Excellent service. Had my bathtub serviced on Sunday, December 29. The gentleman was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my bathtub unclogged within minutes and gave my husband some advice on changing out some other pipes under the house.

Only charged $85.

I would hire again and recommend to anyone!

What great service! On time, polite, knowledgable and very fast, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. And he even cleaned up afterwards! Their prices were very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them!

Great plumber. I've used them a few times and they have been very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. . They also are fairly reasonable,, as far as plumbers go.... I will definitely call them if or should I say when I need a plumber in the future. I highly recommend them. .

Had them out for a bathroom remodel (re-plumb shower waste, vent, and supply). They arrived just as promised during the scheduled window for both the estimate and the actual job. They didn't leave me waiting either time. During the estimate appointment, the guy (Bryan) was frank with me about what I did and did not need. It was more consultative rather than focused on trying to sell me on the job. The price was competitive without being too high or too low (always leery of somebody too high or too low). When I called and told them I wanted them to do the job, they made the return appt very promptly. I'm a DIY'er and could have done it myself but I didn't want to crawl around under the house. I know enough though to see that the quality of the work is great, and the guy was considerate and polite. The job took exactly the amount of time he said it would, within minutes. Overall I am completely impressed.

Highly recommend! We have used The Plumbing Therapist twice now and have been very happy. The first time, something was dropped down the toilet and clogged it. TPT came out, worked on it, & could not clear it. We ended up changing out the entire toilet. We searched around & found that TPT gave us the best bid. Job was completed by TPT! The second time was when our water heater wouldn't stay lit. Worked with Bonnie for all of our appointments and Mike came out to fix. Job done and again, we very happy with them. Customer service is great. They come quickly. No long waits for appointments and prices are very reasonable. Great service!!!

I called TPT on a Friday am for a shower leaking/no pressure problem. I left a msg & was called back immediately, a very helpful woman made an appt for less than 2 hours later. Two fellows showed up in a van with tools & ready to go, they were both very personable, funny & kind. It turns out that there s WAY to much sediment built up & I need to re-caulk everything. They even checked under the house to make sure there was no water under my home. I appreciate their honesty & great service! I will DEFINITELY call them for any plumbing needs in the future! These folks know what service is about. I never felt they were just after my money. They were helpful, office staff called the manufacturer to determine if my water heater was still under warranty. While they are not affiliated with the manufacturer for warranty work they still did the work and took care of all the warranty paperwork.

Workmanship 5 star as well.

Called and left a voice message that my bathroom sink was leaking at around 5pm. Bonnie called me back within twenty minutes and had a Plumber at my home before 7pm. The guy fixed my leak quickly and competently for a reasonable price. Highly recommend these folks!
