I had to find a plumber fast. I had a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling, and causing lots of damage. I first called the Family Plumber in Los Alamitos. They still had about two hours left before closing, but didn't want to come out. Ok... I can understand that if they are busy. So, they scheduled to be there first thing in the morning. They didn't show up and called about an hour and a half late. When they finally showed up, they took a look at the problem, left, and said they would be back a little bit later. One hour, two hours... nothing. I had to have Johnson Plumbing come out and take a look. They got there on time, gave me a decent price, and repaired it, all within an hour or so. Family Plumbing never came back, and didn't call until many hours after the job was already completed by Joe Johnson Plumbing.

I am so disappointed by the service I have obtained from this company. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. They finished the job in a days time and charged me TRIPLE what any other company would have charged me, ( I've checked many other quote charges).

Good plumber that showed up in 2 hours, cleaned the main line and charged a fair price. I was able to get a quote in advance did not get any high pressure sales to do additional work. I will call them next year when my main line gets clogged.

I agree with the other 5-star reviews. Our kitchen drain was partially clogged/running very slow this AM. Tried the do-it-yourself way & gave up after 45-minutes. Called Megan at The Famly Plumber around 12:30PM. they scheduled a plumber to come by between 2-3PM. Ended up that plumber Rick came by at 1:30. Rick did a great job on the clog, fixed a leak in the garbage disposal & changed out the old p-trap and made both sinks flow freely again. Their price was very, very reasonable for the work done. I will keep their number handy for any other plumbing jobs needed at home. I would not hesitate to refer them. Rick's work is professional, excellent & fast. Thanks Rick!!

These guys are awesome! We've used them several times during our remodel and I can't say enough good things about them. They are fast, they do a great job, and they are honest. If you need any plumbing work, give these guys a call ASAP

Week before major cooking holiday Thanksgiving and they fit me in to repair my guest bathroom toilet that has taken upon itself to start a loud moan when you flush !! My relatives would not appreciate that at all so last minute I called, fit me in, gave me a time update early in the day when the technician would be at the later side quoted and another call just before he arrived. What service! Josh was knowledgeable about the situation, fixed it up quick and clean and out the door with a friendly goodbye. Now I have a family plumber I can call my own, always wondered when I would find the right one ! Thank you The Family Plumber for giving great service and the confidence for future help when I need it.

Mike/Vicky/Josh have been fixing plumbing issues at our house for years. From replacing the main water line to cleaning backed up sinks to snaking the main drain to the street, they have done excellent work on everything. Mike has even provided free advice for a house that we own in another state. The Family Plumber family goes out of their way to be helpful.

They always come quickly and take care of business. We had a horrible toilet clog on a Sunday evening and they were here asap! They even cleaned up the overflow and were so kind to my mom. I love these guys!

Sent a $110 bill to me for services two months after the initial visit, which was just to show up and make a minor tweak to our toilet. You can do better than these guys.
