I've hired Ben and his team to install a tankless water heater as well as address some difficult under-the-house plumbing issues. The work has been great so far--no complaints at all. Every plumber I've had out from their team (and I've had a few) really knew their stuff. The crews have always been punctual, responsive, and kind. Would absolutely recommend them.

Chad came out to save the day AGAIN! He fixed my leaky shower in less than 15 minutes. I work with a lot of different home services companies, these guys do everything right.They are on time, communicative, and explain everything they are doing and why. Also very quick. I see from time to time tradesman complain about the problem.Chad and the Neighborhood plumber Team are problem solvers. They get to work right away and figure out solutions. During my remodel, we had some plumbing questions Chad made himself available on several occasions to answer our questions. We will be using them for years to come! Thanks guys!

Ben & his team came out to my house to fix a leaky shower & low water pressure on my refrigerator. It didn't leak, but if it did, Ben would have found the leak and fixed it. He went above and beyond to actually fix the appliance itself! I have used other plumbers before, but he was the best plumber that fixed my water pressure issue I've ever had. The plumbing in my house is working as it should and I am very happy. Excellent plumber!!

The Neighborhood Plumber offered outstanding response time and quality of service. We needed a replacement for 18 year old water heater, which had stopped working. Ben Was extremely helpful and informative when I called. He gave us a fair estimate, and Evan and his assistant came to replace the water heater promptly. Evan's attention to detail and knowledge of what was needed to update and improve our outdated system was impressive. He did a five star installation, and I would highly recommend this company. Was told someone would be out between 11-1pm for an estimate and that id get a notification when someone was on the way. At 12:45 I was getting worried and called to find out they would be at my house at 1:30 and the person I spoke to seemed surprised that I hadn't been told an ETA. Around 1:40 2 men showed up and my husband went out to tell them we needed some pipes replaced under the house due to leaking and that our bathtub is stopped up. One guy literally poked his head under the corner of the house - he did not go under the house to look around. Neither man felt the need to come inside to look at the pipes inside, they just asked my husband how many fixtures we had for their """"estimate."""" Before getting the estimate together, the guy made the comment """"you know this ain't going to be cheap right?"""" That was a rude comment that made my husband uncomfortable like it was being hinted at that he couldn't afford it. The icing on the cake... our estimate was $15,000.00. We have decided that we will go with another company that was punctual, polite, actually put their eyes on the problem for our estimate and gave us an estimate for a third of the cost of The Neighborhood Plumber. (This is another reputable company with 5 stars themselves - not a """"cheap"""" option) I saw so many great reviews and kind words. I was so let down and disappointed with the service we received just from an estimate.So unprofessional. So rude. So lazy. No, thank you.

Great experience with this company. We had a kitchen sink emergency on a Saturday, which would make anyone automatically assume the bank account was getting drained. Evan and Chase came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, rectified it and helped do some proactive cleaning to help prevent future kitchen drain blockage or draining issues. They were prompt, tentative, knowledgeable, and definitely affordable. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs

The owner went so far up and beyond to make sure everything was done right & to our satisfaction- we were blown away. A company's true colors show when everything doesn't go perfectly- we still had an issue after the initial visit. You couldn't ask for better response time & communication when additional work was needed. He quickly came back out himself and did way more than make it right. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs! We went from first time customers to customers for life! Honest, fair, dependable and of the highest integrity is how I describe this company! 10 stars.

Horrible! No other way to describe their work. They had to return 3 times on a simple bathroom remodel and STILL didn't get the job done. Hard to believe they could install a new bathtub/shower combo and leave without checking the water. Water came out of BOTH places at the same time. Additionally rather than fit the faucet on correctly, sealed to the tile by a pressure ring, they decided caulking was the way to go. To do it """"right"""" the plumber said was going to cost another """"$600-$800. Frustrated with their poor work, I called in another vendor and they fixed it correctly in 15 minutes for $50, no issues. At the end of the day, none of the guys that showed up (never the same guy) seemed to care about my concerns or importantly, their workmanship
