We had a slow leak in my wall that seemed to be at least a few years old. I'm a contractor (a finish carpenter) and I'm busy. I needed someone to come in and get this done right, ASAP. We were referred to these guys by a friend who had used them in the past. Communication was very easy and consistent. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done correctly, for a reasonable price. I have absolute faith in their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Bonnie are busy. Sometimes they cannot get RIGHT out to a job or call back, but my experience is within a reasonable time they do get back to you and fix the issues. Always good communication with me over 3 jobs, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called TPT, Mike came to check the tankless water heater. He diagnosed the problem to be fan and control board. I paid over $650 for replacing the parts, and included appreciation tip of $100 because he worked on a Sunday morning to get the water heater working. HOWEVER, the problem was not fixed, and despite several calls for 2 weeks subsequently, Bonnie or Mike would not return calls. Claimed medical emergency, but did not call back or provide update over 2 weeks. I have been very nice to them ($100 tip). Extremely poor customer orientation. Very disappointed. Called someone else to get the problem fixed. Will not call these guys again...

They are the only plumbing service I will use. Literally. Mike came on his day off because we didn't have a working sink. Spent a couple hours, did a fantastic job and even gave me some insights and tips about some other projects I've been working on. Mike saved me hundreds of dollars!

I couldn't be happier with this service. I absolutely recommend them for honest and quality work.

I was going to hire The Plumbing Therapist for some plumbing work around our house at first (I'm so glad that I didn't. I found a better one. see my other review). Before I finalize the scheduling, I requested some changes and asked for an updated quote. I first left a voice message, which I got a return call two days later. I told the lady on the phone to call me an hour later, and she called back 4 hrs later. She then told me that she will need to call me back with an updated info but never bothered to called me back. After all, things turned out better since I found an excellent plumber, which will be my go-to person from now on when it comes to plumbing. ;)

Absolutely amazing service. I called them LATE Thursday afternoon and my plumbing issues were resolved by early Monday evening. I spoke to Bonnie on the phone and Mike was able to come out to my house late Thursday. We went over a quote and the ball was rolling. He was here today before 5 (my window was 4 and 5). Super nice and very professional. He didn't mind my son watching him work either which is always a plus. Any other plumbing problems, they will be the 1st and only call I'll need to make. We called The Plumbing Therapist for an odd horn blowing noise from what we thought was the pipe leading from our downstairs guest bathroom toilet. They responded right before 8pm on a Tuesday (June 7th). I immediately told the guy (forgot his name) the problem and I flushed the toilet which would normally trigger the noise immediately upon flushing. It, of course, did not make the noise. But he understood and explained the noise to me. He suggested we change one of the parts (I forget what it was called) in the tank. He left after giving the advice without charging us anything. Most places charge a minimum $69 just for showing up at your house so it was very refreshing to do business with a company that won't charge you if there's basically nothing for them to do except show up, listen, and give advice (a 5 minute visit, if even that). Thank you, The Plumbing Therapist. We will definitely call you again if we need plumbing service.

Excellent service. I called on Wednesday and was told the earliest appointment was between 5:00 and 8:00pm on Friday. Mike arrived before 6:00 pm. He replaced the cartridge in the kitchen faucet, which I had already purchased from the maker of the Faucet (KWC/Swiss) and then tightened the hose connections to the faucet which had come loose and were leaking.
The charge was $118.00 labor. I'm not sure what the going rate is since this was my first need to hire a plumber. The faucet works great and there is no leak. I'm happy.

TPT's Mike is great! Very professional and honest. My shower faucet was having problem yesterday. I was having panic since water could not be shut off due to handle got loose. Mike arrived the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately and fixed it in no time. What's even more amazing was he said there was no charge. Very pleasantly surprised by this. In this is day and age I'm amazed that you can still find very honest professional like Mike. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of repair.

Very happy with their service, knowledge and price! Mike was an awesome Plummer who not only installed my whole house water filer but also fixed my front yard sprinkler with just his pinky! Lol. Not really his pinky but his skill made it look easy. I also got a quote for 2 more fix-up jobs! PLUMING THERAPIST IS THE WAY TO GO!!
