Today Jose promptly solved a plumbing disaster. My main sewer line was clogged with roots from a tree on the sidewalk. Jose evaluated the problem and gave me a price before he started. He then cleaned out the line one hundred percent. After he completed the cleanout, he ran a camera down my line to certify it was clear. I'm disabled. Jose's help and courtesy were great. I would recommend his company to the Pope.

My laundry room drain was blocked. Jose was very responsive, polite, efficient and did a great job of fixing the problem. I got a replacement of abs drain eventually. He also did a thorough camera run for our sewer line and detected water pressure problem.

First I would like to say it was a pleasure having Jose and his team (Jose, Angel, Martin, & Juan) complete my project, which entailed redoing my main water line with copper - replacing the PVC - and installing the HALO-5 water purifying system.

Jose was very forthcoming in answering all my questions and concerns. As an engineer and doing work in reliability & maintainability, I am concerned with the why and how a job will be done and Jose and his team did not disappoint.

The company that Jose represents is very veteran and senior citizen friendly. Though I felt the cost was in the upper mid range value, I am very satisfied. Not to mention that Jose has been following-up to know if I am satisfied, which I am very satisfied with Jose and Pipe Doctor Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I went on yelp to find a service and the Pipe Doctor's reached out to schedule an appointment right away. Jose and his assistant were very professional and honest. He explained where my leak was coming from and provided me with options to fixing my very old pipes. They were here working for no more than an hour in a half. I appreciate that he explained things as he went along. Come to find out that a previous plumber did not put a fitting on correctly. I was not able to do major work at the time of his visit. However, I assured him that I will be using their services to fix my entire pipe system in the near future. Thanks to Jose!

It's New Year's Day and we heard running water, so we reached out to this company in the morning and José called me immediately to schedule an appointment and arrived shortly after to come check out the problem. He diagnosed the situation as a busted pipe and immediately had someone else on the site to help remediate the situation. Jose and Jose worked so hard ON A HOLIDAY to ensure that my situation was resolved. They were detail oriented and took time to explain every problem, which I appreciated. They also helped me with next steps and referred me immediately to a restoration company and remains to be in contact for anything I need. I would recommend Jose and Jose to anyone who may have plumbing issues. They're detail oriented, punctual, do great work, and go the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of. They were worth every single penny!

We had a leak detected by our smart water monitor. I was able to find the area where the leak was and reached out on Yelp to get it repaired. I had three companies come out to take a look and give me a quote. Two of them took a quick look and said we had to open up the walls and route new piping due to the tight space where the leak was located. Only one actually got down in the dirt to look closely and said they could cut out the damaged pipe and make the repair in place. Can you guess who I went with? The technician fixed the leak in less than an hour and saved us thousands over the other quotes. Always get a second (or third) opinion! They're guaranteed to get my business the next time we have plumbing needs.
