I had Dylan come to the house for a shower cartridge install to fix and regulate. He was so great, he went through the entire house checking all the faucets and toilets to see if they worked properly. he called the night before, and an hour prior to the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He covered his boots in the house and he was very knowledgable and super nice. I recommended him to my neighbors immediately.

My husband and I just purchased a new house a month ago. Come to find out, on Thanksgiving, that the garbage disposal has a leak. Our home warranty company hooked us up with Pat the Plumbinator. Pat was polite, professional and quick to repair the leak. He provided me with options covered by the warranty and alternatives should I prefer a better model. The service was great and speedy. Couldn't ask for more! We will be sure to call Pat again should we ever need plumbing assistance.

Home warranty dispatched this company for my service order. Had water heater, shower tub & toilet tank problems. Was worried about this company because of the poor yelp reviews. But all went ok. Pat was willing to schedule around my work hours so i didn't have to miss work. Seemed professional over the phone, but i still dreaded the possible future disappointment according to yelp. I was extremely relieved when Dylan showed up on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He tolerated my curious dog & kids. He took time to explain a lot & taught me some interesting things. He was even willing to go the extra mile to make sure other issues were taken care of too.

2.5 years ago I hired Pat and his team to install my DIY Reverse Osmosis system.
I did so because it looked too difficult to do it myself; particularly as it said you need to put a new hole in your sink for the included faucet.

When Pat came, he looked at my sink and informed me it wouldn't need a new hole as they could use the hole for the air outlet.
This seemed odd to me but I figured he was the expert and I wasn't going to argue with him. Well, I should have!
I'm now selling the house and just had the home inspection.
A) The sink, with its absent air outlet is not up to code and B) there's dry rot in the cabinets below the sink, thanks to the pipe from the air outlet that Pat's employee left hanging under the sink. Apparently those pipes leak water, especially if the end of the pipe is below the level of the drain.
Add that to the fact the job was done a day later than originally promised because of a parts issue. And they Plumbinator isn't even cheap! Incredibly unprofessional.
I can't wait to find out how much this dry rot is going to cost me. Thanks Pluminator.

The Plumbinator was the second plumber that my home warranty company suggested to repair a very leaky bathtub faucet. The first company did the same repair in March but about August 1st it started leaking again. They came out two different times; the first time the guy seemed baffled by what he saw and the second time it was the same guy who repaired it in March but this time he could not remove the cartridge and lead me to believe he would return with backup. But after waiting a couple of days (drip, drip, drip), I called them and was referred back to the warranty company. That's when they offered the Plumbinator but after reading the Yelp reviews, I told Pat I wanted a third choice.

Pat took offense but explained that he had been in business for more than 10 years, was in good standing with the contrators' board and that he even did a few simple extras for clients as a courtesy. I was sweet talked into agreeing with him. He and his son, Dylan, arrived on time on Saturday(!) with a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. Pat promptly diagnosed the problem (cartridge needed to be replaced, as the first plumber had said) and Dylan started to work on the replacement while Pat got the authorization from the warranty company. In about 20 minutes, my week and a half of water leaking into the bathtub (tub was plugged and I had a waste basket to catch and use the water) was resolved. Each time I use the bathroom, I feel the faucet (diverter valve) to make sure it is still dry--and it still is.

Pat and Dylan did a great job on my repair. Often the problem is more with the warranty company who may deny the claim--or part of the claim. If I had had to have the garage wall opened to get to the pipes, I am sure that part of the plumbing claim would have been denied. But I got lucky this time. Next time it starts leaking, it may be more serious than just replacing the cartridge.

Pat and Dylan know what they are doing--and do it well. I recommend them.
