These folks know what service is about. I never felt they were just after my money. They were helpful, office staff called the manufacturer to determine if my water heater was still under warranty. While they are not affiliated with the manufacturer for warranty work they still did the work and took care of all the warranty paperwork.

Workmanship 5 star as well.

Called and left a voice message that my bathroom sink was leaking at around 5pm. Bonnie called me back within twenty minutes and had a Plumber at my home before 7pm. The guy fixed my leak quickly and competently for a reasonable price. Highly recommend these folks!

I had my Rheem tankless water heater quit working and called my Home warranty company and they sent these folks out. Thank goodness!

The technician arrived when he was supposed to, knew exactly what to check and was able to determine the controller board was defective. He had a new one shipped out ASAP and was out again on time to install the new board.

I watched him carefully perform ""surgery"", and succeed at getting my unit up and running.

Don't use this company. They can't even empty their voicemail inbox. I was assigned this plumber by my home warranty company, and never received a call from the Therapist. I called them, and couldn't leave a message. The home warranty company had to hunt them down, and when she did finally call me it was two days later.

I was originally quite suspicious when I saw a whole line-up of five-star reviews for this business. You never know if the reviews are from real people, but I went ahead and made an appointment anyway because their prices were more reasonable than other places I had called and another company that's not a direct competitor but is in the same line of business spoke highly of them. On top of that, my water heater had not been working properly for several days and I was desperate to get some hot water as soon as possible.

The Plumbing Therapist came out and did the trick. Brian showed up within the specified time frame, quickly took care of the problem and charged me the amount his people said they would on the phone. Additionally, he offered some helpful advice on how to keep my water heater in better shape in the future.

Definitely plan to use these guys again in the future.

I have called them for help twice already and have been so appreciative of their quick response to schedule an appt as well as their resolution to both of the problems. The first was fixing a shower which only ran cold water at a decent pressure, and the 2nd was to fix a leak from our refrigerator water line. Great service, friendly, professional, and reasonable rates. I am grateful to have a plumbing service I trust and can go to for help!
