Very professional from start to finish. The plumber who came out wore a mask the ENTIRE time!! Was very cautious and also wore gloves properly.

We called this company and they were able to come out the next day. Upon arrival the technician was covered up for our safety and his. After reviewing our issues he was straight forward and did not push us to do work that was not needed. He was able to resolve our issue right then and there and you wouldn't have even known he was here when he left. Respected the orders in place due to COVID and extremely reasonable when it came to the resolution. Very happy we contacted them especially considering the precautions needed during this Pandemic time.

Definitely know who to call next time we have any plumbing issues.

It is with extreme sadness and disbelief that I am writing this review due to being threatened with a lawsuit.

On the morning of November 6, 2019, a man by the name of Jose from Original Plumbing Co examined my garage ceiling after my neighbor called them due to a leak caused by their unit. Figuring he was already checking our garage, we asked him to take a look at our shower faucet. Upon looking, he confirmed that our cartridge probably needed replacement, which we have already purchased from Home Depot. This matter of improperly installing the cartridge was our first grievance. Everytime you use the temperature knob, the water knob would move with it making it difficult to control any of the knobs. A problem we never had before. When he came back to fix it, it got worse causing leakage in the middle of the night. This was also when the original review was left here on Google. After, we contacted our property manager and made her aware of the problem with this particular person and company. This third time, Jose doesn't return but sent someone by the name of Omar. The problem again was not resolved. Omar came back so many times that I've lost count. He kept blaming other things to explain what was happening. After missing days of work for this, we were not happy about this level of unprofessionalism. Jose ended up giving back a $200 refund of the $275 given for the service. He placed the money under our doormat before letting us know on November 28, 2019 (Thanksgiving). All of this has text receipts to show truth.

While this was happening, it was suggested by our property manager to call Joel, the owner. She gave us his number. We called and told him what happened but he couldn't find our information on record and had no idea who Omar even was. It was then that we all realized this was a scam where his own employee Jose was stealing his customers and doing side jobs. We had no idea. From the exchange with Joel, we first felt relieved that he was going to help us resolve this nightmare and told us Jose admitted to what he did and will no longer work at our community. We don't even know if Omar was trained or licensed.

So, Joel sent someone named Nick on December 7, 2019 to take a look. Things were fine at first. It looked like he did a decent job and there no longer was a leak and the knobs worked. So he placed glue around the plate/faucet to seal everything and told us to wait about two hours to dry. We were confused because it normally takes longer, so we told him. It was then that he looked at the label/instructions and told us it was actually 15 hours or something. That is a huge difference, 2 hours versus 15 hours. To be sure, we didn't use that shower for a full 24 hours or more. After showering twice, the plate came off again. We contacted them. Again. Nick comes and finally fixes the issue. In that respect, our original problem was finally resolved after over a month and we were relieved. We wanted to wait to see if any other problems would arise before editing the review given the overall track record.

Now comes the part where we are completely unhappy. I'm a teacher. It was December. After weeks of dealing with this issue and missing work, you could imagine how hectic it was right before the holiday break. I had students to teach. Deadlines to meet. Papers to grade. Winter programs to plan. I was on the science committee for the science fair. I didn't feel I needed to explain myself. Needless to say, editing a review wasn't my first priority. We told him sorry and that we'd been really busy. I had planned to do it during my break. However, Joel texted and proceeded to call numerous times to remind us, even around 7am and more than once in a day! We had no time to ourselves let alone even listen to all of our messages or go back and edit reviews. We were scrambling to finish our Christmas shopping and spend time with family. By then, we no longer felt positive about the situation, something we were pressured to write. We felt bombarded, more stressed, and annoyed about this experience to say the least. We no longer wanted anything to do with him.

That was the reason for ignoring him and not changing the review. We feel who the company hires, how the owner respects privacy and others' personal time, and patience are all representations of the company. It took over a month to actually use that shower again. We have no idea what happened with the $75 but didn't even bother to ask. We wanted other work done but with that said, we felt our entire experience wasn't enough to change the review when we no longer felt we trusted doing business. We cannot in good conscience lie and give a five star review. Our experience with Joel was unsatisfactory in our opinion.

No one should feel threatened for their well being from a review that was left honestly. Yes, the faucet was finally fixed but everything before and after still happened. Everything that's been shared is true and not exaggerated.

Can't speak high enough of Joel and his employees. Called about the HVAC not working properly. Joel's crew came out quickly, found the issue, and repaired it at a fair price. They were clean, on time and very professional. Highly recommended and will use them in the future for any HVAC or plumbing issues

We called and spoke with Joel regarding our main water pipe in our garage being cracked and leaking. He sent out Nick who was very friendly and worked fast to fix the issue. He went over all of our options and what we could expect to pay. He was thorough, not pushy and took time to really explain what was going on. We felt the pricing was VERY fair for what services needed to be done. We will use them in the future for any additional plumbing needs. Very happy with their work. Thank you Joel and Nick for resolving the problem quickly and efficiantly.

I had a power surge that burnt out several light sockets and fried several appliances. I called The Orginal Plumbing Company late in the evening and they had someone out here within 45 mins. Our electrician was Carlos and he checked every outlet and appliance. He was very thorough and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Once the service was done we were in contact with Joel who assisted us with our homeowners insurance regarding damages. Joel was very professional and would email or call us promptly. This company is on top of things and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I don't suggest using them for air conditioning. They use subcontractors for that and I feel we were taken advantage of, price-wise.

we had a complete system installed with Joel. The cost was over 10K. You'd think that you're getting some kind of quality or service, but I got none.
When I called to say my new system is not working, they wanted $129 to come in and diagnose-the problem. To make it worse, they said that the electrical connections were not their responsibility. We clearly paid thousands for the connections and they were even written on our receipt. This is a very shady practice! They're never at their address and they change names frequently. I contacted the state licensing, and even their license is questionable!
Do yourself a favor and find another plumber .......this is not a very shady operation.
