Michael and Brandon came out and were extremely professional, showed up on the scheduled time and remedied our problems with our tankless water heater. They wore masks the entire time, cleaned up after themselves and were super professional. Highly recommend the Plumbing Doc and would use again.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. We called in the plumber for an emergency during night hours and during the visit, he went out to what i assumed was to get a tool, but after waiting about 30 minutes, I found him asleep in his car. He then told me they could not fix it until Monday. When I called on Monday, I asked if they had the part to fix it, if not - i would need to call someone else because it was urgent. The manager, Rick, then told me that he didnt like my attitude, told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I called him back to try explain I was just trying to be sure because I could not wait for the 1pm appointment to find out if they could fix it, but Rick hung up on me again. The bright side I suppose is that they said they would not charge me for the first night where the man fell asleep. But an awful experience.

I had a clogged sink and bath tub, unfortunately I did not get the plumbers name but he did a great job. Very professional, arrived earlier than expected which was totally fine with me. Turned out I had a much bigger issue with my tub and he was able to schedule me the next day to get it fixed. Him and the other gentleman were very polite and professional and explained to us everything they did. Would definitely recommend the Plumbing Doc and will definitely be calling them if I ever run into any issues again! They also had a very reasonable price which was a bonus.

AJ was fantastic. I called yesterday to the main office because our new home had a sink issue. We couldn't get enough water pressure and for some reason we had no cold water, plus the drinking water pressure was low. Thankfully they had an appointment available for the next day! AJ arrived early and did a fantastic job! My sink is now working and he was very professional. He walked us through what he did and answered all of our questions. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Extremely professional service by technician Brad and his assistant (sorry I cannot remember name.) Brad was at the house within hour of calling office. Office staff also very friendly. A+++ experience, would highly recommend.

No need to look anywhere else!
Had a major leak in my water line and front yard was flooded. So much so, I had to turn off my water to stop from having a high water bill.
-Called at 8am and the technician was there just before 9!! On a Saturday keep in mind!!! Fast response time!! Called other places and they couldn't come until Monday! Jarred was polite and got right to work!! All the digging and going to get parts needed to fix the issue only took 2 hours to fix!!! After he left, realized my water pressure was a little off. Called back and 30 minutes later Jarred came back to fix my water! $297 for a positive experience! Would DEFINITELY recommend the Plumbing Doc and Jarred to fix any plumbing issue!

The plumbing doc is by far the best plumbers in town. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My plumbing issues at my house were horrible and had many issues. Ricky and Mike came out to my house and diagnosed my problems quoted me and got to work. They also installed a new tankless water heater. Those two guys rock and did an amazing job. They are very professional. Call these guys they are the best. They got my business from now on.
