I previously got ripped off with some terrible work by another plumber and left a bad taste in my mouth and I wondered if everyone I called was going to be a lazy sloppy looking drug user I don't feel comfortable taking my eyes off of in my home. Dealing with this company was the exact opposite experience and next time I need a plumber this is the one I'm calling first

Called Friday morning for initial service charge cost and an appointment for toilet not draining correctly. First available appointment was Monday so I said ok I'll take it and that they would contact me Monday morning with a time frame they'd be out for service. Needless to say, Monday came and went never hearing another word from this company. This is the type of thing I had to deal with in the town I just moved from, didn't expect to get this same treatment from a company in Bakersfield where there are more than one plumbing company in town to compete for work. So I can't comment on their prices nor quality of work, I just know that if I have another plumbing issue I will not contact them.

I have had them do two jobs at my home and both turned out well. The first was a cracked toilet. I picked up a replacement and had them take out the old and install the new one, The second was replace the lines and fixtures for a laundry tub in the garage. I did not have the tools required to get in the limited space. They were prompt, easy to set up an appointment, and reasonable with their charges,

There were 2 drain problems, a sink and shower plus a spigot to change plus caulking around a sink. The charge was so unbelievably reasonable, just 1 hour for labor!

There name says it,first the lady I talked to was the best.they had fixed my sprinkler pipe it was leaking.That was last year so I called them they came out and fixed it again but did not charge me.I really appreciate this as we have been through a lot. The gentleman that came and fixed it was really great. If I need anything else I will call them. Thank you so very much.

They were contracted through American Home Shield to fix a leaking toilet. Representative contacted me and informed that the next available appointment was a week out. Not very convenient so I asked what time. She said between 12-4. After checking my calendar I informed her that time doesn't work for me. She asked may I ask why not. I informed her that no she may not ask. Her response fine I just won't schedule the appointment. I thanked her for being an ahole and hung up. My personal business is none of your damn business.

Had An issue with someone not showing up to do repairs, this place needs better communication with the Techs and office personnel. Not a reliable plumber, especially when you need them ASAP.
