Our water was shut off to our house by a mistake that was made by our gardener on Friday afternoon. They had stripped the valve that shut off the water to our house. In a panic we called The Pluming Doc who answered right away and walked us through some options to restore water to our house until they could get here. The damage was severe enough that we were not able to restore water. They came out and diligently worked through the problem which was not easy to solve on a weekend due to the non uniform parts that the original builder had installed. They navigated through the problem making it work through their knowledge and experience. We are loyal customers from this day forward knowing that if we ever have an issue that we will call The Pluming Doc who has great customer service. Their plumber Savannah who responded to the call was knowledgeable, courteous, and was diligent in our repair. We cant thank them enough for all their hard work and the customer experience we received. This company knows how to service their customer and surpass expectations. We highly recommend The Plumbing Doc.

We had a plumbing problem occur at 1AM on Sunday night. I was dreading calling up a plumber on a Sunday - expecting a Sunday service call to carry a huge premium. I called up the Plumbing Doc at about 8:30AM Sunday morning, and actually spoke to a real, live person - not an answering service or recording. He told me someone would be out within the hour. Savannah showed up very quickly and she got to work. Not only did she fix the problem, but she did some other plumbing work to our house that was needed. She was so very kind and professional, and did excellent work. I was worried with all the extra work and about 2.5 hours work time, the bill would be enormous. I was so relieved when I found out the total was less than a quarter of what I expected it to be! I cannot recommend The Plumbing Doc enough! Have no fear when you call them! They are GREAT!

There is no doubt that The Plumbing Doc will be the only plumber we ever use! We have had multiple plumbers and septic people out to figure out our issues with water coming into the basement. Rick was determined to figure it out, and they did! Love that he is making sure we have an absolute resolution to our problem instead of ""hoping that works"" like we've had in the past. You will want to have these guys help you!

I had a leaking toilet at my buisiness. The Plumbing Doc took care of the mess quickly, was very reasonably priced, and with courteous service. Other local companies gave me the run around about additional work that would need to be done at a higher price just to unclog a toilet. I would whole-heartedly recommend The Plumbing Doc for fast honest service and efficiency at a very reasonable price!!!

I thought I could fix my toilet problems myself...wrong. Thankfully, Rick, owner of Plumbing Doc, was available to give me some good advice. He could have easily charged me to come out and fix the problem...instead, he asked me to send him pics so he could look at it and tell me the parts I needed to fix it myself, free of charge. I'm a do-it-myself kind of girl but I don't always have all the knowledge...Thanks, Rick for being there for a single-mom who just needed a little help. I'll definitely give Plumbing Doc a call when the job is too big for this girl to handle.

I'm changing this review from 5 to 1 star. These guys have done 3 jobs for me, 2 of these jobs were a recurring problem. The 3rd time out, I was quoted $600 just to take a look. I had the problem checked by another company for free and fixed later that day... a problem that was missed by these guys 2x prior.

I'm disappointed that I've spent $6k with plumbing doc and they were trying to rip me off like this.

Had issues with our old house's plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. The Plumbing Doc was the only plumber in town that could come that day. After calling he was at our house in less than thirty minutes. He was incredibly polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He lives in an old house and has a lot of experience working on houses with old plumbing (if you have an old house you know why this is important!). He got the job done quickly and the price was reasonable. Thanks for saving the day!
