My wife and I gave Tim a call about installing a tankless heater on short notice. He was able to make it happen. He spent adequate time with us at all stages of selecting, installing and testing the new system. He and his staff were all very considerate of the house. Contact was excellent, and he would text and email to let us know when he would be by. He was able to deliver an excellent value for the money, particularly compared with negative experiences from previous plumbers. Plus, he brought us figs, which were delicious. We would definitely give TIm & Paul in the future for future work.

NO HOT WATER! I used to be agnostic about plumbers, but no longer. The Green Plumber actually answered the phone when I called - no voice mail. My (barely) three year old tankless water heater was leaking all over the internal circuit boards so I knew it was going to be ugly. It turns out the plumber who originally installed it neglected to send my information to the mfg so I hadn't received notification to replace a small part was prone to failure. Paul worked directly with the mfg who decided to honor the warranty for a new unit. These are LBC guys, knowledgeable, fast and a pleasure to work with. The Green Plumber is my first call from here on out.

Five star company with 5 star service. Had a couple old drains that were draining slow. Called Timothy, owner of The Green Plumber who I had met in the past. He showed in the time frame given (even with a broken arm) with plumber Paul and readily snaked the drains. Was impressed with the fast service and most importantly, cleaned up behind themselves after they were done. While Paul was cleaning up, I asked Timothy for an estimate to relocate a hot water heater. The estimate arrived the next day as promised and believe reasonably priced. More businesses need to follow their business model.

Tech came out the next day, and the leak ended up being on the water co side; they contacted the water co. for me. Wow! Called this afternoon and spoke with Timothy about a leak in the garage. Paul came out in less than hour and searched for the leak, cutting drywall and doing tests. Timothy came over and confirmed it was my neighbors pipe! I would recommend The Green Plumber to anyone. It's so hard to trust anyone these days, but these guys are courteous and professional. They will not rip you off!

I called Timothy after reading his reviews and having the run around from another plumber waste four hours of my time with scheduling issues. I know, I know, I should have called Timothy first, lesson learned. The man is a genuine and honest businessman who takes serious pride in his work and his reputation. He calmed my nerves and squeezed me into his packed schedule so my rental could have their bathroom back ASAP. We had a leak that was coming down into my neighbor below's ceiling, yay (insert sarcasm). Timothy told me how to fix it and what type of toilet, wax ring, and drain screens to use for the shower that was also causing issues. He was fantastic, if he hadn't been so busy, and I wasn't handy, I would have had him put in the new toilet. Needless to say, I have some work for him to do at my office, nonemergency type stuff, that I will be booking here. In the next few weeks. You sir, have captured a new client. I also have a tendency to push work to people I trust, so you have been warned! Thank you again!
