I recently woke up on a Thursday morning to find my front yard flooded from a broken sprinkler line. I saw at once that it was a repair that was beyond my capabilities, and I saw, too, an enormous plumbing bill, but we do what we need to do. I spent some time on Yelp looking for an honest, capable plumber, and damned if I didn't find one.

Robert Godinez, owner of The Pros, took my call at once and from the little time it took him to get here, it's clear that he jumped in his truck immediately. My wife and I have already made plans to soon replace the current front yard lawn with desert landscaping, so I told him that I would be happy if he could simply insert some kind of plug and stop the flooding.

He went right to work, and in short order, the repair was finished. Now came the heartbreak of an outrageous bill because it was, after all, an emergency call. But it didn't happen. He told me it was an easy repair, and the price I paid was considerably less than I thought it would be. A fair-minded plumber. How often does that happen? I expect to use Robert again, and I very much recommend his services.

Very few times can someone trust a plumber so quickly but our plumber cares for their customers right away. Can guide you in the options you have and to the best interest of the customer and not the company. Pro's Plumbing and Drains came out recently to replace the copper pipe running to my leaking outdoor faucet. They did a fantastic job considering the tight space and my curious kids who were definitely out there trying to investigate their work.

First: They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2 PM. However, they were tied up with a previous job and it was taking longer than expected. Normally, when companies experience these delays, I don't hear from them until the end of the given timeframe, or I have to contact them myself. This wasn't the case here. They actually contacted me before noon to let me know and see if it was okay to reschedule for a later day. I really appreciated this because I could finish some errands instead of just waiting around.

Once they arrived, they were quick to investigate and get to work. My curious kids were running around trying to see what they were doing, but the team was great! They humored and interacted with my kids, and it didn't even slow them down.

They encountered a few snags with my pipe, but the team demonstrated excellent communication skills with each other to minimize any additional damage to my wall.

They were actually cheaper then a couple of my other quotes for the work as well.

I would absolutely contact them again for any plumbing issues I can't fix myself.
