I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. All day we were dealing with another plumber who wouldn't return calls and had already made us wait all the day before and never showed. We called Joel at The Original Plumbing Company and he had someone out within the hour. These guys are professional and courteous. The problem was diagnosed and we were told the various routes we could take to repair the problem. The minute we authorized work the work began. These guys had everything they needed on the truck, none of that ""Let me get a part and my office will back call with a schedule for the repair"" stuff. I was very impressed with this company. My parents had an emergency plumbing issue and were afraid they were not going to get service that night. Since it was an emergency, they started calling around for themselves (I usually do it for them) and were pleasantly surprised to find that dispatch spoke Spanish. Not only were they immediately put at ease over the phone, but had a technician at their home within the hour. GREAT WORK! Thank you for being compassionate and one of a kind. Francisco was fantastic, he arrived promptly, asked if he could come in and check out the issue and boom, he did a great job and my plumbing problem gone!

The quote was great with no surprises and the work was done perfect. I trust them and will call them only with any plumbing problems that may come up~

Oh and just a quick word the front office is awesome. They make you feel important and comfortable with their assurance that your problem is their priority!

Regarding: JOEL M. (Great Guy, Great Service)

A couple of weeks ago, I was stuck at a gas station in Rancho Cucamonga. I know absolutely nothing about cars, which I'm sure frustrated the entire row of cars behind me. So, I popped the hood - looking for God knows what - hoping that once the hood was open it would all become clear (Yeah Right!). After about 2 minutes of silent panic, I noticed a large red and tan truck on the other side of the pump. This guy pops out and asks me if I need help. He takes over and within in 30 seconds tells me it's my battery and then tells me he's going to jump start my car with his car. Now, this would be pretty difficult because of the angle I was stopped - he would need to basically pull forward, hook around, and back up until his car met my car (you had to be there I guess - lol).

I know this isn't a big deal to most, and it's not a plumbing review, but to me it shows a great deal about this man's character. It was early Monday morning, around 8:30 a.m., it was already like 80 degrees outside, he could have totally went about his business - and yet, he stuck around ... helped me out and wouldn't even charge me for the inconvenience. I had no jumper cables, cars were honking, and I was going to be late for work. This guy totally came through for me that day, and I wasn't even a paying customer. Just an all around honest, decent guy.

Anywho - Thanks, Joel! The minute I have a real plumbing issue, you'll be the first guy I call for sure.

My husband and I were very impressed with Joel the service manager who came out himself on a late Sunday afternoon when he couldn't send two of his men until around 8:30 in the evening. We were without water since noon and he graciously came and promptly fixed the problem and even gave us advice on how to deal with future problems. It was like service use to be 30 years ago. after just rescently having a baby. these hot days were making the nights miserable with a new born. I Called and there was someone available within 40 minutes. Joel came was pleasant, informative and got or air conditioner going within the hour. No hassle great service. everything from the customer service receptionist to their service men like Joel. I would call them first if your looking for quality work and service. they did recommend and service plan and will be following up on that as well. thank you Joel you help today and making this summer a little more tolerable.
