If you like to be treated rudely, ignored and brushed off, call The Plumbing Ministry.
They used to be good, but whatever woman answers calls & emails is awful.
I sent pictures and emails at 6 am this morning for a simple kitchen faucet repair, which would have taken little time at all. Not only did I not get a reply to 2 emails and a call, but when I got fed up waiting 5 hours, the woman said ""oh, we only have one plumber today and he's busy all day.""
Not a word all day. I think whoever inherited the name Plumbing Ministry is not up to the task and should change their name to Good Luck, Schmuck, We Don't Give a Damn About Our Customers.
To be sure I'll stop recommending them and never call them again.

I hired Plumbing Ministry from a referral to take care of the sewer lateral certification when I sold my home. I had a very mixed experience with them. The initial consult had to be done twice but we were scheduled in and it was barely completed in time for the close of my house. They crew did a good job, it looked better than before but I have to say that I should not have paid the final invoice until everything was done. I had to repeatedly contact them to remove a pile of rubble and an orange cone. It's been more than a month and it's still there, I moved from the property several weeks ago and am embarrassed that this mess is still there for the new owners to look at

I used to work for this place. It's a good company. I didn't know anything about plumbing came here and worked with the guys for seven years and learned a lot in the process of how to treat customers and what not to do the ladies in the office are very helpful

I have to credit The Plumbing Ministry for willingness to do work that other plumbers showed lackluster interest in. There were some hiccups with the work, but I do appreciate Louis stepping in to resolve and sometimes doing the work himself. The vent and electrical conduit routings were unsightly, but he was willing to re-do. He also replaced the water pressure regulator which wasn't originally part of the job. It is clear Louis seeks to run an effective business and does care about customers.
(We had new lateral sewer line, galvanized steel replaced, and new tankless hot water heater installed.)

We needed a sewer lateral replacement... one of those must do right expensive home repairs. Out of 4 different company proposals we chose The Plumbing Ministry because they made the effort to identify the problem and communicate in detail how they would correct it. They seemed happy to answer additional questions and justify how they charged. They were not the lowest bid, nor the highest. They did exactly what they proposed. It was easy to write the check when they were done.

Unfortunately I had the bad luck of having to deal with The Plumbing Ministry. I feel cheated and misled. Their contract structuring system get you locked into loss and forcing you to work with them. they charge me almost $2000 for a work that could be avoided as they didn't do a proper examination of the situation. it cost me $2000 for less than half an hour and they won't let me get of the contract. There's no better word to it than a scam...

We are currently in early stage of looking for the right attorney to make things right. If you have been wronged by them please don't hesitate to direct message me as we'll be looking at our options and hopefully a motion to start a class action.
