Steven Lee, the owner, started plumbing in 2002. In 2015, we founded The Plumbing Pros, offering residential service and repair ever since.
Raised in Loomis, CA, I was a Golden Eagle at Del Oro High School. I married my wife, Rosalyn, at 23, and we have been happily married for 16 years. We have three boys, aged three, nine, and twelve. In 2002, I started learning the trade from talented plumbers in new construction at Ferrari Plumbing, a Roseville-based company.
Following six years, I sought further growth at two large service and repair firms. These eight years taught me a wealth of knowledge about the plumbing service industry, including its ups and downs. Eventually, I felt equipped and had built strong relationships with friends and mentors in the local industry, leading me to establish The Plumbing Pros in May 2016. Clients often commend us for our communication, professionalism, and value. We have a team of three plumbers: Bruce, Dusty, and Joe, who are both my colleagues and close friends.
My guiding light is my Judeo-Christian values, lived out through faith and conviction. All honor is due to the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.

Pete B.Water heater failed overnight on Monday night. Through Big box home improvement store got a Big Time Service Company (BTSC) to come out and give a bid. I was 100% certain it was a thermocouple fix that was needed, which should be a $200-300 repair ($35 if I did it myself). BTSC shows up, doesn't even look at pilot light quotes me $2836 to replace a 50 gal tank water heater. While telling me that basically the original install doesn't meet code and a bunch of stuff needs to be replaced. 10 year old house in Whitney Ranch. WTF?!?!? Called a buddy of mine who is in the home improvement business and he referred me to Steve. Called Steve at 3:30, he apologized he couldn't do the job same day. Showed up next day. Told me he could replace thermocouple for $225 or replace it for a little more than half of BTSC bid and that all the extra things BTSC said I needed to go we're BS.

I called and Steve had someone here same day to install a new faucet. Unfortunately I purchased a really pretty but non-functional faucet and owner Steve cam this morning and put in a brand new faucet at no additional charge!
