I reached out to this company about installing a tankless water heater. The plumber told me the estimated price, and asked why we would want to replace a relatively new high-quality water heater by a tankless one. Without getting into too many details, the plumber suggested another solution, which doesn't involve installation.

He concluded by saying ""It's not that I don't want to do the job, I would love to do it. But if I am thinking about your best interest, you should probably first check out other solutions"".

I appreciate very much the way this company puts the client's interest first. They put themselves in the client's shoes and give a frank advise, and are ready to pass on a job.

These guys got a call from me at 8 am set up an appointment at 9 that day. My simple problem unearthed 3 leaks that were dealt with patched that day and permitted. They finished at 9 that night. After climbing under the house, drilling through stucco to reach pipe, replacing it, with pics. Repaired two toilets and a sink. Unexpected by over fur fixes.

These guys were great and really responsive. Had a clogged drain in my restaurant. Initially called some other plumbers who claimed they couldn't snake the drain. Ended up using the camera and claimed I had a broken P-trap and broken pipe. Quoted me for a whole days worth of work to break the tile and replace the drain. I called the Plumbing Guys to get another opinion and they snaked the drain in 5 minutes. Would definitely call these guys again.

I called The Plumbing guys, Aaron was so kind and professional. I told him what happened and we had a great conversation about companies trying to RIP off consumers.
Aaron's team showed up at 9am as promised. Ricky and his sidekick, were honest, quick and hardworking and the water heater in asap for...way less than 1,000$!

Aaron was one of the first to reply to my request for quote on early Sunday morning to fix a leaking hot water pipe under the house. He was extremely responsive throughout. He set up an appointment first thing Monday morning. Rick was on time and provided a spot-on assessment of the issue and a competitive estimate. Rick and Ricky were courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. Having had a negative experience with our former plumber (who did this same fix about a year before), I was very happy to see the high quality of work that Rick and Ricky did. I would say that they went over and beyond to make sure the leak got fixed once and for all. Highly recommend working with these guys.

My 92 year old parents still live at home. We had a water leak under their house that had been going on for months before we found it. Had a clean up company come in and dry it out. This took a week and no water on in the house. The other plumbers that we had would not go down for another 3 week. I called AAron at the plumbing guys and he had his best man Tom come out within 4 hr. Tom had it fixed in no time and my parents didn't have to go to a hotel for the duration. Great Job.

Our main water valve was leaking and we called The Plumbing Guys for a quote. They came over the very next day and gave us a fair quote, and returned the next day and to repair the leak. While they were repairing the leak, they noticed a couple of other issues we needed to address such as rotting valves, corroded parts, etc. Fun times, right? Well the Plumbing Guys were very reassuring and helpful in providing us with options. They were honest about what we should repair right away and what could wait. I really liked the way they provided us with the options, too. They were very calm and matter-of-fact, and nowhere near pushy. My husband and I ended up opting to have some of the more pressing issues repaired and the final costs for everything matched the original quotes exactly. What was SUPER nice was that for some of the smaller repairs, they didn't charge us for the labor, only the parts, so that really helped with reducing our costs.

I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a competent and well-priced plumber!

Editing my review because of a misunderstanding. Sergio was courteous enough to call and explain something I had misinterpreted so I'm giving them the positive review they deserve.

I was in contact with the owner, who was perfectly professional. He scheduled me for an immediate free estimate visit and same-day work for my clogged drain, which I appreciated.

Two gentlemen (Sergio and another) came by yesterday and did a fast and thorough job of clearing the drain. I was a bit surprised by the price - $225 for only 15 minutes of work. But they did give me a yelp discount, so that was appreciated. Once the drain was clear, they showed me the bucket of debris that had caused the clog.

Again, there was a misunderstanding on my part over something that occurred at the very end of the transaction. But Sergio called me to apologize and explain what had really happened. I really appreciate that he took the time to clarify. The work the gentlemen did was fast and well done and I'd recommend them to others for plumbing services. It's nice to have the clogged drain checked off my to-do list.
