I contacted Christopher at 11 PM. I had a very reasonable estimate no more that a couple of hours later. Later on that day Jim shows up to my house to take care of the issue without any problems. Jim already knew what to do before I even got done explaining to him what the issue was. I really appreciate the fast response and efficient service. I will definitely be recommending you guys.

I have to say this is the worst plumbing place around. 1st off, the are not honest at all! It says open 24hrs But when you call it says the are only open 8-5. The guy who came to see us was very unprofessional. Besides the way he was dressed he smelled pretty bad and was not very cordial at all. Then to top it off, the guy told us that he would call us back the next morning 2 days later still nothing!

There was a miscommunication when I first had this company come to my home for an estimate. It seemed I fell through the cracks and I was feeling rather unimportant as a customer and frustrated considering it was the only plumbing company I could find for a particular job. As soon as the owner Christopher found out, he made everything right. He has been in constant communication. He literally answers me with about 1 minute. He has shown what his company and team are all about...customer service. We scheduled a time for the job and I have great hopes. If the work is anything like the service, I'm going to be one happy customer.
