My kitchen sink clogged up. The Plumber guy came and fixed the clog in no time. Had him install a new garbage disposal, that had been broken in years. Fair price and good quality workmanship. Will continue to use them for future issues.

My home inspector reported a bad leak under my master shower so I found The Plumber, supposedly according to their ad ""you can trust them with your mother..."" Well they were personable and I felt the journeyman lead plumber was very experienced. But he quoted an extremely high price without a written quote, my bad for not demanding a written quote describing the work to be done. He called the work ""surgery"". Well it was under my mobile home and couldn't have been pleasant and they were already in the park so they arrived quickly and did the work extremely fast so how much surgery could really have been involved is highly questionable. When he came back with the bill and the belated quote, he even called it ""gouging"" himself. Good lord. Well he tried to say they are middle priced but $600 for a ten minute job is gouging. Still I feel confident in his plumbing credentials though I would never, ever call these people again.

I needed a toilet replacement and the plumber asked did I want a specific toilet, I answered, just one that works well, I'm not picky. I now know that was a wrong answer, because the toilet he brought was tiny made of plastic in top, so I can't sit on top of the toilet when I'm bathing my son. Then the toilet overflowed (flooded) so he came out and fixed it, insisting that it is a good toilet. Now the toilet continues to run as if it's filling so all night you have that running water sound. This time I didn't bother calling him back.
I have the plumber three starts because he did other work and all is well there (just the toilet) but I blame myself for not doing my research on toilets

This about the sixth time I've had these guys out for repairs or services. I have always been satisfied with their work. This time, however, was going to be some major work, about 1100.00 worth. Josh started the work and found that the way the house was built the repair ended up being half! They could have easily charged the original price and we would have been none the wiser. We definitely appreciate the honesty and always be our go-to for future work.

My anti siphon valve was leaking and they sent someone out. The guy they sent was very helpful but then he told me his boss said they don't do irrigation systems so I had to cancel. He had me sign a tablet saying they would send me an invoice conveying no service done. I called to confirm that I would receive this invoice but when I called, the person on the phone (I think he was the owner) actually got mad at me for asking for clarification on the situation. This is not how you treat customers.

Update: Owner sent me invoice right away. I'm adding two stars for the follow through.

Had to call for a kitchen sink blockage and was scheduled on a Wednesday, the company call last minute due to a cancelation on Tuesday and wanted to know if they could come immediately.
That was an amazing turn of events, they came and unfortunately my home warranty company dies not cover anything other the the simplest things. No immediate access to a drain clean out, Not covered but that's not The Plumber personnel. They came out on a call from then, hwc didn't cover they cut me a break did the work and knocked $ off the total. Brad was fantastic professional and personable and quick. Thank you all at ""The Plumber"" for everything.

Tim showed earlier than we were at first planning on, but only after we received a call from the office asking if that was okay. He went right to work nd after a few trips to the truck, he was able to make the necessary repairs to our leaking toilet. Thank You Tim.
