Aaron and his team did an excellent job. Time was very important so it was nice that they showed up on time. The guys had a great attitude and kept conversation throughout the time they were doing the work. They explained what work needed to be done and showed me what the issue was, giving me a ease of mind. I'll diffidently be recommending Aaron and his team to my friends. Thanks guys!

Aaron came an hour and 15 mins late to the appointment. He came here to trouble-shoot where the congestion might be using the camera. As soon as he arrived, he said, it was a waste of his time because the clean out is not up to code. We did not know anything about it since we, the home owners, are not plumbing experts, hence we called him. He kept behaving with us like we somehow misled him. The house was built in 1960s and we are the third owners. We got whatever was in the house at the time of purchase. If we knew all this, we would have no need for rude plumbers like him.
Aaron was extremely abrasive, overbearing and disrespectful. He has no ability to listen to the customer or answer questions. He kept saying ""no you listen to me first"". He decided to yell and walk out of our property. On his way out, threatened to to call the city to tell them that our clean out is not up to code. We're happy to fix whatever needs to be fixed and bring it up to code. But we do not want to be threatened and bullied and neither should anyone.
He was nice on the phone but was highly abrasive and aggressive in person. I'm glad that he walked out because if I had hired him, this kind of behavior would have surfaced at some point during the job. I'd have lost the money and he would have walked out with the job unfinished. It's so disappointing.
He had a camera and that was the reason I had to hire him. Otherwise, I would have hired another plumber who did a great job but didn't have the camera. But camera or not, poor service is not acceptable.

We have used The Plumbing Guys twice now. Aaron is incredibly responsive and makes setting up an appointment a breeze. They showed up on time, were courteous and clean and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for much more than that!

Water all over your floor?! Look no further than the Plumbing Guys. I called The Plumbing Guys and Aaron were quick to respond. They easily accommodated the time frame I was available and said they would send a crew out. They also were a little late but communicated it to me. We had a leaky kitchen faucet and they gave me a reasonable quote to replace and install the new kitchen faucet we purchased. They did a great job at removing the old faucet, installing the new one, and cleaning up.

We will definitely use The Plumbing Guys again if we need anything else done.

They provide a great service, the arrived 30 minutes after the initial phone call to provide a free estimate, the offered a reasonable price and were able to complete the repairs promptly. Would definitely use them again if I need plumbing repairs in the future.

Cesar and Juan were efficient and completed the job quickly. They even cleaned up after they were finished. Wonderful customer service and everything was explained before they started so I understood exactly what they needed to do.

I can't believe the service that I got from these guys. Amazing, I called them & left a message & the got back to me with in 10 minutes. The guy got to my house in 30 minutes from the time I got off the phone with them. The guy came in looked at my gas pipe & said no problem went out to his truck to get approval from his boss & came back in with his tool box & a quote. Great company to deal with.

Spoke to Aaron Thurs evening, he said we would call me back Friday Morning, and as promised, he did. Sent David over to give me a quote, was reasonably priced, and David was done in about 20 mins tops. Would highly recommend TPG, awesome work. AND they have a 30 day guarantee! The Plumbing Guys never came out because my problem was resolved before they had a chance. I messaged them thru Yelp and Aaron responded almost immediately. He scheduled an appointment the following afternoon. I would not hesitate to call The Plumbing Guys next time. When you're having a plumbing emergency and someone responds and sets an appointment up that quickly is awesome. Bottom line, you need someone quick that responds in a friendly manner, message Aaron via Yelp!
