Called on Sunday, at my house in 15 min, and Tim fixed my water heater fast, smart, efficient, and explained what was wrong, what he fixed, and done in about 45 min.

These guys are professional and very very good. I had to recipe my whole house because of multiple floods caused by rusting galvanized copper pipes .They hesitantly gave me discount because I had some competing bids which were lower but I talked to them because they fixed 2 of the previous leaks and did the job promptly during the weekend without hassle. They agreed to do the work at the same price what another company quoted. I was kinda concerned that they might compromise the work because of the discount. But my concerns were baseless. The plumbers did an excellent work. I scrutinized there work and it was flawless . Besides the plumbers were very nice and respectful. One day our cat ran away . My wife was devastated. It was not their fault. The can ran away before these guys show up. They almost halted the work to help out trying to find the cat. It showed up later. I was very grateful for their professionalism , kindness and respect of their customer. I give them 5 star and recommend them very highly . Hopefully my problems are fixed and I don't have to use them in future, but if I need anyone for plumbing , these are the guys.

Everyone at at The plumbing Doc was nice and courteous but they lack attention to detail. What should have taken 1 day took 3 extra appointments. One they cancelled and two others required having them to come out to make corrections. The finish work was less than what one would expect and I had to re-do myself. The whole experience and quality was just below par.

I called the plumbing doctor last week for an emergency leak at my rental home. They arrived within the hour and did an excellent job. Very professional and tidy! I feel like they can be trusted and not over charge.

Today I called them to do some work at my moms house. Again they were very prompt and professional. AJ was the plumber that came out. My mother was extremely happy with his politeness and professionalism. I definitely recommend The Plumbing Doctor!!

So I called this company to get my kitchen sink unclogged about 12:30 pm. The receptionist told me that she can have a guy come over about 4. I thought I would have to wait the next day, and so I was happy. What made it even better, Tim, shows up 15 mins til. Tim was professional, loved his job (company), and very informative. He pretty much gave me an earful of Dont's, which I think was great. And Do's as well. He ran the proper equipment not like the previous plumber I had called years ago. Tim told me so (the snake used was for a bath tub). Problem fixed and now I have some Dont's to consider while using the sink thanks to Tim. Pricing is very reasonable also. I'll definitely will be calling this company again in the future. Hint: they don't just do plumbing

We had a situation in which we needed to know if something was a problem or not (plastic cap accidentally dropped into toilet and flushed). We did not want to have a plumbing clog or worse, an overflow. So we called The Plumbing Doc. Got a same day appointment. Jared listened to the problem, laid out some options, did a few tests. Turns out the lid passed through the system ok, but it was nice to have prompt service, with options and prices clearly explained. Would call them again. House call fee was a bit higher than some, but they showed up exactly as promised.

I have to practice what I preach, so here i go from one contractor to another.

I cannot really tell you the actual issue cause Im embarrassed that i could not figure it out myself. Our hot water system turned off and was leaking.

During the week,Jan 6th(or 7th) I called. Here is the timeline:
3:05 pm - Called, spoke with a very nice lady gave my info and the issue and was told someone would be on site in 30 mins
3:25 pm - Jarred knocks on my door, introduces himself. and he starts the inspection. During the inspection Jarred is explaining how the systems works, why it might be off, how the warranty works, the cost associated with the repair and all in lingo my wife can I can understand. Not his first time explaining this to homeowners. Very friendly, but professional. I liked that the truck was very clean, and the uniform, while yes it was dirty from the work day, there is though put in to a least look like a professional service provider. Which Jarred is.
3:45 pm - Issue is corrected and water heater is back on
3:50 pm - I have a work order to confirm the work was completed, I have an invoice to e-sign, with record/copy emailed to me. All paperless.

So, the whole ordeal was 45 mins long. That kind of effort take serious planning and consideration by the leadership and support staff, so great job and last but not least, very impressed with the technology used to complete the paperwork, and your service professional Jarred.

I recently used their services twice, once for a large matter, and once for a small but urgent job. They have always been good communicators, positive in attitude, honesy, efficient and punctual - not at all easy to find in plumbers, in my experience. Their work has been totally up to standard. This is a good service to use.

Poor customer service beginning with a rude appointment service guy Rick, over the weekend. Then I waited over 1.5 hours for a no show. Apparently Rick never put me on the schedule! Wasted my time.
