or any other is to take photos of any damage they caused and send it to the manager or owner Carlos right away to avoid having to fight to get the damage repaired. Eddie needs to be retrained and learn to research and call clients back rather than the customer having to call him back. They ended up repairing the damage they did to my home, but not before I had to fight with Eddie (clueless). No customer should be made to feel taken advantage of, ripped off or worse from this or any other company that has already been paid for the job. My two cents on my experience.

We have a sprawling house with a confusing spiderweb of pipes. They had two different crews. The first one spent two days laying out all of the pex pipe and then the third day connecting it to all of the faucets, hot water heater, etc. The second crew came on the fourth day and repaired all the sheet rock and repainted everything. Originally, it was planned for them to take two days but they stayed late and completed everything in just one day. Great service, extremely nice and polite and hard-working people. Highly recommend them.

The Repipe company did an excellent job on our 1964 home with bad pipes. The first crew worked for 12 hours and did a top notch job! Very professional and friendly. They informed me of every detail. The sheetrock crew arrived the next day and were friendly professional and fast. You can not even see any of the repairs. Looks excellent! We are very pleased. Both crews and especially the first repipe crew cleaned up after the job very nicely.

Here's the story: My parents house needed a total repipe due to galvanized piping that was 60 years old and had leaks throughout.

The owner of Repipe came out. Walked around the entire house with me and was able to determine exactly what needed to be done, how it would be done, and how much it would cost. Our project involved a two-story house with for bathrooms and many other water outlets so it was a decent size project. I obtained estimates from three other plumbing companies before Repipe. Three other plumbing companies came out and spoke in very vague terms about how the project would be performed and quotes that took 1-3 weeks to arrive by email - Basically they didn't seem interested in the project.
With Repipe the owner was getting ready to leave I said I guess you email me a quote. He said no I have it right here.

He was able to calculate everything on his iPad within about 15 minutes of his assessment.

I was anxious because his was the lowest of the 4 quotes I obtained but due to his professionalism, on time arrival, excellent communication through his office, we decided to go with the Repipe company.

All I can say is they replaced every single piece of piping, a 20-year-old, inefficient, corroded water heater with a beautiful new in-line on demand heater, and two toilets at competitive price, exceptional service and outstanding quality of workmanship to the very end.

Based on my experience I cannot imagine a better company to work with.

I can't thank you enough for your personal visit to my home soon after I contacted your company after disaster struck at my residence - with burst galvanized pipes.
As well, your team of professional men who converged at my residence on the scheduled day to do the necessary repiping work, were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to watch
as they milled around like "ants at a picnic". None of the guys stopped their work - until they were finished. I can't say enough about their efficiency and dedication to getting everything right.
In addition, Nestor and his father were second to none - when it came to their part in doing all the repair work with the sheetrock, texture and the matching the paint color.
In-as-much as this was not a planned event - I appreciate the fact that your company was there - and that the work was done correctly.

Exceptional Service. These guys were so professional, thorough and clean. One guy even swept the kitchen after they were finished. I now have amazing water pressure and no more brown ice cubes. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs their whole house re-piped. They didn't leave until they walked around with me to check that everything that was working. Great guys. Awesome work. The next day they sent out some contractors to repair the holes and the guys from "The Broke Co" did such an amazing job matching the paint and texture I can't even point out where the holes were. They are so good they need to change their name from The Broke company to The Rich Company because with work like that they should be rolling in the cash. :0) The RePipe Company coupled up with the right drywall team that's for sure.

The Repipe Company recently repiped our home with Pex, installed a water heater, 2 toilets, and a new shower valve.

I am completely satisfied with the way this company does business. Carlos, the owner, was upfront and helpful in building a quote and getting us scheduled. The office was always friendly and courteous talking us through scheduling and billing.

Richard was plumber that did our work, with his helper Joey, and they did a great job. They were busy, sweaty, and working long hours, but took time to talk through any questions we had, immediately notified us of any changes or issues that came up, and worked with us to find solutions. The first day they told us their aim was for us to forget they had even been there when they left that night, and they hit the mark. It was a messy job, but they cleaned up behind themselves and worked with us, making it easier to live through the 3 day job with 3 kids under 5.

There were two minor mistakes, which is impressive by itself considering the scope of the job, but the most impressive was the way the Repipe Company handled it. From the Richard, to Carlos, to the office, to the recommended contractors (RSFM electrical and Rios Restoration). Everyone was professional, helpful, and 100% committed to making sure we got back on track and the job was successful.

I hope we won't need them again, but if we do, I will absolutely call Carlos and his team again.

We have a newborn baby at home and had many leaks underneath our pier and beam home. I called plumbers and repipe companies that day for help. Carlos called back and came to our home that evening at 7:30 and offered us advice. I got a quote from another repipe co. without them even seeing the home but Carlos wanted to make sure he knew our situation before providing pricing. He worked us in the schedule ASAP since we were without water. Monday morning his team showed up ready to work! They got us running water that day and the wall repair team was done by noon the following day.
