Brandon has given us outstanding service and solid advice for two separate plumbing issues within the last three weeks. Situation #1 was a clogged kitchen faucet nozzle that I could not release from the handle. I have broken these kinds of things in the past, so, call my wife said I had to call the plumber!

Brandon showed up and after a 30-second description of the problem, he removed it, cleaned up the clogging particles that were visible, and then showed me how to release the handle without breaking the clips. His advice to clean up the gunk in the unreachable parts of the faucet is to soak it in a vinegar solution overnight. Totally works.

Situation #2, separate from #1, was a shower faucet that streamed water down the wall. As my wife said before, ""don't break it,"" so, I called for help. Brandon to the rescue again. It was a similar protocol as before ... I gave him a 30-sec description, he asked me what brand valve was in there and while I looked up the answer he completed the repair! I asked about replacing the handles that are mis-matched and he advised a separate service call to replace both handle faucets, the shower head assembly to get all working and looking like a complete set.

I appreciate Brandon's timely arrivals, professional courtesy, polite demeanor, respectful advice, and good humor.

The Honest Plumber was dispatched to me from my warranty company. Dennis came out and upgraded my traditional water heater to a tankless system. Him and the team were super helpful, took time to make sure everything was done correctly and that all the adjustments worked smoothly. First of all Fidelity Home Insurance send these guys so those guys do their homework and only employ top of the line..
Brandon from ""The Honest Plumber"" came on a weekend within couple of hours of our call to address an emergency sewer blockage and overflow. There was no bullshit, he analyzed the issue, explained and broke down the scope of work for a long term solution and demonstrated a great level of professionalism.
Brandon promptly took care of the issue and addressed the issue for long term. Highly recommend them and would call them again!

HORRIBLE and ""The Honest Plumer"" is the most DisHONEST Plumber --- they've left my tenants (family of 5) hanging for over a week. We called in American Home Warranty for an urgent service request as there was a major water leak under then house on 11/29/2018. The insurance dispatched the work to The Honest Plumber 669.342.8900. The Honest Plumber Technician came the next day and pretended they did a thorough inspection on the hose & told my tenants that they are very busy with other jobs such as water heater installation & most likely no time to do this work. During their inspection they were extremely unprofessional & unsafe - - no shoe cover, no drop cloths for the floor or no protection gear for himself, went under ground and with muddie shoes came back to the house. He then delayed the repair by claiming the insurance needs to approve it. When I called the insurance immediately they insurance said they already approved the work. So the honest plumber never showed up on Monday & no followup calls. So, I called insurance and they called plumbing and secured an appointment for weds. Tenants rearranged work/apointments and stayed home but the plumber never showed up. To make maters worst the technician denise from ""the honest plumber"" fabricated his visit & wrote a report that the ""pipes were improperly installed"" so that insurance denies the claime. These guys are horrible especially if you are reaching out to them via insurance. It maybe that when they charge you for work they are different..... finding other similar reviews on them

.....Jeannie H ????? ????? 11/13/2018 Terrible customer service. This company left my tenant and her infant without HOT water for 4 days. No call to tenant or property manager. Tech said he will call when he was on his way. Tech said he called the tenants cell, not true she was waiting at her office for the call 5 min away. I Called Honest Plumbing , NO answer, Honest called me and hung up, I called back again NO answer so I text them, their reply said he was at the home for 15 minutes, he said he called her NOT TRUE! Update: was contacted about my review and was told some one would be calling to schedule me. Well no one called but on Friday at the end of the week a guy just showed up at my door. He said i had a opt and was in a def hurry to get the job done. Got a new instahot but had to use my old faucet because it was not brush nickle like the rest of my sink items. I am pleased that my water heater works but still poor communication.

OK, let me start with the not-so-good part. Due to very complex calls prior to mine, and their effort to satisfy their customers, they arrived at the end of my four-hour appointment window. During the time I was waiting, I was able to call their dispatcher and get a more accurate description of when they might arrive.

Now let me get to the good part, they were very efficient, had the work completed quickly and very professionally. I had a new water heater installed, that was commercial quality and performs far better than the old one did.
Beau also noted that the gas line had severe corrosion from the leaky water heater, so my gas lines were also replaced. All in all, I would recommend them highly, and Beau did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

Well I just want to say my experience with them is really bad. They have not installed yet my dishwasher bought through lowes and been waiting for weeks to install and when I called the day of installation to confirm, they just told me "" oh our van just broke down we can't install it today and we can reschedule for next week"" like are you serious? Is that a good excuse? They had promise to install on a set time and in my opinion they should have stand by it! I really don't want to hear those excuses and lies! It is annoying and frustrating because we have to take time off just for that. So first impression last!!

This is a horrible company ! They were dispatched thru Fidelity National Home Warranty to do some plumbing work to replace a bathroom fixture and shower divertor. The 1st technician came in and he said that he had to order some parts. Several weeks later when I called Honest Plumber they said that we are sorry but we had to fire that technician because he was incompetent! Next they send another technician who came in and took some pictures to order parts. That was about one month and half ago. I called Honest Plumbers to complain several times and finally I was able to talk to the receptionist. I gave her my service work no. and address and she had NO Records of my service. She said that she will call me back later after she finds more information but she never did !
Stay away from this company !

Bo came out to fix the hole in the wall, he was very nice and cleaned up afterwards. He even made sure the water softener was functioning properly. They made it right and I would use them again.
