No need to look anywhere else!
Had a major leak in my water line and front yard was flooded. So much so, I had to turn off my water to stop from having a high water bill.
-Called at 8am and the technician was there just before 9!! On a Saturday keep in mind!!! Fast response time!! Called other places and they couldn't come until Monday! Jarred was polite and got right to work!! All the digging and going to get parts needed to fix the issue only took 2 hours to fix!!! After he left, realized my water pressure was a little off. Called back and 30 minutes later Jarred came back to fix my water! $297 for a positive experience! Would DEFINITELY recommend the Plumbing Doc and Jarred to fix any plumbing issue!

The plumbing doc is by far the best plumbers in town. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My plumbing issues at my house were horrible and had many issues. Ricky and Mike came out to my house and diagnosed my problems quoted me and got to work. They also installed a new tankless water heater. Those two guys rock and did an amazing job. They are very professional. Call these guys they are the best. They got my business from now on.

Can not recommend for any type of substantial work. Maybe ok to unclog a drain. But for larger jobs they seem understaffed and unable to deliver in the end. Extremely disappointed in this company.

I was very impressed with the professional attitudes of all the men who came to repair yard drains that had clogged with palm roots. It took some concrete work and lots of diagnostics to get it done but it was done with proficiency and as promised. Brandon and Bruce were especially involved and informative, keeping us abreast of each day's progress. I would highly recommend the Plumbing Doc for any plumbing needs.

I've called them out twice for work. Once was a small clog. It took 2 hours and 2 people for 100 dollars to fix. No biggie, they were really nice. The plumbers that come out ARE NOT the problem. It's the owner that tries to up the prices extremely. Next time I had a gas leak. Shut off from pge. They came out, told me they didnt have the tools to find it after I had told them what was wrong. Couldnt find the leak, so they told me I would have to change all the pipes for 10,000! I found out later we didnt need all the pipes even. Called another company...$700 later for a couple of fittings and 4 hours of his time, and PGE turned us back on no problem. The prices are crazy.

There is no way that The Plumbing Doc can get anything other than five stars. Imagine this: Toilets and showers back up at 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. Call home warranty and they say that they will have someone out on Monday.

Ummm, sorry to be gross, but between three people in this house, someone is going to need to use the bathroom between now and Monday. So that's not going to work.

So at 5:30 I do a Google search, I find The Plumbing Doc, and I make a call. I was told that they would have someone out within an hour. TEN MINUTES LATER, there is a knock on my door. He left at 6 p.m.

You read that right. Our plumbing backs up and after dealing with home warranty nonsense, we called, tech showed up, and we were clear to enjoy our bathrooms within an hour. THAT'S AMAZING!!!

Also, Tim, the technician, was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff. (I know, I could have replaced stuff with another word that starts with S that would have made a funny pun, but I wanted to keep this family friendly).

The Plumbing Doc is great! Completely satisfied!

Our first service call from The Plumbing Doc went smoothly and the plumbing issue was resolved professionally. But our second visit was a completely different experience.

Technician showed up and started inspecting the cause of the problem. My guess is that he was having a bad day because he had a foul attitude. His communication was rude and continued to verbally complain about my property and the condition in a very unprofessional tone.

Long story short, he told me he couldn't get his snake from the roof because of the size of the pipe. But he assured me that by removing the toilet, the problem would be fixed. After it was all said and done, the drains were still clogged and I now have a toilet that's been removed. The technician continued to speak to everyone very rudely, including his partner, and basically left my property without even re-installing the toilet that he had removed. When I asked if he was going to re-install it, he told me that they don't re-install toilets. I have never heard of a plumber who would come out, diagnose your problem, tell you he needs to remove your toilet to do the job, then leave everything as is when he's unsuccessful in unclogging it.

After he left, we received two invoices- One for accessing it through the roof, and another for removing the toilet. Not only was the problem not resolved, he left the toilet sitting there and my tenants confused as to what was going on with the plumber leaving without finishing or at least putting things back to how they were before he arrived. If he was displeased with the condition of my property, he could respectfully decline the job and left. The rude and condescending remarks were unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, if you're going to proceed with the job, then I would appreciate some common courtesy. Rather than speaking to everyone as if you had been forced to be there.

Needless to say, our company reached out to the owner to explain the situation and to dispute the charges- but have not received a response. Coincidentally, we received a visit from the local city code enforcement today. When he arrived, he was requesting to inspect specifically the back alley, which just happened to be exactly where the plumbing technician had been complaining about when he came out. The inspector then told us that the inspection was due to a complaint and anonymous call. I'm not saying this had anything to do with the Plumbing Doctor technician, but it's highly suspicious that the inspector would show up less a week after their visit.

I called in the morning to see how much would they charge me for a clogged toilet and tub also to see if they could come today. The lady on the phone was very nice she gave me the price and transferred me to another extension where I could schedule the work. They were able to come between 1-2pm. AJ arrived at 1:15 really nice guy was able to get the job done. I really like the invoice they sent me with the pictures of what was clogging the drain. Thank you

Called to report an issue with a leak I have and was given a 9 AM appointment. The techs showed up right on time and after explaining the issue they confirmed it was the condensate line on the air conditioner. No charge professional and courteous. Will use them in the future.
