Very pleased with this company. They came out to inspect our toilet that had been jerryrigged by the previous owner the day after I requested it. We ended up needing to replace it entirely and they gave us two options with quotes for each. We opted to buy our own toilet to make it a bit affordable and they installed around our schedule. Dusty was on time, very professional, polite and clean. Highly recommend the plumbing pros for your plumbing needs.

The Plumbing Pros to the rescue. Dusty came today to replace a supply line for my toilet. He was great, on time, so personable, professional and efficient. He also went above and beyond. I'd had new flooring installed in my bathroom the day before and I noticed after the flooring installers left that they hadn't caulked around the toilet after they reinstalled it. I mentioned it to Dusty and he said no problem at all and just took care of it for me. No charge just great customer service. I appreciated that so much! Thanks Dusty.

From my initial message on Yelp to the completion of my toilet and plumbing replacement, these guys were outstanding--the best in the business. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. I sent a message for a quote and included pictures of what needed fixing. Within 30 minutes, I received a very reasonable quote, so I immediately said YES. When they arrived, they were extremely friendly and respectful of my property. The quality of work in replacing the faulty plumbing and installing the new toilet was excellent. I hired The Plumbing Pros to replace a 16 year old water heater and re-circulation pump. The old unit was still working but we wanted to replace it on our terms since others in the neighborhood had recently failed. Steve was quick with his quote and follow up. Since I was not in a hurry I also obtained other quotes and asked a lot of questions. Steve was the most thorough in his responses and very patient. The Plumbing Pros price was on par, but just slightly below some of the competition. More importantly, never once did he pressure me for a decision (the same cannot be said for some of the other companies that I contacted). And he had done work for two of my neighbors previously with glowing reviews. I highly recommend The Plumbing Pros for your next project.

Also just a quick word about the team that did the work. Bruce and Dusty did a great job. Good communication, courteous, and a very clean and tidy installation. They cleaned up after themselves too. Totally professional.

My next door neighbor was so impressed checking it out in the morning that he had them come over and replace his water heater the same day in the afternoon.

Came home from a nice week long family vacation to water leaking from my ceiling after using our upstairs shower. Emailed them while I was at work the following day and got on the schedule to have the professionals fix the problem.

I received an appointment reminder the day before indicating that Joseph will be the plumber coming out. Joseph arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem without having to cut open the drywall. The drain on our new build was installed poorly so he was able to cut it out and replace it with a better top mounting drain within 60 minutes.

Very clean and professional. Joseph explained the problem that he found and even how the new and improved drain is installed. I even got a decent quote for another job I need to have done in the near future.

I had a great experience and would recommend and use them in the future.

We had a leak in the seal at the base of our toilet. I sent a quick inquiry through yelp and received a quote shortly after. I was able to make an appointment and have it repaired within three days. Took them a little over an hour.
The servicer/plumber that was sent out was very nice. It wasn't cheap but I don't suppose any plumbing service is. They did a great job and the leak seems to be gone.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their plumbing needs.
