After my repair, I called other plumbing companies and the price that Katy Plumbing Company charged me was ridiculous. $800.00
All of the companies I called quoted me around $500.00 or less.
I hate that when you need a repair that a company would take advantage of you!
I won't hire this company again!

Absolutely horrible service. Called them for a clogged line and instead of fixing the line quoted 200 dollars to replace a fixture that worked fine. Regarding the clogged line - recommended replacing the water pipes inside the wall. Horrible service in every way.

Awesome plumbing service. I called to get some estimates on getting some work done and was promptly schedules in. The plumber came on time and was very polite and went through all my plumbing needs answering all my question while still giving me advice on what my options were. The plumber never pressured me into anything while still giving me a breakdown of all the pricing (which was significantly cheaper than capital plumbings quote) and availability. I went ahead and got work done on both my water heaters with plans to get a water softener and water purifier put in, in the near future. Definitely found my plumbers of choice

I called three plumbers Sunday afternoon to unclog a plumbing stoppage. Katy Plumbers was the first to arrive. They wanted $330 plus $125 emergency weekend fee (not to mention tech pushing for $600 fix also). Had another plumber call about this time and charge $165 to do the same work without extra fee. Katy plumbers still wanted their $125 just to DIAGNOSE! Even Rescue Rooter diagnoses for free!! Another neighbor had them quote to replace their sewer line. These guys were the highest quote.

Buyer beware that they don't diagnose for free on weekends! Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced!

The team that was sent was professional and completed the work very quickly. Price was very reasonable and Nick and Forrest explained things well with what they were going to do. Response to my call was excellent. I will definitely use them when I have my next plumbing problem.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are crooks and don't even do a good job, They do an incomplete job and when you call them back to fix the rest they charge you again. Save yourselves the time and money and find someone else.

Katy plumbing was able to have him there by 3:30pm and were were finished by 7..

The tech they sent out was amazing, Ryan did an great job and is very innovative with his solutions.

We are super appreciative to have our issue resolved and our water back on

June 13, 2022--Called Katy Plumbing Company to make an appointment with a certain plumber that was recommended to me by a friend. I was told that they dont send a master plumber to fix my sink/faucet installation. This reason i wanted this paticular plumber is that my friend recommended him. I have had some bad plumber experiences and just wanted a really good plumber......Looks like Katy Plumbing Company considers some of their plumbers in an elite class to handle Kitchen Sink issues. ....sad
