I have used Green Plumber now at least 6 times, and every time it is a great experience. I always get Paul, and he is just awesome. Polite, respectful, thorough and considerate.

The work is always fabulous, they respond quickly, and they stay in constant communication about arrival time.

Highest recommendation.

Timothy called me on 9/26/16 to apologize and explain that there was a serious illness in his family, so I understand the non-response (see my earlier post below). Thanks for calling me. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you forward your calls & emails to Paul if you are not available.

Timothy and Paul have done several jobs at my home during the last 5 years or more and have been excellent. However, I need a new kitchen sink, faucet, and water filter installed, and I have left several messages and sent emails over the last 3 weeks and nobody has returned my calls/emails. Timothy - I see that you replied to someone else's Yelp review during that time, so I decided to try this review to see if you would respond to me. If you are ill, I understand. If you are just swamped, I would at least expect a return call to let me know when you might be available.

Once again, The Green Plumber to the rescue. My tenant moved out and didn't report a leak in the garage laundry valve. When I discovered it, it was very flooded. Timothy got there quickly and fully resolved the problem. I've used The Green Plumber in the past and have always been very satisfied. They have, again, earned by 5 star rating.

Paul was awesome and this company is great! They are kind, considerate, reasonably priced, and they are both good guys. Paul brought booties to wear over his shoes, and did a great job! He explained to me what the deal was with our funky Island sink (we've always had drainage issues), and showed me the totally rusted interior of my old garbage disposal. The new one is a professional grade one and is stainless steel, so less likely to rust. He was very careful when he worked, and left my kitchen spotless. :) I noticed that he worked meticulously and centered the wording on the bit that sits in the sink. I know that my ocd husband will be pleased to see that :). A great experience! I will call these guys again (hopefully not too soon though! Lol!) :).

The Green Plumber Tim was very pleasant, efficient, courteous, and reasonable priced. He took his shoes off upon entering our place. He also was very sweet to our 9 month old daughter and offered to work around her nap schedule. With all that being said his work was also great and most importantly timely. Definitely recommend him to others.

BE CAREFUL!!!!! Well, I purchased a Yelp deal for this plumber and they REFUSED to honor the Yelp deal. The plumber made some excuse that it shouldn't have been there, blah blah blah.

The service itself is fine but false advertising and NOT honoring your obligations is no way to run a business.

Timothy was really nice when I spoke to him on the phone this morning. He could tell I was really frantic and reassured me everything was ok. He sent Paul out right away. It only took him 10 minutes to get here. Paul was very nice and helpful as well. Great staff and great owner.

This is the 3rd time I've used The Green Plumber, and the 2nd time Paul was the technician for the job. Paul was on time, courteous, explained what it would take, and how much to solve my slow draining downstairs plumbing. Everything fixed and working in seemingly no time at all.

I would definitely recommend The Green Plumber and Paul anytime.

Called The Green Plumber to help with a Shower issue for 2 different bathrooms, due to some sort of blockage in the pipes. Fixed it quickly same day! Highly recommend them, super friendly, helpful and communicative. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
