I called the office and left a message Tues night because I was having a party the next day (Weds) and my kitchen was a mess and my sink and disposal were not working (leak under sink). I couldn't do dishes! I spoke to Vicky on the phone the next morning and she made miracles happen for me. Steven was my Tech and he was fabulous! I've used this Company many times and I'm always so impressed. I truly feel they are honest and fair. They tell you to have a ""Blessed day"". I love that! I didn't think about leaving a review before but I felt like I should because of how consistently wonderful they have been. I can see why there are so many fantastic reviews here, they deserve it!

I have been using this service for 8 years now and will never use another plumber service again. The office staff is exceptional and always calls with appointment reminders as well as calling when the plumber is on the way. Their prices are fair and their work is superb. The are honest when they advise you as to if and what the work needed is. I usually request Josh because he is extremely knowledgeable in all situations. You can't lose with this guy! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! We needed a couple drain lines replaced and used Yelp to locate plumbers. The first highly rated plumber gave us an estimate of over $4,000 dollars. That was way more than we anticipated, so we contacted another highly rated plumber from Yelp for a second opinion and all he wanted to do was snake the laundry room drain line. He didn't even bother to go under the house. So, we had two extreme estimates and were getting frustrated. Called The Family Plumber and did not tell them what the other plumbers quotes were. They came out, identified the problem and did the job for thousands of dollars less. Anthony and Mike did the work and were on time, courteous, professional, clean, and a pleasure to have around for a few hours. Save your time dealing with quotes from the others. I am very impressed with The Family Plumber and feel quite comfortable in using them again.

Called to have kitchen faucet changed out, 4 calls, 3 text, 2 days, mike never called my tenant...WOW what a mistake, glad it wasn't a serious job. Just got someone else they'll be there in an hour. You can't really justify ... just tell me your to busy!

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink, and called The Family Plumber. The scheduler on the phone, Jennifer, was courteous and helpful. She was able to give us an appointment the same day I called, and the plumbers, Anthony and Jon, came a few hours later. They were also courteous, clean, and competent. They solved the problem efficiently, and gave me some recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the future. The price was reasonable, and I and my wife strongly recommend them.

I called on Friday morning for a slow draining shower expecting an appointment next week, however they were able to give me an appointment in the afternoon same day. I even got a call advising me the technician (Robert) was on his way. Robert was professional, informative, and very respectful. I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing services.

I needed a toilet replaced and the first place we contacted quoted us a starting price of $400.00. I decided to call The Family Plumber to see if they could do the job at a lower price since I see their trucks in our neighborhood frequently, and I am so glad that I did. Not only did Robert arrive early (they called first to let me know), he was efficient, explained the problem and finished the job in less time than was quoted - and their price was half of what was quoted from the first place I called. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We already have more jobs in mind that we'd like for them to work on!

These guys were amazing. They were working at my neighbors and I asked if they could fit me into their schedule. They were so kind but had me check with the office to confirm they had availability. Not only did they make it happen, they were quick and clean. Our shower line needed to be snaked and they were able to clear the line and be out of here within a half hour.
