Used this service again for gravity dependent leak under the sink
and to change our kitchen faucet. Tony was great, explained everything
that needed to be done and showed us the problem. We were lucky
in that he didn't have to go thru the garage back wall to fix
the dependent leak.
Again, price was good, serverice excellent, and enjoyed our
chatting. This is the go to plumbing service and Tony is the
man you want.

This service was great, i liked how we received a email confirmation and phone call prior to Albert arriving. We didn't have to wait around all afternoon for his arrival. Albert was prompt, friendly, and fixed our hot water heater issue right away. There were no high pressure sales to upgrade what we had. Albert took the time to go through the different parts of the heater and what to watch for as the hot water heater ages. We will definitely call the Plumber Guy if we need their services again when we are at our home in Sun City.

We discovered a leak under our sink on Thursday nite. The next morning we called The Plumber Guy and within a couple of hours they sent a plumber Joe G. to our house to access the problem. He checked it out and told us it was the faucet, he said if we went to get a faucet right away he could install it. At that time he told us how much it would cost to install it. We got the faucet, Joe installed it and we are now as good as new. I would like to thank the The Plumber Guy Company for their fast and professional service. Our plumber Joe G. was very courteous and professional toward us and made us feel very comfortable that the job would be done right. I would highly recommend The Plumber Guy and ask for Joe G. to come to your home.

My tenant had an issue with the kitchen sink, and slow draining tub, They called The Plumber Guy, Daniel the plumber addressed the sink and said it needs a part to fix, didn' t remedy it ! Then went to the tub, put a snake in 15 min later he collected $295.... When my tenants told me this So I I called Daniel directly, Attitude in place and asked him about the going rate for use of the snake is generally $70-100. with all the reputable plumbing companies, his answer was we are a better company. My tenants got totally ripped off, and in essence, It was me. I have told my tenants always get my approval. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY!!

My kitchen faucet completely broke on a Saturday and Tina who answered my call was very friendly and accommodating and sent Roman over within a few hours to install a new one that I purchased on my own. The price to install was about average based on my research. All in all a very nice and professional job done by all. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a toilet leaking sewage under the tile and back behind the wall. Plumber Guy came out and put a new gasket on the toilet. He then informed us we needed to have a mitigation team come out and follow-up on the damage. He then proceeded to call those people who immediately took the toilet right back off the wall in the mitigation process and threw away the new gasket. They billed us $200 for the job knowing the real possibility that it would just have to be done again. When I called to complain the gentleman said they were just doing their job. Isn't their job as professionals to advise you on how best to proceed??? After our conversation I was invited never to call his company again. I was devastated!

The master bath was leaking and I found the company with the largest number of good reviews. Avery, Mike, Eric,Darrin, Justis, Brian and Jason were all just the best ! They were true professionals in every aspect. Highly recommended!

The work was fine for plumbing as they knew what they were doing, but the price was outrageous. $250 to install two shower handles that I provided, with a coupon! Maybe I need to be a plumber. Quote was $750 for a free standing ice maker to be put in also with a water line and drain line that was nearby the unit. I Had to decline that one. I guess the worst part was the tech was stoned. I get its 2020 post election and its legal now, but common!!

I called on a Monday because I discovered an upstairs toilet leak over the weekend. The lady that answered the phone was great and was quick to get someone out (the reason for more than 1 star). The guy they sent out was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The toilet was removed and the angle stop replaced, then I was told that the floor was rotted and would need to be replaced before any other work could be done. That cost me $200. I was told that they had a guy that could replace the floor and that and he would contact me. I did get a message from the guy about a week later. I called him back and left a voicemail to set up a time to have him come complete the repairs, but I never got a call back. So, fast forward to me calling a restoration and remodeling company to come out and take a look at replacing the floor. I was told that the floor didn't need to be replaced at all and they showed me what they were looking at, and explained to me why. I am thankful I never got a call back from ""the ""guy"" because I'm sure that would have been a very pricey repair that wasn't even needed.
