Have used Yelp for years but never written a review. Today is the exception. Used The Plumber Guy to replace the hose's on the kitchen faucet. The best part is, they had a guy in our area and he was to the house within a few hours (I know this might not always be the case). Estevan was our service rep and was outstanding. Talked us through the repair and even gave us some advice going forward in dealing with our aging faucet. Next time I won't try and fix my plumbing issues myself, I will call The Plumber Guy.

The service was good, and prompt however the price is prohibitive. I have a large water heater was charged 2400. I found afterwards I could have the same water heater - size and brand for 1900. If I had the time I would have done more research and chose another company who would do the same work, with the same equipment for less.

We're always scared to call a plumber because we haven't been able to trust them in the past. But tonight we had a water emergency and called The Plumber Guy and couldn't be happier. Ignacio was one of the most professional contractors we have ever used. He was so nice that my husband and I wanted to invite him to dinner! :o) He arrived quickly worked efficiently and let us know the price even before he began the work. We are definitely repeat customers.

I was selling a home and had some plumbing-related repairs that were requested by the buyer. The usual plumbing company I use didn't have any plumbers available, so they referred me to The Plumber Guy. Ended up being a good thing, as Junior came out quickly and did a great job with the repairs. Also, the price charged ended up being about half what I was paying to the other plumbing company. The Plumber Guy will now be my first call in the future!

I am giving this company 3 stars because of the following:

The customer service was excellent once I got someone on the phone. He was personable and arrived at the property promptly and fixed the problem.
HOWEVER!!!!

Rodney F. was accurate when he stated that the website's number for emergencies was not an accurate number. I had to number hop just like he did. I complained about this. I felt he was vague in his explanation and didn't really take my complaint seriously to do anything to change the narrative.

I almost fell over when he charged me over $800 to stop a water tank leak which was causing flooding in the garage. I realize it was after hours, but I felt he took advantage of me because I was calling from out of state.

You can't make this stuff up... Tony tried to bamboozle me.... Arizonans Phoenicians here's my story.

Plumber guy came out because I needed a new water heater installed, I already had the replacement waiting for Tony when he arrived. I asked Tony what the price would be, and the first thing out his mouth is ""you know water heaters are expensive."" Then Tony said let me find you a coupon I knew this was going to be an AZZ Reaming. Tony then says we have a $75 coupon; an the total would be $412 rip-off it is 3 connections,  lighting the pilot and Tony would be done for $412 I will find someone else.

If you have an after hours emergency DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. You call the number they list on their website for emergency services and you then get a voice message stating if it's an emergency to call another number they read out quickly, and ONLY ONCE, so if you are not prepared for them to do that you will miss it and have to call again to get it. They really should put this number on their website, they have a section for emergency services where they repeat their main number as the one to use, why not just place this special number they really want you to call instead of just having it on a voice message only. Who has time for that during an emergency you will just call the next plumber on the list.

Prompt, courteous, & professional. Took the time to give me a number of options for several issues around the house and finished them in a timely manner and a reasonable cost. I will certainly use them again.
