I will never do business with this company again. They are extremely rude and unprofessional even up to management. I handled everything on behalf of my mother whom is elderly and all this company does is talk in circles and overcharge. They take advantage of people who are not well versed in this field. Fortunately I got several quotes before doing any big jobs with them. Once I kindly challenged some of the work they claimed I ""needed"", wouldn't you know, their stories started changing. Their tone became defensive and combative. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

My shower faucet had a leak I barely noticed. The Original Plumbing company has work at my friends homes before, with no issues.

I contacted joel, and he was fast to reply. Also, sent out the guys at convenient times! Paulo and Jose were nice and professional. The notified me when he would shut off the water and educated me about my main water shut off valve. They fixed my shower fairly quick and demonstrated the leak has been fixed.

I appreciate that they wore coverings for their shoes and masks the entire time. My main plumbing company to call!

I've been a customer for them for the about the past 6 or 7 years. They have installed a new clean out in the front, replace a drain running through the middle of our kitchen (busted out the concrete, replaced the pipe, patched the floor and installed new tile), replaced our electrical panel, new air conditioning unit, rooter service and now our water heater. They are extremely professional, always on time and complete the work when told they would. Price is reasonable, very friendly service. Extremely satisfied each time they're here, that's why I keep calling them back! Nothing bad to say regarding Joel, Christian and their team!

We highly recommend The Original Plumbing Co. Our experience was outstanding! We own a rental home that is currently for sale. The new buyers asked that we address what we believed was an old leak that had minorly damaged the living room ceiling from an upstairs bathroom.

We were not expecting to find an active leak but thanks to some awesome troubleshooting and patience from TOPC, the leak was found and addressed. We could not be happier with our experience. Joel, who helped us with the issue was absolutely professional, informative and just a good guy. Thanks the the TOPC team, we can now move forward in the escrow process and another family will be able to enjoy the home too!

What you should expect from TOPC when you need them... you will get a professional, respectful, courteous response. They demonstrated a very fast response time and answered all of our questions. I was able to watch as the repairs were made and was shown exactly what caused our problem (someone else's poor repair left the drain with no rubber gasket on the bottom side of the tub). We are customers now for life!

I have worked with these guys in several projects. They changed my HVAC system with a digital wireless thermostat, they replaced my water heater, replaced a couple of rusted water valves and I have to say every time has been a pleasure working with them.

We had a dripping AC pan which Nick immediately came over and made the assessment. While it took a couple of visits to make the adjustments, they were extremely responsive to our schedule considering we live outside the state. Great customer service from the owner Joel to Nick the technician. I strongly recommend them for your needs.

Had to replace the bottom floor central AC unit. The guys were polite and left the place pretty much how they found it. It did take nearly a week to remove the old unit from the back yard. The install took a few days. Disappointed that they did not service the upstairs AC unit like they promised. Also the new unit seems noisier than the old unit which seems odd with new technology.
