Very happy with my experience. Talked to Timothy and he gave me a time when the plumber would get here. Tony arrived on time and diagnosed the source of the leak. Fixed it right away, explained everything, and cleaned up too. I will definitely call again if I have any need for a plumber.

Timothy and his assistant were exceptionally professional and knowledgable. We were at our Long Beach house when the kitcken sink became totally clogged and we needed help. We were desperate and they fit us in after another all-day job. They called us when that job was about finished and arrived on time. They explained what went wrong with the sink and made suggestions on how not to repeat the problem. They put on booties when working inside our house and kept everything very clean. Excellent plumber and highly recommended.

I've used this company for my rental units as well as my personal property with new and improved water heaters, heating elements, fixtures and drains. Not only is the finished service above expectations, but the explanations of why and how are also clearly explained before starting any work to be done. Had a leak in an upstairs shower and the Green Plumber diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Fortunately for me, they needed to come back to check on the repair because in the meantime we had developed ANOTHER (more serious) problem which they fixed as well and right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Phew! Lucky me- glad we called the Green Plumber! Looking forward to hearing his thoughts on grey water irrigation next time...

Called and spoke to Tim the owner Wednesday night, scheduled service call for Friday morning due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I was ok with that. The tech Tony came out as communicated and did a great job, explained process, how and why. Liked that he put shoe covers on before coming into house as we remove our shoes for indoors. Service was quick and I especially like the 1 yr. guarantee on the work done and longer on the parts used.
I would recommend this company and the tech Tony for a job well done and his ability to build good customer relations.

Called The Green Plumber the week of Thanksgiving, Tim answered and set us up with an appointment for the next morning. Tony showed up as promised and on time. Very clean and thorough. He didn't rush and made sure I was completely happy before he left. He also spent some time explaining about the Grey Water program and how that would be integrated into water management and irrigation, very interesting. Their card is now on the refrigerator for the next time we need a plumber.

They are the only plumbers that I have dealt with on my recent home purchase that I feel totally comfortable with. They are professional, communicate all issues, and give appropriate choices.

Recently, I had to have some old drain lines reworked to avoid problems. They did an excellent job, fixed more than I asked for, did it in less time than was estimated, and reduced the final amount on the bill.

Because the work was done so quickly, the owner came out after the work was done to do a post-work inspection just to be sure everything was done well.

If they are looking for customer loyalty, they have it with me.

So we woke up with the kitchen sink clogged with grease and dirt coming up from the pipe :-( I tried to plunge it but that was just making it worse.

I didn't hesitate to call The Green Plumber because our experience with him last time was so easy and pleasant. He showed up right on time and was clean and friendly just like before.
