Because of the recent freeze I needed a plumber and found The Katy Plumbing Company. Not only did this company walk me through some damage control over the phone they sent Kurt out to my home in Katy within an hour. He actually saw that my repairs were minimal. It took him a few minutes to see the problem and decided he could not in good conscience charge me the trip charge.....Thank you so very much, I am used to being ripped off.

Awesome plumbing service. I called to get some estimates on getting some work done and was promptly schedules in. The plumber came on time and was very polite and went through all my plumbing needs answering all my question while still giving me advice on what my options were. The plumber never pressured me into anything while still giving me a breakdown of all the pricing (which was significantly cheaper than capital plumbings quote) and availability. I went ahead and got work done on both my water heaters with plans to get a water softener and water purifier put in, in the near future. Definitely found my plumbers of choice

Chris was fantastic! He fixed a problem we've had since we purchased this house 2 years ago in just under an hour! Katy plumbing has been our first and only point of contact since we moved to katy. They're super professional and they take care in fixing problems at the source instead of quick temporary fixes. We've had a wonderful experience thus far and I'm sure will continue to.

Called at 9am Tuesday morning asked if they had anyone available to come out that day they said actually yes tech in your area can be there 1-2 hours no one ever called or showed up all day I called said tech was behind on another job will call me when he leaves nothing ever I finally called back they rescheduled me for Friday sure it's ok no hot water until Friday thanks!!! Won't be calling them ever again!!!!!

I give two stars, as I have used them before and they have done good work on small issues. This time I had sewer water coming from under my house leaking out onto my driveway and into the street. Not a massive amount, but it was happening. I called and said I need a camera line test to find out where the leak was. I would have paid for it, no problem. He came out and said the camera test will not do any good. We just have to start tunneling and repairing until the problem is fixed. Starting Price was $10k and could go up to $20k. I was not convinced. I got someone out two weeks later, main issue was sewer line was clogged and bam, no more water leaking from under the house.

Another note, I bought the house two months ago and did not know where the sewer cleanout was. The guy did not even help me try to find it. The next company that came out, helped me find that there was not one since it was an old house, sent out their crew a week later to dig where the sewer line was, opened it up, unclogged it, put on a new sewer line cleanout, and they have gained a new customer for life. The company made videos of the sewer line and did not find any large leaks. Yes, there may be small ones, but everything is running from the house to the sewer line, since the line is unclogged. Main issue resolved and no more water leaking onto the driveway and into the street. The neighbors and my wife are now happy campers :).

It doesn't matter who they sent to fix the plumbing issues at my house, they all provided me with the best service. This is the 3rd time I used them and my membership with them worths every penny. Last Saturday, the sprinkler back flow valve was broken due to the extreme cold in Houston. They replaced the new valve for me, and educated me how to prevent it from blowing off next time. Highly recommend this company. Keep doing the great job, Katy Plumbing.

My neighbor informed me I had a leak on my side yard with water coming onto his driveway. Based on the a Yelp reviews, I booked an appointment via their webpage to look into the problem. Within a few minutes they contacted me and sent out a technician, Michael. He was very thorough, turning off all water systems and main water. The leak was still there. He was able to determine the leak was actually on my neighbors main water line and the line crosses into my property. They contacted my neighbor and promptly the hole was dug, line repaired and ground restored. Price seemed fair (plumbing issues expensive) but great service!

KPC is likely more expensive than other companies but they provide excellent services. I can count on them to arrive when scheduled and they always get the job done well. I highly recommend them.
