Truly incredible plumber!

Chris is the best plumber we've ever worked with. He replies super quickly to our requests for our Venice Beach rental property and always goes the extra mile to be super sure he's fixed the problem. He helped us unclog toilets and troubleshoot some other plumbing odors in our kitchen piping. He even climbed on our roof a couple of times and ran a camera snake to check our plumbing. That's real dedication.

The best thing about Chris is the value: he charges a very reasonable price for his services. It's so rare to find someone who does a fantastic job for a great price and is available to help ASAP. He's a true gem.

Haven't used Chris in a year since he repaired a refrigerator water hose. It broke a week later. He didn't respond back to several calls over the next month to fix it. He used to be good, not the same man, no integrity.

Chris is nearing or at retirement, as per he telling you, but we purchased a two main line package that he pitched, so I don't think he cares anymore.

Chris did a great job, and is a nice guy, the first time. However, Chris is suppose to come back to do a 2nd clean out one year after paying for two clean outs.

I have called, emailed, and texted him. No response.

I even ran into him when we had free stuff outside our house when he stopped by to look at it.

But no follow through.

His exwife, the plumber at American Drain Works, even contacted him.

It boarders a scam when you pitch and sell a 2 main line clean out with a higher price than a single clean out, but then don't do it.

So I am writing this review frustrated with trusting Chris would follow through and honor our payment and agreement to do a clean out, with a one year follow up clean out.

Undertaking a massive remodel of my Mother's home in Culver City has been quite the challenge. Thanks to Chris's expertise in all aspects of plumbing, and remodeling has been wonderful. From the Tankless Water Heater, to a new, beautiful walk-in shower and completely remodeled bathroom Chris has been our Go-To Guy. Always pleasant and professional and ready to get the job done. Chris and his team are the BEST! I had some roots that needed to be removed and had been ripped off by a previous plumber which caused severe sewage backup to return within a week. Chris came in and went above and beyond. He gave me an honest explanation of the issue and a fair price to take care of the roots and I haven't had any trouble with it since.
