We had a leak in the wall and needed fixing asap. Ben was quick to respond on text and within the next couple hours, Barry and Richard came out to assess the leak. They were both professional and friendly. Barry was quick in his work and I was very satisfied with the quality of the new installed pipe. They did not cut more of the wall than needed and cleaned up after themselves. Not only was Barry thorough in his diagnostic and fixed our problem, he referred us to home insurance options to help with additional repairs. Very glad I tried out Neighborhood Plumber - will likely call on them again should I have any other plumbing issues.

We had what we thought was a leaky pipe. Turns out, we had a flange that needed resealing coupled with a toilet pushing its deathbed. Barry came out and assessed the situation, got us a new toilet, and installed it in about 2 hours. He was incredibly nice. These guys are very easy to schedule with, do top notch work, and are affordable. I'll be using them in the future.

Ben and team do an awesome job from explaining the problem, giving options for fixing, fixing the issue, all the way to following up. I must have called him 10 times in the course of a few weeks. They always answered or called back very quickly. They even wear those little footies around their boots so they don't track in mud. Had them fix a bad master valve, replaced multiple shower heads and faucets, along with upgrading us from a hot water tank to a tankless hot water heater. Can't go wrong with the neighborhood plumber.

I called Ben with Neighborhood Plumber to discuss our slow draining issues. I read the company's reviews on Google and they were all fantastic. Ben, on the phone, was super knowledgeable, professional and more helpful then any other contractor I have ever spoken to! He offered tons of great advice, did not push a sale and was transparent and honest. We will have him come out this week to do some work and I will update my review. I actually feel eager to have him check out our plumbing and not terrified of the integrity of the company or expense. The price he quoted was extremely fair.

I felt like Ben pretty much dropped everything to replace my water heater. I got a call from a tenant last night that my water was broken and found Ben in a Facebook group. I talked to several plumbers and some with big companies and most wouldn't give me any idea of a price over the phone or gave me an extremely high price that didn't make sense to me. Ben took the time to go over what's going on at the house, had me send a few pics, and head straight over to my house a few hours later and charged me exactly what he said he would. I'm going to start using him on my properties going forward. Thanks for all your help!

I had a gas line issue that I was trying to fix for a couple days but could not get it to work. I sent a message to The Neighborhood Plumber and Ben called me within 20 minutes. Patrick and Evan showed up on Sunday morning and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. They were professional, answered every question, and explained what they were doing. Would highly recommend these guys.

I have recently purchased an investment home in Suwanee GA and needed some plumbing work to be done, I am very new and do not live in the area, therefore I had no connections did not know anyone , I looked through Yelp and sent out a request to almost every plumber out there. Ben from the Neighborhood Plumber was the first to respond with very kind words, since he did not any reviews I was hesitant at first but just because of his quick response and kind words, I have given him a chance and I am so glad I did, they went out to the job site on time as promised did a great job assesing the problem and solving it, their communication was excellent eventhough I am at overseas at the moment we never lost touch, pricing was very reasoable any plumbing repairs from now on I can call on them with confidance. Apparently even though they are experienced and well known in the area, they were new to YELP that was the reason they had no reviews. Lucky Me...
