My bathroom started flooding early Sunday morning, and this is the second time within 2 years. Reluctant to call the previous plumber I had hired, whose also from Lancaster, I gave The Plumber a shot.

Called was answered right away, I was given 12-3 pm show up time frame, the plumber called around 2 to make sure that I haven't been forgotten (their previous client was taking longer than expected), and I think Mike (?) showed up around the time he said he would.

Same clog problem as last time, but the Plumber took lot less time and about 1/3 price of the previous plumber, which is great, because now I know who to call. I hate those businesses that really takes advantage of clients, but from this experience, I don't think The Plumber is one of those greedy place, SO, definitely will call again!

Really good note, the guy gave a coupon for future use! Gotta love coupons! :)

I called for a plumber and 15 min. Later Mark arrived to my house. He was great honest and can't beat the price. Thanks Mark and The Plumber for wonderful experience. Will different call for future plumbing needs!!!!

Don't bother getting quotes from other plumbers. This is the company to use!!

They're prompt, courteous and they keep their word! James gave us a quote, gave us tips on how to save money on our repairs and when more labor was required, he stuck to his word and only charge what he quoted me. So many companies nickel and dime you but not The Plumber. I will call them for ALL our needs!!!

It's the day after Thanksgiving, and we had a problem with our bathroom pipes. I called about 9:00, and was so relieved to hear they could have someone out in about an hour. Mark showed up in about 40 minutes. Nice, nice guy. I'm a songwriter, so we talked music, the whole time, which was great. He had both of our bathrooms fixed within an hour. The price was Very reasonable, service was outstanding. This is the second time we've used them, and both times they've done great work, and provided great service. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. You feel like a valued client, when dealing with them. We highly recommend The Plumber!

Great service! Called another plumber before I called here and the other plumber told me I need to repipe the whole house.... Quoted about $5500 to repipe. So I decided to get a second opinion. I called ""the plumber"" and they came within 30 mins! Brad was the tech that came he was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He found a bad leak in my kitchen sink pipe that the previous plumber didn't find and he said the main leak in the bathroom was fixable without re piping the whole house contrary to what the other plumber said.. Brad explained everything to me and didn't make me feel dumb like the other guys, he gave me an estimate that is well below what the other guys said and he made me feel reassured. Overall I can't review the work bc we still need to call back to schedule the work to be done but if their work is anything like what I have experienced so far I'm sure I will be pleased! I will update the review once the work is done! Call them u won't be disappointed! Thank you Brad!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company. My initial purpose of contacting them was to have them do a simple replace/instal of a bathtub water valve. Though they did show up on time, were friendly and courteous... something seemed wrong when he told me that he replaced the broken valve I had initially contacted them about, but now there was an additional problem that would cost $750 to fix. He realized while inspecting that the valve seat body was also broken, which was causing my faucet to slowly leak even after the replacement of the broken valve I had initially contacted them for replacement of. Oddly this wasn't leaking or broken prior to him arriving, but ""Oh well, he's the professional. His Yelp! Reviews are all good and he seems trustworthy."" So I advised him to proceed on the next day that he was available for this large job that would require him to tear open my bathroom wall and charge me a small fortune. Shortly after he left, my faucet that was supposedly just fixed began flowing with water uncontrollably. This was a big problem because my entire family still needed to shower in the morning, and not having running water would have been a bit of an issue for my beautiful wife who is 8 months pregnant! I course decided to see if there was anything I could do prior to his arrival the following day to make this time with out water more bearable for my wife. I shut off the water at the street and after a few quick turns of a screwdriver and wrench, was able to inspect the inside workings of my new valve, seat, and supposedly broken seat valve body. It was easily apparent that I still had a broken seat which was causing the leak, and even odder was just replaced, or so I was told. I replaced this $2 seat, put back together the valve, and finished everything up. My faucet was now working perfectly. No leaks what so ever. I called the plumber and cancelled our appointment for the next day. To put it lightly, my wife and toddler children were very pleased to find a working shower & tub in the morning. YEAH!! Daddy's a Hero! I was even happier to dodge an unnecessary &750 bill... the kids will be getting Christmas presents this year after all! What I'm extremely displeased about is that this plumber is either a bold faced liar & rip-off, or completely un qualified to diagnose and repair a simple leaky faucet. He was ready to proceed with a lengthy & costly $750 ""repair"", that I myself with no plumbing experience was able to fix for less than $2 and 15 minutes of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

James came out within 30min of my call! Had a leak in my shower fixture . He fixed it right up in less than 20min! IVE FOUND MY PLUMBER FOR LIFE!! Used their 10% printable coupon to save even more! James... Your the man!!!

James arrived after another plumber had told me the job couldn't be done. The minute he arrived he said that he could fix it and HE DID JUST THAT. The other company said no and James proved them wrong! I've never reviewed on Yelp before but this company and James deserves the highest recognition for a job very well done. This is the only company I will use for my plumbing needs from this day forward!

Horrible experience. On hold for ever and many days without repair. Told that they could not find replacement parts. Had to switch to a local repair Plumber.

When we find honest local companies with great customer service at a fair price we like to let others know by recommending them and writing a review. The Plumber is one of the companies we trust. We had a flood from an upstairs bathroom. They had someone over in less than an hour to solve the problem. It was a broken pipe from the toilet. They completed the job the same day. He also recommended another company for the water damage to our home and called that company for us. We were also happy with the company they recommended. Very happy with the service and price. If you need a trust-worthy plumber, I recommend you call The Plumber.
