Thought I had a plumbing problem. Called Tim. Sent someone out. Went through every possible problem. Was here about an hour. Realized that it's not a plumbing problem. Fixed something else. Cleaned up. Left. Didn't charge me.

Will I call them again?

Well hopefully I'll never ever have a plumbing problem as long as I live. But on the off chance that I do, YES!

Tim was seriously nice one phone and his plumber was super nice.

What a joke! All talk; Absolutely no follow through. I can't believe this guys has such great reviews! This is the first time Yelp has steered me in the wrong direction.

Spoke to Timothy over the phone to arrange a time for assessment. He arrived close to an hour late - strike ONE. He took forever and a day to perform his assessment of my problem. Part of me thought....the estimate is free so what the heck, maybe he's just being really thorough. NOT. He spent about an hour assessing the problem, and what's worse he couldn't even provide me an estimate on the spot - strike TWO. I figured that someone with so much experience like him should be able to provide a decent ""estimate"" for the repairs. Then when he never called back with the estimate I realized what a waste of time this guy was - strike THREE.
I would not recommend this guy. I can't believe he's the owner. Sounds good on the phone, but back up all the talk.

We had a plugged sewer and other issues I did a search on yelp for plumbers and as usual yelp steered me in the right direction. Timothy was very personable as was his helper Enrique. They were efficient clean and the job came in on budget.

Great & honest plumbers. I called the out for an estimate on my water heater replacement. Timothy took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a few options to fix my unique problem of having a water heater on the third floor without any type of drain. He even wore booties to protect my white carpet (the only contractor to do this). He explained that all work would be done to code and the would treat the replacement like it was thier own home. After recieving 7 estimates and education about water heaters throughout the day, in knew the Green Plumber was the best and most professional company to handle the job. Plus, they ended up being the lowest bid for the work to be done.
The actual replacement was done during a very rainy day. Enrique took his time and made sure none of the outside crude or rusty water from the old heater got on my floor (even his dolly had booties on it). I highly reccomend the Green Plumber for any piping job. Thanks Green Plumber!

I found this guy here on yelp, when I was looking for a plumber on the weekend for a possible emergency situation (turned out no emergency :)
And while I was having a lot of trouble getting hold of other plumbers, he answered the phone and was able to head over very quickly. He was very nice, did everything very professionally, was sweet to my kitties, and even offered to do little things like put my fire alarm back up for me that was sitting on the counter. I would certainly call him again.

Very friendly, considerate and quick to respond. Does not make you feel obligated to give direct answers. He gives you your space and lets you take your time to think over things. He tells you step by step what the processes are (because I was all curious) and yea. Check them out~ you'll be glad. =0)

I found The Green Plumber by searching Yelp and chose him because of all the great reviews...and the reviews are right! Timothy arrived on time. Had a big truck full of everything he needed along with my shiny new toilet! He was honest, courteous, helpful, clean (he put cloth covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. By the time he left he'd gone through 3 sets) and was reasonably priced. With Timothy there were no surprises or surprise costs. I walked back to see how the install was going and saw that he was using a level to make sure the toilet sat just right. That impressed me. He also cleaned the floor where the old toilet sat before installing the new one and ran a nice bead of caulk around the toilet base. While he was there I asked him to check my old floor furnace which I'd never fired up before. The Gas Co. had checked it a couple hours earlier and told me there was no pilot light ""thingy' and I'd need to replace the whole furnace at a cost of several hundred dollars. Not only did Timothy check it out for soundness he got the pilot light lit! AND...he also spent a good time vacuuming it out for me. AND...he also checked for leaks in my pipes and got my exterior shut-off valve working which I was told by another plumber the week before would need to be replaced! I highly recommend The Green Plumber. I couldn't be happier with the service or my new toilet!

Timothy, the green plumber, was awesome. After calling many plumbers using google and getting tons of 1800 numbers that gave me some random person hours away, I turned to yelp. Timothy lived in the neighbor hood, he answered the phone himself and arrived within the time frame given. He was neat, professional and supper quick. What more could you ask for in a plumber? His prices where fair and I would totally use him again (hopefully not too soon :) ).

Part of living in an old house is having to deal with the problems when they come up. So yesterday our showers backed up. We tried to clear it ourselves but no luck. I looked on Yelp and found the Green Plumber. He had great reviews and was really close to my house.

I called Timothy at 8:00am and he was at my house by 8:45am. He did fantastic job. He took his time and clean out my drains all the way to the main line. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess by the clean up like some plumbers have before. And as a bonus he have me a free compact fluorescent light bulb for being a Yelp member. I would recommend the Green Plumber to anyone!

My shower sprung a leak last night and I needed a professional right away.

I called Timothy at the Green Plumber and he squeezed me into his schedule. He came within the timeframe he gave me and was done fixing my leaky shower head quickly. He even cleaned out the nozzles in the shower. Great work, very professional and I highly recommend his services.
