Absolutely fed up! We are trying to get the electric to the unit (as per contract, we are to provide power), but Louis (for some reason...) has refused to provide the information that is needed to provide the power!

We have no idea of what model pumps used for our ejector. We are not even sure it they meet code!
We have been asking what amperage etc is required. but just get elusive answer like I will give it to your electrical contractor. Yet when my contractor tries reach out to him, he has gotten no response

We have been asking this very basic info for over 1 month. What the heck gives????

I was very impressed with him to start with, the installation was very quick and seems to be good quality, but the follow through has been terrible!

Like a few others discussing The Plumbing Ministry, I was so impressed with their work ethic, ""They will be there around 8:30am to start work"". Day one, they were there closer to 8am. Day two, around 7:30. Quiet as can be, when they could, and by day two; they were done! Finished! It also was a lateral sewer line for us, and it couldn't have been done better!

We have found our plumbers!

These guys really did a number on us. We paid them $5300 to do the work on our property in order to sell our house, because there was supposedly a problem. We had paid another company first and they thought they found problems so we didn't pass the testing we needed to sell. Then we shopped around to get the best price for the repair work. At my realtors suggestion we hired this company to fix and retest. Then it turned out there was no problem. Yes, thankfully there was no problem found. We were so happy because that would save us a lot of money. Or would it? The retesting fee should only have been $1800. We should have gotten a refund for the work we paid for but that was not done. The realtor and I both separately tried to get our refund back. But they keep saying no, they won't refund the difference. They are going to just keep all the money to fix the problem, even though no problem was found. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest company. Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend for work not done. Last time I checked greed was a sin. I don't know what else could be keeping them from issuing a refund.

When my toilet and shower drainage was clogged again, I figured it was time to find a good plumber to get the issue detected at the source and have it fixed for the long run. When it was clogged before, a bunch of roots were found that had caused the clogginess. Immediately I thought about Louis. I used his service before and initially got the recommendation from by my neighbor, a UC professor. Since I was happy with his service and efficiency, I decided to contact him again.

When I texted him ( a way he prefers for communications with him/his company), he responded speedily and asked me what exactly the problem was and the inch-width of the pipe. He later showed up at the house per my request with the camera snake and showed me how the equipment worked and what he found out. It turned out that my pipe was replaced partially before and the section by the bath room near was still the old terra-cotta pipe where roots got in through the joint. Louis mentioned that drainage pipe is his area of specialty.

He explained the issue distinctly and offered me pragmatic suggestion- having the old pipe replaced with cast iron instead of keeping it and ending up paying about $450 each time to have a plumber fix the clog. He gave me the heads-up about the length of hours for the work and reminded me to prepare for the noise created by jack-hammer digging. He also checked and made sure there was outlet outside for the crew. And he had his staff unclog/clean the toilet and shower drainage on the same day.

His crew showed up punctually at the time/day we'd set up and completed the work smoothly.

Overall, Louis and his crew have the efficiency and smoothness that suits my expectations for a good plumbing service. It'll continue to be the top one on my choice list.

believe it or not us Christians are weary of companies that embed our faith in their name, mission statement or logos. But a friend recommended Plumbing Ministry and I was impressed 4 ways:
1. Profession/quick quote
2. Work was done as quoted on the dates provided
3. The price was more then fair
4. Payment and office staff were easy and efficient
Strongly recommend these guys - They replaced our sew lateral, fully permitted, with inspections etc.

You simply cannot have a better crew to do your sewer lateral than Plumbing Ministry. Professional, polite, skilled and capable, they managed a very complicated job (which included a hostile, aggressive, and impossible neighbor) with grace. Carlos Lopez was here throughout and explained the procedure and process: it's fascinating. (I call him an 'earth surgeon'!) A hard, hard dedicated worker and a pleasure to have here each day, I'm so grateful for him. When the final day came, Alvictor and Omar did the cement pour - oh, my goodness! Just beautiful, clean, perfect work.

These men, all of them who were on the job during the two weeks, and Louis who sets the climate for them, are my heroes!

We hired plumbing ministry to do our sewer lateral a few weeks ago. They were efficient and clean. They worked well within their time frame and were super professional. Fast forward to today: I called this morning because I thought I smelled sewage. They sent out Alvictor who was here with 30 minutes. He went through the plumbing system and was doing his check when my wife checked under the hood of our car. Low and behold some poor kitty had died on our engine. Alvictor saved the day and took care of the cat!! Who does that?? His customer service went way above and beyond. The sewer lateral is fine and the smell was solved. Thank you!!!!

Impressive work and service. Had Plumbing Ministry (Al-Victor foreman) come out to help do an inspection in escrow to prepare for a certificate for a clean sewer lateral. They set it up, fixed a few small issues with fixtures and clips and got us to pass easily. Professional team, felt like they were doing what was right, not just what was cheap or quick. That's hard to find these days. I'd happily recommend the Plumbing Ministry to anyone.

This is my second interaction with the Plumbing Ministry. Very hard to reach them at times. A water heater that they had installed three years ago failed and they said that AO Smith, the water heater manufacturer, didn't offer any coverage for the particular problem I was having. The problem was ""red"" water which AO Smith said was bacteria and not related to their water heater. I provided an EBMUD water analysis saying that there was evidence of the water heater lining in the water and no evidence of bacteria and Louis agreed to replace the heater.
The workers were thoughtful and got the job done. $585 seemed pretty steep to me to get the water heater replaced with precisely the same one, but I was told that Louis would eat the cost of the new heater so I guess it is what it is. My experience is that it is hard to reach them, and hard to get a response unless you actually talk to them in person. Probably look elsewhere in the future although I do thank them for coming to my house the first time I had a clog.

Avoid this business unless you want to be aggravated. On a recommendation from a realtor, I scheduled an appointment for them to fix a blocked drain on a Friday afternoon. I took off from work and waited patiently for the entire afternoon- no one showed up or called. While waiting, I read some of the reviews here; sounds like this place is popular with realtors. I decided to count my blessings and not call to reschedule.
