Aaron is 100% awesome! I was given an onsite estimate by one of his plumbers late this afternoon (Saturday). I realized shortly after he left that I forgot to mention a symptom for one of my 2 plumbing issues.

So I made a quick call back to their main number and spent a couple minutes of the phone describing the symptom to Aaron. In 1 minute he successfully diagnosed the problem. He suggested that the gurgling noise and stinky smell problem that we had in our seldom used bathtub was likely due to evaporation. He was right! All I had to do was run some water in the tub to refill the drain trap. Now when we flush our toilets we no longer hear gurgling noises or experience odor in our tub drain.

I still have the other plumbing issue that if I can't fix myself I will be calling them back to make a service appointment.

I really get the impression that Aaron is all about customer satisfaction. A few things he said over the phone really drove home that message. As long as Aaron is running the company I will forever use The Plumbing Guys for plumbing services.

What can I say? THE PLUMBING GUYS are all about taking care of what you need. I have had a couple of different plumbers come by to do a bid for repairing our bathroom. I lost hope in plumbers until the Plumbing Guys came along and took care of what we needed. We called Aaron to our property about 4-5 times and he never let us down. He showed up always amped up and ready to work. He likes to get things done and does not slack on anything. If he can get it done and work it around his schedule, he will. Aaron scheduled the guys to come in the next day. Once Lalo & Isaac came in, they got the job done by repairing the piping and now we have our toilet up and running. I will definitely be calling the Plumbing Guys for any plumbing issues...Thanks Aaron, Lalo & Isaac!! We appreciate your quick, efficient hard work. You got loyal customers from Victor and myself.

We hired The Plumbing Guys for a re-model. They re-piped our house and did a wonderful job. Also, they did new plumbing for my new bathroom and a new gas line. I had a drain clog....again. Turns out my kitchen drain pipe, which runs across the width of my house (75') to reach the main sewer pipe, was in baaaaad shape! It was installed 50 years ago, improperly. The first drain company I called diagnosed the problem, and showed me pictures of my pipe, but they quoted me $4000 to replace the pipe. Could finish it that afternoon. Hmmm... 4 hours x 2 guys, + maybe $200 in parts....So I said I'd think about it, and I looked on Yelp and found The Plumbing Guys.

They arrived in 30 minutes, took a quick look and quoted $1500. Could finish that day. I said OK. They did the job, maybe with a bit less professionalism than the $4000 company in their spiffy coveralls and booties, but The Plumbing Guys did the job right, and for a reasonable price. (I've since been under the house to check.) They cost $2500 less than the other guys. I'll call them again for my next plumbing emergency!

Aaron and his company of qualified plumbers added all new bathroom fixtures on our master bath remodel in 2013. Their work was excellent, timely and responsive. When we had one small issue with the sink stopper Aaron attended to it right away.

In February of this year, given our positive experience with The Plumbing Guys, we then decided to repipe our entire house which still had the original piping of 55 years. Aaron worked with us closely in explaining every detail of the job. I was impressed with his attention to safety when I heard him tell the guys to take fire extinguishers with them under the house. They took great care in making sure floors/carpets were covered at all times and cleaned up expertly when the job was completed. After the job was done Aaron checked in with us several times to be sure all was working properly.

My stove went out i had elec. Stove i needed a gas line installed cause a wonted to change it over to gas, so i call the plumbing guy company, fast response,picking up the phone, holding the appointment, getting the job done and cheap. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues
