I am still waiting for advice. I emailed a list of the parts I thought I needed for constant hot water and water conditioning. They sent two technicians out promptly. The technicians took pictures of all the equipment and locations where I wanted the equipment installed. The technicians seemed to know what they were doing. But now The Honest Plumber wants to send a ""supervisor"" out. It is a waste of everyone's time. Are they going to charge me for sending out 3 people before anything gets done? They have the pictures, they have the written list of parts I showed them, and all they need to do is call me and tell what else I need. The management seems disorganized. I can't even say they are dishonest, because they haven't done anything.

I called them to see if they could install a water softner system. They said yes and wanted to come out and check out my water softner system in order to give me a quote. Two days later they showed up took pictures of my system and was informed they were going to call me back to give me a quote, they didn't bother to reach out at all and never heard anything from them.

The Honest Plumber is truly phenomenal. Mike was so helpful in our virtual conversation. He tracked down a bathtub and gave a great price on it. Helped me to figure the other tasks that needed to be completed. Even on a Saturday I asked about a tub drains me he sent me a direct link to Amazon to purchase and to ensure it arrived on time for the install.
His team showed up ready to go and got to work.
His team wore masks while working. Communicated every step of the way. They were so clean and thorough. Cannot say enough.

My home warrenty has sent Honest Plumber twice for a sink repair and a bathroom repair. Both times they arrived in the time range provided. The service person wore a mask, was knowledgable and completed the repair in a timely manner. When the work was done the area was clean and ready to use.

Horrible if only we can give zero stars.. Called to set up an appointment on a Monday told who ever answer we have been waiting for them to call since Saturday because they advertised as open 24/7 well she responded with ""our guys work 12-14 hours shifts they don't work weekends"" ok whatever they send someone out an older man he sits in his van never rings the doorbell so I get a call from I believe her name is Sally and very rudely she states that he was at our house and had been knocking and nobody ever answered the door and I told her we're watching him sit in his van he never got off again very rudely she says ""well can you just open the door for him!? ""Ok at this point I'm like wtf is this? since when do I have to go to your car and tell you to come in? So he leaves never hear from them I call our home warranty and they tell me that ""honest plumbing stated in their report our water heater needed 4 modifications costing us $400"" not convinced we get the warranty company to send another company for a second opinion and sure enough we only needed one modification that would cost $100 ! Do NOT USE THE HONEST COMPANY they're not honest they're rude and they customer service skills suck

This company is terrible. They advertise 24 hour service with possible hours differing on New Years Eve and New Years day only. My home warranty contacted them the Saturday after Christmas because all 3 of my toilets and shower were backing up. I called the plumbing company directly and left a message 3 times. They never called back. Monday I finally reached them and the lady who answered was very rude. Her answer to me was ""we will not be in your area until the following Wednesday. They claim to offer 24 hour service. I would never call this company.....
