Chris and his colleague Daniel are two of the finest plumbers I have ever encountered. They are skilled, professional, and, most importantly, honest. I hired them to fix a back up and install a new faucet. They were incredibly responsive and communicative, and fixed the problem immediately. They were neat, well mannered, and efficient. I would highly recommend them. They did not try to sell me unnecessary products and services.

I needed a new garbage disposal at my rental condo. Chris was able to come out on a Sunday to install it for me. Since I don't live in the area I ordered it online at a big box store for in store pick up and he went and picked it up and installed it. My tenants were very happy with his service and professionalism and said to keep his number for the future. A happy tenant is a happy landlord. Chris was so easy to deal with and had great communication. I had called around to other plumbers to check prices and who could come out first. Not only was he quick to respond but he had a very fair and comparable price, especially given it was a Sunday. Chris will be my go to plumber for this rental unit.

He just gave me free advice over the phone which actually fixed my problem - without having to call him out. He could have easily insisted on a paid visit. Chris was prompt, and professional. I called about a clogged sink and wanted to make an appointment, but he said he could be here in 20 minutes, and he was! He had everything cleared up within minutes. I will definitely be using his services again!

called an advance to schedule a service for today for a hvac project, i was told the plumber would arrive today between 8-9 its 1:00pm no call called to see where he was at stated he had construction going on at home and was not going to make it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

If you need a plumber, you know how hard it is to reach someone, especially if you have a major problem!
Well, today the plumber I had scheduled to come and replace a part didn't show up so I called The Greener Plumber and talked with Chris. He was so reassuring and told me he would come and look at the problem. I needed a part replaced on a very fancy and complicated water system. Chris jumped in and assessed the problem and when we realized that the wrong part was sent he helped me understand the whole issue. He didn't talk down to me and was so nice and informative. I'm not sure I should say this but he spent all this time with me on this intricate issue and because the part couldn't be replaced, he didn't charge me! What????? Amazing right?? I'll be calling him back and referring him to other people that have this water system. I went from so stressed out to calm and empowered knowing more about how to replace the part. Beyond thank you Chris!
