The Pro's have been our go-to for a couple repairs now. We noticed our water heater broke this morning and I reached out for a quote. We had a new water heater installed by 12:30pm. Always super responsive, on-time, and always gets the job done!

We noticed a mystery puddle that quicky turned into a river in the garage on Sunday. Once we saw that the water was coming from the wall (generally not where water should be coming from), we shut it off and started trying to find a plumber - not an easy task for a Sunday! Most other plumbers either tried to diagnose the issue over text or a had a fee to come out and take a look. And NONE could even come out until Monday, so it would be a full day without water! Robert was quick to respond and came out THAT EVENING. He identified the leak, explained every step of his repairs and future potential issues, and found a company to help begin drying out the wall! We had the water back on that night!!! He used high-quality materials in his repair as well. We will happily be working with them again!

We had knocking in the walls every time we turned on a faucet in the house.  Robert came out  and narrowed down the problem. He took care of the issue, a bad shower valve, and was able to replace the unit. No more knocking! We had him look at a corroded bathroom faucet and ended up replacing it as well.  Robert was very professional and personable.  He shared insight and recommendations for our older home, and thoroughly reviewed what needed to be done and recapped the work completed afterwards.  The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Pro's Plumbing and Drains again.

I placed an emergency request on Yelp to have an elbow and a vertical run of ABS pipe replaced for a vent stack. While it could've been possible to do myself, time and quality work was of the essence. I was quoted $400 after an in person inspection. The reason I went with The Pro's is that they gave me some insights just based on the pictures I sent. That gave me confidence that they were in the business of letting me know everything that should be fixed. Overall, I can't attest whether the price is super competitive to other businesses, but I am happy with the professionalism and work quality I received. Thank you Emilio and team!

I put out a request for service from multiple plumbers. The Pro's were the first to respond even on a Wednesday night. I waited till next day to see the other responses. Thursday afternoon Pro's scheduled me for next day. Called me before coming by. They are absolute professionals. I will definitely bookmark them for my plumbing needs.

They came over approximately three times. The first time, I was pleased, and Jose was super nice. However after the third visit, I went to ASI instead to replace some of their work. I asked about a water softening system, and he didn't sit down and explain it - just gave me a website to look at. I will say that both plumbers were nice and they returned calls pretty quickly.

Update: After posting a three star review, Robert called immediately and asked what he could do to make it right. He gave me a refund for the item that I had to get replaced plus another couple hundred for the overall negative experience. He said he always wants to give 5 star service and if he doesn't he wants to make it right.
