Crystal the scheduler made a huge blunder to the scheduling of my appt. changing information as she went along and yelled at me and hung up.
I had told her that I wouldn't be home at the time of the appt which was their soonest (1 week out) and to knock on my tenants door for the work.
What happened on the day of?
The plumber never knocked on the tenants door. Tenants are upset with the delay and she claims that I needed to be accessible by phone. I was on an airplane.
The work was already decided and this was the install appt and paid by my warranty company.

The owner should know about her carelessness a d her inability to handle accountability.

These guys are honestly the most terrible plumber I've ever worked with. They were contracted by Fidelity Home Warranty, and I now have a feeling that I have been scammed by the home warranty. Here's basically how it's gone- I submitted a claim, Honest Plumber came to assess the problem a few weeks later (it was not time urgent), then they fix nothing and say they need to order parts.

But in diagnosing the problem, they damage two faucets along the way. My bathroom shower started to drip in a new place. And my kitchen sink squeals a terrible squeal when our sprinklers go off. For the bathroom faucet they broke, they told me my warranty didn't cover the quality of faucet I had, so I had to buy a new faucet before they could come back to repair it. So it dropped into a bucket for a week, they fixed it, then... silence. A month has gone by without getting any proactive communication. I call my contact, text him, hoping for responses.

A few weeks ago, after pestering the guy pretty heavily, he tells me that the parts for my five year faucet don't exist. What???? So he basically says that my home warranty claim cannot be completed for the very practical reason that they seem too lazy or cheap to find the parts needed but didn't decide to tell me until I bug them. I complained, tried to escalate, and my contact says that he can locate *some* of the parts. Meanwhile, I buy a spare part and ask him to come out and install it. Then.. silence. I text and call my plumber, but his mailbox is full. I called the main number, but it's disconnected.

How will it end? I suspect I call a real plumber who actually cares. Honest Plumber, prove me wrong!

These guys have come out a handful of times through my home warranty. They're always polite, professional, and efficient and have observed COVID protocols during the pandemic. They have fixed the problem every time without fail, and their work always holds up. Highly recommend

Can't say enough positive things about Honest Plumber...thank you, thank you! You guys rock! Our main water line to our home busted several feet underground due to a huge root from a maple tree. Our plumber Josh showed up quickly, assessed the situation and then got to work with his team. They were so knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for coming out in the evening on a 3 day weekend to take on a massive job! So appreciate this team and would definitely call on them again in the future.

Our experience with Honest Plumber was recommended by our Home warranty company. To make this story short, Mark from Honest Plumber was assigned to the job. He quickly identified the problems causing the leaks in our bathroom. The first leak, he quickly assessed the problem and made a recommendation as to how to fix it. The solution was not the plumber's perview. The second problem, he identified was a solution that he could fix as a plumber, and he did it efficiently. I am just satisfied with his expertise, knowledge, experience in his job. I confident that I will call Honest Plumber
again and ask for Mark personally for my plumbing needs in the future. I recommend Mark and he is confident with his job well done. My experience with the manager or supervisor was excellent, basically she scheduled me quickly, and after 2 days Mark showed up, great representative for Honest Plumber.

We called for a clogged / leaking sink pipe via Old Republic Warranty and Mark who came by was very professionally and was able to swiftly remove the backed up hair in the pipes and also replace the leaking pipes as part of the visit under the warranty. They did a really great job and would highly recommend.

absolute worst. no ownership of problem. On top of that lied about following up on my case.

Edit1: I got them through American home shield warranty. It's mostly a warranty problem but they should not tell customer that they will follow up on my case and not do anything. Changing the rating to 3 stars.

I could not be more disappointed with the total ineptness of this company. They have made multiple visits to fix a diverter. They tell me they have it, come to my house and tell me it's the wrong one. Tell me they're going to the hardware store and never showed back up. Tell me they will be out to fix one thing and have a work order for something they have already done. My phone number is 650-219-1914. You'll have much better luck getting in touch with me than them. RUN to the nearest head-examiner if you even think about hiring them
