We had a leaking pipe in out bathroom and a clogged drain in our bathtub. Timothy was very easy to get in touch with and schedule an appointment time. He arrived and was very respectful of our home. Wearing footies and locking the front door behind him when he went out to the truck to get something. The two fixes went very quickly. We were very pleased with his service, I will certainly recommend Timothy and be sure to call him the next time we need him!

I was not in jeopardy, however, he was able to provide me with same-day-service. He took the time to listen, diagnose, and inform me of my varied options.

Green Plumber, Timothy, was great. Called ahead to confirm the time, showed up on time and walked through each item that we wanted to repair and discussed the options and provided a written quote to review. Very personable and even wore the green booties each time he entered to protect our floors and left the rooms spotless when he left.

Price was very fair compared to others in our area and he was able to get everything done on-time, as promised. I normally use yelp for restaurants, and this is my first review. Completely satisfied. We have an old home with original plumbing, so sure we will have the Green Plumber back soon.

The reviews do not lie. The Green Plumber gave me tips on the phone on how to fix my garbage disposal unit at no charge.
I called him to book an appointment but he didn't have an opening any time soon so I asked him for an estimate to get an idea if its worth the wait. I told him that my disposal unit is relatively new and it just doesn't spin because a little ceramic dish fell in it. He says that it should be really inexpensive to fix. He then suggests that he gives me some tips so I can fix it myself and even offered for me to call him back if it doesn't work out. I felt bad that I was taking up Tim's time at no charge so I tried to find an appointment further out the week but still no luck. I thanked him and set out to do it myself with newfound confidence that it feasible for a laymen. After some research, I narrowed it down to a hitting a reset button and turning the hex key at the bottom of the unit. Bam! We just saved ourselves a nice chunk of money.
I hope Tim can lead and grow his business as well as he provides customer service. It'll be great to see more people under Tim that places integrity and good people skills on high priority.

Terrific response time. Very sincere and trustworthy. I had a minor issue and all was resolved quickly for a decent price. I will be using Timothy again. The shoe covers were an added bonus on my new hardwood floors! Thanks again.

For my birthday, my father gave me a beautiful ruby ring. While showering, I took it off and set it up on the top shower door bar and promptly forgot about it (BIG MISTAKE). I realized a couple of days later that I hadn't seen it since then and checked, and of course it was gone. After a thorough searching of the house and interrogation of my boyfriend and our roommate, who said that she heard something fall while taking a shower, I had no choice but to come to the conclusion that it went down the drain. I am heartbroken, but not ready to give up.

After searching for a plumber on Yelp, I decided on Tim at the Green Plumber. I told him of my plight and not only was he very understanding but he said that he would come over within an hour. Talk about a great first impression! When he arrived, he put booties on so that he didn't muddy anything up and began snaking the pipe with a video camera thingy-bob (I'm sure that's the technical term).

We didn't have any luck with that, so he offered to go under the house to see if he could access the trap. This poor guy had to crawl under my house in the mud and bugs to check this. I don't know how he does it!

Unfortunately it's not an easy fix. We're going to have to cut and replace the pipes in order to find it, so I had to tell him that I would call him back after talking to my landlord. Thankfully, he's willing to do it for us for VERY cheap so I think we'll be able to do it. He didn't even charge me at the end of the day!

Tim was the consummate professional the entire time and was very sympathetic to my overly-emotional histrionics. Even if he is not able to find my ring, he has earned a fan for his stupendous service.

I researched Yelp for a local plumber that had not only high ratings, but a large number of total reviews. Timothy's The Green Plumber was at the top of that combination, and for good reason.

He not only diagnosed my water heater problem, he also gave me several options for resolving a very complex warranty issue I was having with the company that sold me the water heater.

He went to great lengths attempting to source the failed Gas Control Valve that turned out to no longer be in production and there is no replacement on the horizon.


1. He arrived on time!
2. Very professional and personable.
3. Expert in all he did (I watched him the whole time and he didn't mind)
4. He put up with my yammering the whole time.
5. He said ""No charge"".

I could not let him go without paying him for what turned out to be the exact diagnosis and advice I needed to resolve my warranty issue.

I just got the company that sold me the water heater to commit to delivering a new water heater tomorrow under the parts warranty thanks to Timothy's guidance.

I'm now thinking about a solar water heating solution that he specializes in.

The pilot for my water heater at my salon was not working at 8:30 am. I called Tim and he was able to come to my rescue within 45 min. He was then able and willing to take the time to drive up to L.A to get a kit to fix my water heater issue and then returned promptly to fix it. I am so excited to know that I have an official plumber for my shop.

I have to agree with all the other glowing reviewers here. I think the one person who had a criticism must have been thinking of another plumber! Tim was absolutely fantastic - I could not ask for more in a plumber. He wore the booties, he cleaned up afterward, yes. And he also came within 90 minutes of my initial Monday morning call for a kitchen sink repair. He was happy to have me watch him do the entire repair and explained it all to me so I could learn as he worked. He went under the house in a dirty crawl space on an unrelated issue, and explained how to do another 2 repairs on my own - with diagrams and recommendations for where to get the materials - all for no extra charge. Unbelievable. He was fantastic. 3rd generation plumber (his dad and granddad), careful and skilled. Thank you Tim!!
