Absolutely amazing service. I called them LATE Thursday afternoon and my plumbing issues were resolved by early Monday evening. I spoke to Bonnie on the phone and Mike was able to come out to my house late Thursday. We went over a quote and the ball was rolling. He was here today before 5 (my window was 4 and 5). Super nice and very professional. He didn't mind my son watching him work either which is always a plus. Any other plumbing problems, they will be the 1st and only call I'll need to make. We called The Plumbing Therapist for an odd horn blowing noise from what we thought was the pipe leading from our downstairs guest bathroom toilet. They responded right before 8pm on a Tuesday (June 7th). I immediately told the guy (forgot his name) the problem and I flushed the toilet which would normally trigger the noise immediately upon flushing. It, of course, did not make the noise. But he understood and explained the noise to me. He suggested we change one of the parts (I forget what it was called) in the tank. He left after giving the advice without charging us anything. Most places charge a minimum $69 just for showing up at your house so it was very refreshing to do business with a company that won't charge you if there's basically nothing for them to do except show up, listen, and give advice (a 5 minute visit, if even that). Thank you, The Plumbing Therapist. We will definitely call you again if we need plumbing service.

Excellent service. I called on Wednesday and was told the earliest appointment was between 5:00 and 8:00pm on Friday. Mike arrived before 6:00 pm. He replaced the cartridge in the kitchen faucet, which I had already purchased from the maker of the Faucet (KWC/Swiss) and then tightened the hose connections to the faucet which had come loose and were leaking.
The charge was $118.00 labor. I'm not sure what the going rate is since this was my first need to hire a plumber. The faucet works great and there is no leak. I'm happy.

TPT's Mike is great! Very professional and honest. My shower faucet was having problem yesterday. I was having panic since water could not be shut off due to handle got loose. Mike arrived the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately and fixed it in no time. What's even more amazing was he said there was no charge. Very pleasantly surprised by this. In this is day and age I'm amazed that you can still find very honest professional like Mike. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of repair.

Very happy with their service, knowledge and price! Mike was an awesome Plummer who not only installed my whole house water filer but also fixed my front yard sprinkler with just his pinky! Lol. We needed a water heater, and we were very pleased that we used Plumbing Therapist. AMike came when he said he would, he knew what he was doing, and he left a clean area when he left. The price was also less than we expected. I'm glad I did not try to do it myself.

I have used The Plumbing Therapist apprx. (5) times for large and small projects. Mike, the owner, always has a smile on his face even when he installed a gas line in my attic and it was well above 110 degrees up there. Mike recently installed a (50)' main water line from the street to my home UNDER a newly landscaped front yard. The yard appeared untouched when he finished. Mike always completes the job no matter how many curves are thrown at him. Smaller jobs included a toilet seal replacement and gas line leak repair at my pool pump. I've been a homowner for (30) plus years and have used many plumbers, Mike at TPT is my 1st and only call for a plumber even if I have to wait for him to become available. Last, but not least, Bonnie, who runs the office has kept me informed of scheduling issues and even calls at 8:00PM to keep me informed.

Excellent service at a cost that is very affordable. Mike repaired several issues in short order and was very good at explaining the issue, repairs and preventative maintenance. I had a wonderful experience and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. He worked tirelessly to complete the job and came back late the same evening to finish because he had other customer commitments and wanted to finish my job!!!! Excellent service!!!!

Excellent service... I've been using the same plumber for years, I recently had a problem getting the water to turn off in my upstairs shower. I called my regular plumber, he said he would send one of his ""guys"" out. $135 latter his ""guy"" got it down to a slow leak. He stated the only way to fix the problem was to cut into the wall to correctly repair it. The estimate was approximately $600. I agreed to the repair and set an appointment. The day of the appointment they were a no show. I started looking for someone to come out. I found TPT, Mike came out that evening. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He did not have to cut into the wall. The repair was $90. I couldn't be happier...

If you don't use The Plumbing Therapist, you're making a mistake. That is the short and sweet of this review. I have two houses and over the last 5 years have used them on a variety of jobs. They replaced like 60 ft of my sewer main in the front yard about 2 years back. They did a water heater install and set a toilet in their most recent visit. Earlier this year I had a slab leak which I thought was going to be a nightmare. They referred me to a company to find the leak and then came out to do the repair; they made it look easy. :)

Bottom line is they do high quality work at reasonable prices. It is few and far between that you see that. If you need something done, even if you have to wait a day or two for their schedule to free up, it will be worth the wait. I'll use them on all my plumbing related projects until the end of time.
