This about the sixth time I've had these guys out for repairs or services. I have always been satisfied with their work. This time, however, was going to be some major work, about 1100.00 worth. Josh started the work and found that the way the house was built the repair ended up being half! They could have easily charged the original price and we would have been none the wiser. We definitely appreciate the honesty and always be our go-to for future work.

My anti siphon valve was leaking and they sent someone out. The guy they sent was very helpful but then he told me his boss said they don't do irrigation systems so I had to cancel. He had me sign a tablet saying they would send me an invoice conveying no service done. I called to confirm that I would receive this invoice but when I called, the person on the phone (I think he was the owner) actually got mad at me for asking for clarification on the situation. This is not how you treat customers.

Update: Owner sent me invoice right away. I'm adding two stars for the follow through.

Had to call for a kitchen sink blockage and was scheduled on a Wednesday, the company call last minute due to a cancelation on Tuesday and wanted to know if they could come immediately.
That was an amazing turn of events, they came and unfortunately my home warranty company dies not cover anything other the the simplest things. No immediate access to a drain clean out, Not covered but that's not The Plumber personnel. They came out on a call from then, hwc didn't cover they cut me a break did the work and knocked $ off the total. Brad was fantastic professional and personable and quick. Thank you all at ""The Plumber"" for everything.

Tim showed earlier than we were at first planning on, but only after we received a call from the office asking if that was okay. He went right to work nd after a few trips to the truck, he was able to make the necessary repairs to our leaking toilet. Thank You Tim.

Timothy was great, explained what the problem was and was able to fix it. I went through my home warranty so not sure what they would have charged me but he replaced most of the parts in my shower and now it doesn't leak. Great service and a friendly professional!!

I don't often write reviews because I want to make sure continuing service is at the same level. The Plumber is just the best, I have used them a number of times and it starts with customer service team to the plumbers who are prompt and get the work done while being clean and efficient. I was looking for a long term relationship with a company that can handle the small to large jobs and I have found them. This company is simply the BEST.
