The Katy Plumbing Company is now my forever plumbing company! I knew as soon as I spoke with Barbara to schedule service that I had hit the jackpot. Dallas & Aaron came out as scheduled on time,professional, and courteous. They checked out the problem and offered three options along with pricing and cleared the clog in the main line. They both worked hard and went above and beyond and had us back to working in no time. There are not enough superlatives to describe the fantastic customer service here!

This is the first time I have used a plumber! I am a new home owner and this company is fantastic. I called late on a Tuesday, and received a return call within 5 minutes-as promised. I scheduled a time. Nick was prompt, polite, and is extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our disposal problem within an hour. He left the kitchen in the same order he found it. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Chris was fantastic! He fixed a problem we've had since we purchased this house 2 years ago in just under an hour! Katy plumbing has been our first and only point of contact since we moved to katy. Awesome plumbing service. I called to get some estimates on getting some work done and was promptly schedules in. The plumber came on time and was very polite and went through all my plumbing needs answering all my question while still giving me advice on what my options were. The plumber never pressured me into anything while still giving me a breakdown of all the pricing (which was significantly cheaper than capital plumbings quote) and availability. I went ahead and got work done on both my water heaters with plans to get a water softener and water purifier put in, in the near future. Definitely found my plumbers of choice

It doesn't matter who they sent to fix the plumbing issues at my house, they all provided me with the best service. This is the 3rd time I used them and my membership with them worths every penny. Last Saturday, the sprinkler back flow valve was broken due to the extreme cold in Houston. They replaced the new valve for me, and educated me how to prevent it from blowing off next time. Highly recommend this company. Keep doing the great job, Katy Plumbing.

Called them late on a Saturday and still got someone to answer the phone and she was VERY helpful and got us scheduled right away. Even called back when and earlier day opened up. The young man showed up on time, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job in no time at all. He re-did the plumbing to allow us to install a new kitchen sink. He even lifted the sink out, after we had seated in place, so he could caulk underneath the sink so it would not show on the counter. We did not realize to do this and were just going to apply caulk to outside. I will ONLY use Katy Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Dallas arrived early. Hot water replaced in under 2 hours from his arrival to delivery of my new hot water heater by Aaron. Installed and done. I will definitely use them again. Great guys. Great company.
