I am very satisfied with the service that Robert has provided for me. I called him coz i had a problem with my toilet valve and it was leaking. He quoted me a fair price and came within 2 hrs after my call. He fixed the valve right away and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He fixed my bidets along with my toilet seat cover which is not part of the service i asked for but he went and did it anyway without additional pay. He even went to home depot to get parts for the toilet seat cover (not a part of my requested service) and i dont know of any other service provider that would do that.

Robert is reliable, communicates well and his pricing was fair. Also, i would like to mention that when he was working on my toilet, i didnt feel like he was rushing just to get it done. I felt secured in the quality of work he was doing.

Pretty simple review. Excellence service, and quality of work. Arrived on time, simple but detailed explanation of what the problem was, and what it would take to repair it. Started the work, finished the work quickly, check in, gave some tips on keeping things in good working order, and were gone. Work area was clean (cleaner than when they got here), and the new item was installed perfectly.

I could say that I paid for expertise, and I wouldn't be wrong, but I wouldn't be complete. I paid for expertise, quality work and professionalism. Those elements lead to knowing it's a company that does the work right and is reliable. I completely recommend the company, the team that did the work.

I called Pro's Plumbing because of their 5 stars. I can see why they have the best reviews. The plumbing in my casita was backed up and I needed a camera to see within the pipes. Robert told me exactly what was wrong and gave me options to fix it. I felt like he really cared about my situation and did not just want to go for the most expensive fix. I really appreciate that he suggested a hydro-jetting first instead of immediately going in to break 10 feet of the cement in my backyard to replace the pipe. Thank you!!

We woke up this morning to find water leak on garage floor- our 14 year old water heater finally broke overnight. I wanted to find a reputable plumber with excellent reviews, which included quick response time. I didn't want this leak to lead to possible water damage to our walls and ceiling. I read recent reviews of The Pro's Plumbing and called their number. Robert answered right away- I explained my situation and he said he can stop by in about an hour. Both Robert & George arrived as scheduled and assessed the scope of work needed. They completed the job by early afternoon. My husband later came home (for the final inspection LOL) and was very impressed with the overall installation of our new water heater (and also new location of the expansion tank). Great customer service! We highly recommend this business, and will share their info with our family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you Robert & George!

I recently woke up on a Thursday morning to find my front yard flooded from a broken sprinkler line. I saw at once that it was a repair that was beyond my capabilities, and I saw, too, an enormous plumbing bill, but we do what we need to do. I spent some time on Yelp looking for an honest, capable plumber, and damned if I didn't find one.

Robert Godinez, owner of The Pros, took my call at once and from the little time it took him to get here, it's clear that he jumped in his truck immediately. My wife and I have already made plans to soon replace the current front yard lawn with desert landscaping, so I told him that I would be happy if he could simply insert some kind of plug and stop the flooding.

He went right to work, and in short order, the repair was finished. Now came the heartbreak of an outrageous bill because it was, after all, an emergency call. But it didn't happen. He told me it was an easy repair, and the price I paid was considerably less than I thought it would be. A fair-minded plumber. How often does that happen? I expect to use Robert again, and I very much recommend his services.

The service was amazing. You can tell the dedication to quality that this business has to their customers. Very few times can someone trust a plumber so quickly but our plumber cares for their customers right away. Can guide you in the options you have and to the best interest of the customer and not the company. As a customer that knows very little of plumbing I felt that the company is professional and I know they won't advantage of my lack of knowledge. God bless them!

Pro's Plumbing and Drains came out recently to replace the copper pipe running to my leaking outdoor faucet. They did a fantastic job considering the tight space and my curious kids who were definitely out there trying to investigate their work.

First: They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2 PM. However, they were tied up with a previous job and it was taking longer than expected. Normally, when companies experience these delays, I don't hear from them until the end of the given timeframe, or I have to contact them myself. This wasn't the case here. They actually contacted me before noon to let me know and see if it was okay to reschedule for a later day. I really appreciated this because I could finish some errands instead of just waiting around.

Once they arrived, they were quick to investigate and get to work. My curious kids were running around trying to see what they were doing, but the team was great! They humored and interacted with my kids, and it didn't even slow them down.

They encountered a few snags with my pipe, but the team demonstrated excellent communication skills with each other to minimize any additional damage to my wall.

They were actually cheaper then a couple of my other quotes for the work as well.

I would absolutely contact them again for any plumbing issues I can't fix myself.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. Rob was able to come help us within the hour and get our badly clogged toilet unclogged with a special machine. He was kind and affordable. Will be calling him back if we ever need him.
