The master bath was leaking and I found the company with the largest number of good reviews. Avery, Mike, Eric,Darrin, Justis, Brian and Jason were all just the best ! They were true professionals in every aspect. Highly recommended!

The work was fine for plumbing as they knew what they were doing, but the price was outrageous. $250 to install two shower handles that I provided, with a coupon! Maybe I need to be a plumber. Quote was $750 for a free standing ice maker to be put in also with a water line and drain line that was nearby the unit. I Had to decline that one. I guess the worst part was the tech was stoned. I get its 2020 post election and its legal now, but common!!

I called on a Monday because I discovered an upstairs toilet leak over the weekend. The lady that answered the phone was great and was quick to get someone out (the reason for more than 1 star). The guy they sent out was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The toilet was removed and the angle stop replaced, then I was told that the floor was rotted and would need to be replaced before any other work could be done. That cost me $200. I was told that they had a guy that could replace the floor and that and he would contact me. I did get a message from the guy about a week later. I called him back and left a voicemail to set up a time to have him come complete the repairs, but I never got a call back. So, fast forward to me calling a restoration and remodeling company to come out and take a look at replacing the floor. I was told that the floor didn't need to be replaced at all and they showed me what they were looking at, and explained to me why. I am thankful I never got a call back from ""the ""guy"" because I'm sure that would have been a very pricey repair that wasn't even needed.

Extremely rude he came in and said he fixed our toilet and sink and it was all the same ended up charging more than he said he was. I would not recommend to anyone. I heard their the best in Suprise, Az and honestly I would've done a better job myself.

We had a great experience with this company. They just came to give us an estimate because we had a sewage odor coming from an area in our home. They are great with communication, from emailing and texting and calling to let you know about your scheduled appointment, to letting us know when the plumber was en route (along with sharing a photo and name of the person who would be coming to our home).

Jeremy the plumber who came explained everything that he was doing. He consulted with another plumber about our issue and suggested that we try a lower cost solution before bringing them in to do a more expensive procedure. We really appreciated their honesty and for not immediately trying to sell us on the other service. Based on our experience we will definitely call them when we need plumbing service and would recommend them to others wanting honest and efficient plumbing services.

After my grandmother was ripped off by Parker and Sons on a toilet install, I elected to install a new toilet in her other bathroom myself but needed a new shut off valve and just could not get the stubborn old leaking valve off and did not want to risk damaging the supply line.
I called The Plumber Guy after receiving a referral of them from a local real estate agent. The office manager (Patrice or Patty) answered my questions and informed me there was no charge to show up and there would only be a charge if work was completed. They notified me by email and phone call of when the plumber, Estevan Leyva, was on his way. He arrived on time, was professional, provided a competitive quote ($134), completed the job in less then 45 minutes and left zero mess. Very impressed with the work and the honest assessment of the work needed and the competitive price. Parker and Sons charged my grandmother $1,400 for the 1st toilet, and installation of the toilet, a new toilet supply line and 1/4 turn shut off valve. She is 97 years old and her son who is in his mid 70's was also present when their plumber arrived. Parker and Sons ripped my grandmother and uncle off!! Complete rip off and consumers are taking notice. Not sure if the ""Sons"" are taking over but ever since Parker and Sons went to commission based plumbers, I am hearing more stories about them ripping people off. Thanks to The Plumber Guy, very honest and highly recommend them!!

What a rip off. $1600.00 to install a hot water heater!! When I asked for a breakdown of material and labor he refused to give it to me. When I said I would have to think about it I was told I would owe 25% if I didn't use them. $400. For an estimate. I have no problem with the work performed , but their way of doing business is a real turn off!!! Would never use them again

I am so pleased with the service we got from this company. After calling multiple plumbers and even having one come Into our home and charge us a lot of money to do the exact same thing we already did. This company came in spent a lot of time and helped us. Our plumber guy was Danny and he was kind, funny and fixed our problem and we could not be happier.

I've used them around two years ago and ""Ziggy"" was great! He cleaned the drains and they worked perfectly. He was efficient and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better and will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

Needed to replace our kitchen faucet and a valve, the scope of work a bit more difficult than most. Jeremy showed up a bit early (he called first for the heads up), repaced the faucet and leaky valves, the old tubing and even ""cleaned up"" the piping set-up!! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We will call should the need arise.
