Always happy with their work. Called to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired and they were able to show up the same day and work around my schedule. They explained the work ahead of time and the price for the repairs needed in advance. They are very transparent and a good company to work with. This is my 3rd time using their company for different issues and I'm happy with the work every time.

We had a pipe burst in our wall and The Plumber team James and Brad performed outstanding work. First James stopped the emergency flood...and then we scheduled the team perform a re-plumb of the foundation pipes to overhead. Brad led that portion and was very thorough in explaining the job. I was very impressed with James and Brad, they were courteous, professional and very prompt with their work. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing plumbing work. If we ever need plumbing work again I will absolutely call The Plumber!

They came out for home warranty repair on my tubs. First came and looked. Decided to order parts without doing any work. Waited until they showed up a week later. Came back to ""repair"" everything. Ended up breaking both and said more parts were needed. Reported to the home warranty that they were already broken so nothing was going to be covered. Beware of their shady tactics.

If you want great cistomer service and a job done right then call The Plumber. I have used them a few times on diffetent properties and each time they get the job done the right way. Couldn't be happier. The Plumber is the only plumber I call now. Highly recommend.

Recently I use the plumber so I contacted again for another problem. This time I was so highly disappointed, after being provided a tentative quote by telephone, Mark came out to my location and gave me a quote twice as much. I asked him why the high quote, he stated because that's just what it is, his time, and that it was Saturday, and that it was an unusual size pipe. I was extremely perplexed by this, and once again asked exactly what details and, once again he replied the same thing. Turns out it was not an usual size pipe, and what does Saturday have to do with it as it is one of their business day. In addition, he smelled like alcohol , it was very condescending. What is more disappointed, is that I contacted the office and left several messages with my disappointment and concerns. To this day no one has called me back, how disappointing. Stay away from this business! By the way I used another camera, it was perplexed as to why then usual pipe common, and Saturday had nothing to do with it , and it cost a lot less than what The Plumber (Mark) had quoted. By the way, I forgot to mention, that half the work had been done, I had already dug up the hole and expose the pipe myself. And, Mark did not want to turn on the water frequency for him self worth and the leak was. He said he wasn't turn it on so he would have to dig out more water, unbelievable! So, he was going to fix something that he was not sure of where the leak was to see with his own eyes! Stay away! Or better yet, make sure they don't send Mark out to do your job

The Plumber has usually does a great job at fixing any plumbing issue that we have. It usually takes some time to schedule an appointment as I'm sure they are very busy. This has been a bit frustrating but my last experience with this company has completely changed my view. Not only did they send a technician out the next day (and accommodated my hours of availability) but the technician they sent was absolutely AMAZING! Richard Richardson was so knowledgeable and professional at his work. He had an absolutely infectious and positive personality and seemed as though he could have done his work with his eyes closed. He was very skilled and gave great explanations of what he was doing (and I ask a lot of questions lol). Skill aside, Richard really made our day by his personality alone. Dear Plumber, you've got a good one here! If you have any other techs like Richard stashed away we are SOLD! Thank you!

Had work done by them a few months ago through American home shield. The issue was not resolved and they came again. Every time they have come out they state an additional cost. Nothing is ever covered. My husband and I decided to call a plumber on our own, state our issues and they fixed it for $700 less than we were quoted and we haven't had this issue since. I highly recommend if they state you need hundreds of dollars worth of work get a second opinion.
