They did a great job. Being somewhat handy myself, I thought I knew what the problem was. As it turned out, they immediately identified the problem and it wasn't what I thought. I would have floundered around fixing things that weren't the problem & I'm not sure I would have figured it out. Their prices are reasonable, they were responsive and worked quickly.

Our shower handle kept spinning and wouldn't shut off the water so I called plumbing pros after requesting for a quote on Yelp. Steve arrived with a mask on, knew what the issue was when we spoke on the phone, had the parts ready to repair and was done in less than 30 min. They also guarantee their work for a year which is awesome! Highly recommended!

They just came out to deal with a nuisance slow draining shower. I have tried all sorts of chemicals to only give temporary relief. Had them snake that puppy and many years of hair came out, many more years worth than I have lived here. Now it makes a lovely echo as the water drains down my clean pipes.

We came home to find a large pool of water around our waterheater. Called these folks at 8am on a Saturday and got a live human!! STEVE was awesome and handled the call with the upmost professionalism. He said they could have someone out before noon. AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT!! Bruce (the technician assigned to us) was knocking at our door at 11am. Great job, great service, clean and done all on a Saturday. Thank you and I do recommend.

Steve has earned my trust and all of my plumbing business. He actually answers his phone and he is super prompt answering voicemails if he's tied up. Plumbing work has been great thus far on installing new faucet and tub hardware and his rates are reasonable. Also, in a pinch he was able to get a colleague of his out here on same day notice to install a new hot water heater stand.

Had two unrelated plumbing issues last week with the critical one starting on Friday afternoon. Called Steve that day hoping that maybe he could make it out on Monday, but after I explained the issues, he said he'd be out within the hour. That in and of itself blew me away - coming out last minute on a friday afternoon. He inspected the issue and gave us an honest assessment of what he thought the issue was and fixed it. While he was there, he gave us a quote on the less serious issue and said he could be out on Monday to fix. On Monday, he showed up on time, fixed the issue, cleaned up the small mess that was made and now everything is working perfectly again. Would definitely recommend!

I needed some hose bibs and a shower handle fixed. The response to my initial inquiry was quick. It was little hard to schedule as they were busy a week out. They were quick, clean and efficient. I would use them again.

I called the plumbing pros to fix my backyard hose bib connection. The old metal fittings were so corroded it was leaking 24/7! They were able to give me a solid quote after they looked over the pics I sent. They scheduled it for the next day, they arrived on time, with a mask, and did a beautiful job of repairing the pipes. Also, they were very reasonable!! I would recommend them 100%. They are my go-to plumbers from now on
