I recently used their services twice, once for a large matter, and once for a small but urgent job. They have always been good communicators, positive in attitude, honesy, efficient and punctual - not at all easy to find in plumbers, in my experience. Their work has been totally up to standard. This is a good service to use.

Poor customer service beginning with a rude appointment service guy Rick, over the weekend. Then I waited over 1.5 hours for a no show. Apparently Rick never put me on the schedule! Wasted my time.

I love lots of mature trees around my house but they are not good for my plumbing. So I had a stoppage in my shower and Plumbing Doc arrived on time and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Would I recommend Plumbing Doc? Absolutely the best service I have ever had. [My late husband was a licensed plumber - - But you know who's toilet needed jiggling.] Yes, I recommend Plumbing Doc for all your plumbing needs.

Had a backed up sink... thought I did something wrong it was just food/gucky stuff built up over time but called at 10:30 and Bobby was here by 1:00 sharp. Very friendly fast and assured me it happens! Done by 1:25! Thank you! Would do business again in a heart beat!

Great guys. I can't sing their praises enough. They are more expensive than some other plumbers but i URGE you to think twice before picking the cheaper plumber like i did the last time.

***I hired another plumber at first to get a rather easy non emergency job done, well this other guy took a 5 hour lunch, tried to charge it to me saying that it was time spent acquiring the pipe i needed. He claimed he had to go to Delano to get the pipe; get this that specialtiy pipe can be found at ANY in town lowe's or Home depot because i checked while he was away on his 5 hour break. I used to work in the plumbing department i know the inventory. When that bozo came back he messed with my water heater when i wasn't looking and tried to charge me to FIX IT! the nerve of that other guy, and im sure this is pretty typical in the plumbing industry just like the automotive industry.***

Moral of the story is if you DON""T know your away around pipes, you wan't someone you can trust who won't try to rip you off, you want someone honest you can trust to visit your home where you and your family sleep... The only guys i now trust is the Father and Son operation at Plumbing Doc.
THESE GUYS are honest, fast and know what they are talking about. Both the son and the father know their stuff. Don't get scammed by going for the cheaper guy like I almost did.

Arrived right when they said they would. Sent two great guys who wore booties in the house (THANK YOU) ... nice guys, did excellent work, and the rates were reasonable. I highly recommend them!

The plumbing doc was so helpful! I called to inquire about my issue with my garbage disposal, before scheduling an appointment to have them come out they gave me a few tips to try myself first, and they worked! Rick Jr and Michael helped us out last minute on Christmas Eve night. They responded within 30 min and were done in an hour. They were professional and knew what tricks to use in order to replace a valve that could have lead to a huge mess with out them. A huge thanks and will use them again in the future on a less emergent fix!

Had some work done , toilets weren't flushing well and sink was leaking. They came in, got everything installed very quickly. Had a minor issue with the toilet install and sink caulking but as soon as I let the owner know he was willing to have someone out that same day. They came back out , got it all sorted.

I can't say enough about the Friendly staff , quality work and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.
