I called at 10:00am for a appointment to fix a leak

Service was Fast/Friendly/Great price,
Thanks Pat!

I have been in the construction business right at 40 years. Once in a while you meet men that really know their trade. Pat and Dominic are two I can personally recommend. They knew right what to do to fix the shower and did a great job.

Horrible. Had a leaking shower in my mobile home. Called my home warranty company and they sent Pat. He told me that the entire shower should be removed, and warranty didn't cover it, but that he could help me ""under the table"" for $1100. I'm a single mom and money is tight so I took him upon the offer. He removed the shower stall and placed a shower pan in there and said that I could put in the walls myself. He was supposed to haul out the shower walls, but he told me that I could make $1000 for selling the glass doors on eBay. Later I found out that it was just a way for him to avoid hauling out the shower doors. No one will take them, even for free. I called him several times and he said he would haul them out. That was over a year ago. I think I called him five times, always trying to be polite. He always said he'd do it ""next week,"" -- something like that. Now they've been sitting on my yard for over a year, these heavy scrap doors. Also, turns out that everything he told me about being able to do my shower walls myself was ridiculous. Now I have a botched up bathroom and these shower doors on my yard that I can't get rid of. Every contractor that I've spoken to since has told me that what this guy did was completely unprofessional, starting from me being able to do it myself, not hauling out the shower doors, and on and on. He just took complete advantage of me. So I called him up once more to complain about the shower doors and the entire situation. He screamed and cussed at me on the phone, was extremely rude and hung up on me. Twice. I was so shaken up, especially since I never screamed at him, I was calm and polite, and explained what the issue was, and he screamed at me that he's been doing this job for forever and a day and doesn't need to hear crap from anybody and that he was going to haul out the shower door ""as a courtesy"" but now I can do it myself. And then he hung up on me. What I find the most disgusting is that this guy calls himself a Christian. He gave me this big speech about how the problem in this country is that there are not enough ""Godly people."" And then he treated me this way. Btw. Take note of how uneven these yelp reviews are! Either he has 5 stars or 1 star. I bet he tells people to give him 5 stars to bring up the reviews. So please, please stay away from this guy and his rude son!

We had a toilet leaking from the wax ring and a shower drain clogged. Dillon came out and not only unclogged the drain, but showed me how to do it in the future. Then he replaced the wax ring at a very reasonable cost with $25 off for being a first time customer. He was also very friendly, highly recommended. I will be calling them again!!!!!

If you are looking for the best value for your money for a quality plumber I would definitely recommend Pat @ Plumbinator. He is very responsive, handles all work given in a timely manner, is courteous to tenants, explains in detail what is needed for each service call and gives a very fair price for work & service provided. Excellent work. Thank you Pat & team!

bad bad bad business! the owner is one of the worse people i've come across in years. and he hires the most incompetent people that are rude and disrespectful. We paid them $250 for a service we did not receive. The owner was rude over the phone and the service technician hung up on me when I was still talking. It's been 3 days and we have not had our plumbing fixed, so we have to stay with family until we can settle up with our insurance. I regret letting them into our home, now we are worried they will return.

Totally unprofessional. Recommended by the home warranty company but he did not come to work. Did not want to inspect the tankless water heater so he called his boss and said it would take longer than that the $$ being given initially by the warranty company. The company did not care that their commitment was not being met and the owner told the service tech to just leave. Yep, he left. I'm now waiting for another company to come.

These are facts:
Service technician shows up and just walks into our home without any sort of greeting, hand shake, business card or questionnaire regarding our hot water issue. He appears to be visibly irritated and rushed to get in and out. He asked where the water heater controller was and we indicated in the attic. He checked a couple things quickly in our home. He asked to use our cell phone because his was not working, sure no problem at all. The service man proceeded to have a conversation while on speaker phone regarding the amount of time that it was going to take to go up in the attic to continue troubleshooting our hot water heater issue. He was speaking to the owner of the business and indicated the amount of time that it was going to take (2 hours to be exact) to go into our attic and check the hot water heater controller which was going to exceed the cost of the $250 service call fee that our homeowners warranty was going to provide the company for coming out. The owner responds back and tells the technician to just leave us and file for something ( i didn't catch the exact phrase ), basically which would cover any cost's that they may incur for their time. The owner also indicated it would take a few days in which my mom joined into the conversation and asked "" what about the customers? we will be out of hot water for those days "". Here's where things went south. The owner yelled back through the phone that we were not their only customer and there were other customers waiting as well!!!!"". My mother was beside herself and was going to engage in a verbal altercation with this company and the service technician just left. Before he drove off he told us to just replace it instead of trying to get it fixed. We didn't get a business card, receipt or even a return time or date. The only reason how i found out who "" The Plumbinator "" was is because i called the service tech back from my phone and politely asked who he was and he didn't want to say, so i asked which company this was and he told me. I told him exactly what i'm saying here , I do not appreciate the way you handled yourself in our home and the way your family owned business owner spoke to my mother. The service technician completely lost his temper and yelled all kinds of things to me and then simply hung up on me. I did however get two seconds in on the conversation to tell him i would be writing this review and he replied that he couldn't care less and that he WAS going to return back to our home later today, but now he is NOT!. We called our home warranty company to give them some feedback on our experience and put in a request for the company to not be paid, and it appeared that the company had already called them to build up a case against us that was 100% false. What reputable company really does that anyways? Thank goodness for social media, BBB, Yelp, Contractor's license board, LinkedIn etc. These are tools that we consumers have to fight back and be heard. My advice is to shop elsewhere. UPDATE! After placing this review and looking for additional places to copy/paste it, i realized that there are several of similar stories like mine against this company. Hopefully people will start listening.

After several attempts at lighting our hot water heater, we thought it was done. Called and spoke with Pat, the owner, and he made an appointment with me within a few hours of my call. Pat was on another job and called to let me know he was finished and on his way. He showed up and took a look at the problem and after a few minutes had my hot water heater relit and working fine. All of these are my reason for giving 5 stars... but to top it off, Pat didn't charge me for the quick fix or the additional information about the lifespan of my hot water heater. When the day comes for repair or replacement, I will call and use their services. Thanks Pat.

We called several plumbers around town for an install of a commercial sink. Most didn't show or call back. Pat the Plumbinator came out for an estimate real quick, gave us out estimate and a couple days later sent over Dominic. Very skilled, very professional and he exceeded all our expectations. Would highly recommend
