My go to plumber for all my needs. My main broke, my sewer overflowed, all in a small amount of time. They worked diligently on the burst main as I was leaving town the next day. Very dedicated company. Also have fixed faucets and toilets. Great company.

I've used Family Plumbers at least 3 times. I've been very, very happy with their service each time. They've fixed plumbing problems in my bathroom, attached my ice maker water line, and fixed leaky outdoors spigots. Phil came yesterday promptly to fix my outdoor spigots. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Their office staff, especially Vicky, is also, always so friendly and accommodating. Their fees are very reasonable for their excellent service and work. They will also be first on my list when I need a plumber. They are the best!!!

My tenant called out The Family Plumber for a main line block. The plumber went through a small 2 inch clean out and said he couldn't guarantee the work because it should be a 4 inch clean out. there was a flush 2"" plug to which the plumber replaced with a standard 2"" plug that stuck up in the middle of a walkway creating a tripping hazard. A few days later the main line backed up again. I called another plumber who assessed the situation and decided it best to clear the main line by accessing it through the vent pipe on the roof. Not ideal, but I appreciate the ability to solve a problem and complete a job professionally.

Awesome business. Had a leak near the water meter and the water company said it was on my side of the meter so it was my responsibility.
Called The Family Plumer. Vicki was great in keeping me updated on everything having to do with the job. The owner came by Monday morning to see what needed to be done, said by mid afternoon he would have an estimate. Called 2 other places with one being around the same price and one was way to high.
Phil the tech was great, did everything that was needed. He did the job in 1 and a half hours which was half the time that I was told.

Wow, wow, wow! What a great business with fantastic people and service! I can't say enough about how kind and thoughtful everyone was. My pipe burst outside my home and it really turned out to be a pipe to nowhere. So they quickly gave me an estimate and did the work and were so kind as to check and double check what was done to ensure that nothing was left without water. The communication was fantastic! Thank you. I will call again whenever I have any home plumbing issues! Very very happy!

I have used FP for years, and I will say without any doubt, they are what any person is looking for as far as getting the job done, on time, very fair pricing, and with knowledgeable plumbers. Few weeks back we had a toilet overflow, and they were out same day to stop the water flow. We ended up having water damage, which was fixed, then today a new toilet was installed, and we are back good as new. Josh and Andrew also made the time to change out a new shower fixture.

So 3 cheers for Family Plumber, best local service provider!

Called to make appointment on a Monday. I was able to book an appointment for noon on the same day. They actually were able to come earlier than planned which was welcomed. They were very professional and efficient. Don't be afraid to call them as their price were reasonable. They were pleasant to deal with and explained the price after their initial diagnosis. Overall, I would call them again instead of trying to diy. Thanks Family Plumber.

I used Family Plumber twice, once to put a water heater and second time it was a new toilet, both times their pricing was high but what totally blew us thru the roof was they quoted a very small bathroom re-model...reset new tub, toilet and vanity. I furnished everything: tub, vanity, plumbing fixtures, plumbing parts yet their quote was $2725. I don't think so Family Plumber! The job was at the most half that. Unless you want to line the pockets of the owner I'd find another plumber.

Can't say enough of why we thing The Family Plumber is the very best! Yesterday we called 90 minutes before our final walk thru to sell our home because we had a plumbing emergency! Pipe broke under our sink, our floor, cabinets and my husband were covered in water. We called the office and explained our predicament and in no less than ten minutes Mike, the owner knocked our front door. He did the repair and even charged us a very fair price. We have been customers for over 15 years and they have always done amazing work. If your looking for a highly skilled team of talented people---The Family Plumber is always the ones to go with.
