I had a multitude of problems at my house and these guys handled it all wonderfully. I had a backed up sink that ended up having a serious problem internally. They were incredibly transparent through the whole process and even taught me things to look out for and general plumbing knowledge.

I then had a big project that needed to be done, they were able to do it quickly, efficiently, without much hassle, and even threw in a small extra bit of work on the house. Overall they've cleaned pipes, helped fix a garbage disposal, rerouted pipes, and put in pipe liner. All done very well.

They have also been incredibly kind, professional, respectful, and trustworthy the entire time. My new go-to plumbers, and I feel like a catch-22 because I don't want others to take em away from me, but I have to let others know just how amazing of a service they provide. Highly highly recommend.

Jose came out and cleared the clog within a couple of hours of my contacting The Pipe Doctor. Moreover, he showed me on a camera the exact place where the main line was clogging. He further offered me options to clear the main line more thoroughly, from descaling the pipes to replacing the rusted sections. I will definitely be contacting Jose and the Pipe Doctor when I'm ready to take the next steps. They were quick, efficient, communicative, and professional. I definitely recommend their services.

Incredibly pleased with my service from the Pipe Doctor. Jose came the next morning, and he did an awesome job communicating the status of the issue with my downstairs shower clog. My family and I were having a problem with waste water backing up into my shower. I called José and he came out the next day and troubleshot the problem. It turns out, it was a combination of a valley in my outflow system and roots reduced the size of my outflow pipe (100 year old cast iron) from 3 inches down too 2 inches and was impeding the flow of waste from exiting my house.

José and his team came out the next day and began the work to fix that issue. During the repairs, he setup up a temporary connection, and kept us informed and up-to date on how the repair was coming along.

José and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable in their trade and I highly recommend them.

I recommend this plumbing company, they are awesome. They responded almost immediately with an estimated price, one of the plumbers named Jose called to talk over the project within a couple hours (on a Friday afternoon) and we were scheduled for first thing in the morning (Saturday). Jose was friendly and did a great job, he went above and beyond and resolved the severely clogged drain, a real pro. Thanks so much!

Jose was so reliable, honest and thorough! We had an incredibly bad back up and he cleared it and explained where the problem was. It was about 2 hours of a lot of work and I was only charged the estimated amount of $59. I was astounded at how incredibly fair and professional this service was!

Contacted them to clear a clogged drain. Luis responded extremely quick, and called me back to get more information and to tell me he was sending a plumber. The plumber showed up at my door in less than 90 minutes. And cleared the clogged drain very quick. Less than 2 hours from the time I contacted them, to the time all was fixed. Wanted some clarification on something after the fact, and again Luis was quick to respond, understanding, and helpful. Happy with the service performed, and happy to have a kitchen sink that drains again!
