I have to say that if you have if it's in your name who are you trying to convince of honesty. I had a leak that showed up coming out of the weep screed on the outside of my shower wall. Warranty company contacted this company. They sent Jim out to assess...2 minutes in the area and walked back told my wife he needed to authorize a camera scope for the drain...that the leak is in my drain. Sorry, water does not flow up a drain into a wall and outside. I called and said turn him around I'm on the way to meet him. 5 minutes with me and now there's an active leak in the wall.....surprise! Warranty company calls and says is it ok if we cut the outside up and repair...no. Due to wet walls all of the interior walls are being removed and replaced come back when it's open and do it then. Don't destroy my exterior barriers. Easy peasy right??? Made appts to have them come and throw a plug in the shower riser and check it. Wall open for over a week and will not return. Now says needs another authorization. Forget it...complete waste of time.

Been in construction for years, find someone you don't have to guide and someone that wants to get the job done professionally.

the actual bill was 3x our quote over the phone, he was paid by the hour and took a few very long breaks to look for parts in the truck.

Worst customer service, coming from a supervisor named BO... he has the worst customer service I would never recommend him to anyone.. I need my flange fixed on my toilet and he argued and said it wasn't the problem.he claimed that by adding silicone it would fix my wobbly toilet.. well he was wrong and very rude. Had a second employee from same company come out and confirm that the flange was the problem!!@

Top notch service, after another company who my warranty company sent out was just to lazy to do the work they sent the Honest Plumber, they are professional from start to finish, the owner actually showed up to perform the work, fixed the problem the same day, would and will highly recommend this company to anyone, thanks for the service
