i waited a day to make sure the problem was solved. it is!!!! thank you, plumbing guys.

i was shocked that within a couple of hours they had someone to send out. the guys (one a trainee) were so nice and the job was quickly and efficiently completed. they even swept the pooled water in my garage out!! who does that??? and i was grateful because i would have really struggled to move the stuff and get that done. garage dry this morning!! the cutest thing . . . the trainee guy asked if he could cut a couple of my roses. of course i said but why??? for his girlfriend!! yup, really nice, thoughtful guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will use these guys again when i need a plumber!

I was taking a shower and suddenly noticed the water was not draining. Oh no! Dried myself off, walked down the hallway and smelled a very unpleasant odor...which dog farted? But the smell didn't go away so I looked in the hall bath and the tub had brown water in it! Time to call a plumber! Of course I got on Yelp and called the first highly rated plumber to pop up. So glad I did, because Aaron sent his guys over within the hour - on a Saturday! They were awesome and fixed the problem quickly! I will always call The Plumbing Guys first for my plumbing needs!

I've worked with Aaron and crew a couple of times on my total bathroom remodel, including replacing all the 75 year old cast iron drain pipes in the house and setting the new toilet flange. Aaron is great to work with, professional, accommodating, flexible, fairly priced and 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will definitely call Aaron next time I have a plumbing issue and highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing problems, big or small, that need solving.

Over the phone Aaron was able to diagnose my sewer backup and tell me to call the city instead. You can be sure I'd call him first next time if it's not a city job.

TPS (The Plumbing Guys) are excellent! I had plugged sinks in my master bathroom that started to fill up with what appeared to be some type of blackish waste product. I called TPS and they had two guys out first thing in the morning. They were on-time and went right to work. They tried to snake both sinks but that did not work. The told me they needed to get into the wall to access the joint where both sink drains meet. Ultimately had to remove all the water lines and move the dual sink vanity away from the wall. They had to cut into the wall, found the joint, cut into the pipe and snaked down probably 30 or 40 feet. When they reversed the snake, all kinds of junk clogging the pipe came up. They quickly sealed the pipe, patched the wall, moved the vanity back, hooked up the lines and ta da!! no more drain problems. All this work in three hours. Super fast and reasonable prices. Biggest thing is.. they were the only plumbing company to actually answer the phone and respond!! Perfect!!!!

Yeah, you know me!

OK, most of us will get that and... most of that was terrible. But you know what isn't terrible? Every single, bit of remarkable customer service I just got from The Plumbing Guys!

This morning, I arbitrarily noticed a weird ""drip, drip"" sound coming from the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. Then suddenly, the dainty, almost peaceful, sound turned into something reminiscent of automatic sprinklers. Automatic sprinklers do not belong in the kitchen. Now praise the Lord I had the day off of work today (Veterans, my kitchen and I salute you) or else, I would have come back to a flooded home- and we're talking on Biblical proportions.

So... Yelp, Yelp, call, call and a few guys later, I get in touch with Aaron from TPG. He was very helpful over the phone and proceeded to tell me I could save myself some scratch, pick up a kitchen faucet from my local hardware store, and his guys would install it for me at a RIDICULOUSLY reasonable rate.

While at the store and entranced by the sea of faucets cascading down the wall, I called Aaron (as opposed to attempting to track down a store employee- [you'd think neon orange vests would be easy to find]) because I had a question about what to fish out. Again, he was very helpful with me, guided me through and BOOM! Faucet in hand; talk about above and beyond!

Just like any good plumbing business, TPG was busy today, but Aaron reassured me he'd get someone out to me as fast as he could. And he did. When Cesar and Victor arrived, they were equally as pleasant and got the job done in no time. Professional, quick, done. They were fantastic.

So... no need to keep Yelping through the ""options"", cuz your toilet/sink/tub is still jacked up as you read this and it's not gonna fix itself. Go ahead and give Aaron and the rest of The Plumbing Guys a call; you'll be well-taken care of. :)

Nothing is ever as easy as ""look, a faucet is on sale...let's change out the old one""! After purchasing a new kitchen faucet, we realized that the old one was over 20 years old and did not want to come out, plus the water shut off valves were corroded and would not shut completely off. I called Aaron, got a partial quote and an appointment for 3 hours later. Ajay came out to do the service, quoted out the remainder of the job (very fairly I might add) and within an hour we had a new faucet, new fittings, and everything else under the sink was checked and tightened. Very professional and friendly crew, fast service, and great quality work! When I decide on the next project, I'm calling Aaron first!

We had a minor leakage in the bathroom and we thought we could handle it ourselves. But after the pipes were disconnected we found it was so rustic that it could not be used anymore. We called several plumbers before finding The Plumbing Guys. They understood our urgent need, so they sent the technician right away. The technicians fixed our problem in a professional way. After they left, we continued with cabinet and sink installation, then we found out the drainage pipes were also rotten and unusable. Again we called The Plumbing Guys, and again they came for the rescue. They did a great job not only replacing the rotten drainage pipe, but also helped us finish up the connections with a reasonable price. We're very grateful that The Plumbing Guys saved us twice in a day. Thumb up The Plumbing Guys!

Called these guys because my daughter hit the pipe outside with her skateboard and broke it at 8am! Water pouring everywhere! They arrived within 30 minutes and had everything taken care of super quick, even made it to work on time WITH A SHOWER! Awesome service, excellent customer service and I loved the price!
