I live in an older home with tricky, older plumbing. The Family Plumber has always responded quickly to my problem and sent out professional plumbers who have done a great job. Jan, in the office, keeps thing running smoothly. Recently, my laundry room flooded and I called the Family Plumber. Aaron came out and got to work solving the problem. My laundry room is tiny but he never complained or showed frustration about having to hop over the washing machine when he went to his truck. He always had a smile and a pleasant disposition. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me pictures on his phone to back up what he said. He cleaned up the area before he left. Aaron was persevering, competent and efficient. Our latest job involved the replacement of a sink faucet, and also several angle stops that had to be cut out and soldered after an upgrade.

Plumber Nicolas gave a solid estimate on the job cost, advised me on a replacement fixture, then came back and did the job. It was on budget and on time, good work all around.

Nic was a pleasure to work with, had a refreshingly enthusiastic attitude, and was a great representative of the company. I was pleased and impressed with his work, and he left everything looking great.

Called them to fix a clogged washing machine drain. They provided two estimates, including a Hydro wash, which we had them do. The washer drains very well now. Unfortunately, the technician inadvertently broke off my garden hose connector while connecting his own. After I discovered that, they agreed to come back here and fix that. As my drip system was also connected, the tech broke off that piece, (with the broken piece stuck in the hose-end) and recommended a rerouting of the hose bib and drip. As I did not want to spend additional money, Mike offered to do the re-piping for no charge, as long as I take care of the hose. I agreed and they did a fantastic job of installing a new hose bib and water shut off for my drip system.

I would highly recommend The Friendly Plumber.

Suffered from a slow tub drain for quite some time so I eventually caved in and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did since they made it so painless to have it fixed and now it's flowing like Niagara. Jen made it super easy to schedule a date & time for the visit and Aaron was on time, very friendly and professional. He also explained each step of the process, provided a very reasonable quote up front and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even siliconed the drain overflow as a courtesy. Nice! I really like to use family owned businesses whenever possible and their level of courtesy and professionalism made it an easy choice. They will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

We had a sink back up, so always, we called The Family Plumber. We have used them in the past and didn't search around for quotes. We just called and were booked for the following day. Nicolas couldn't have given us better service. The sink drain took a while because we haven't needed to unclog the drain for at least 10 years. I asked Nicolas if he had time to flush our water heater since the banging and clanging each morning has gotten more and more annoying. Our water heater is less than five years, but it has never been flushed. Instead of having my husband try to tackle this, Nicolas was able to get the job done with only one hitch, the value was full of deposit and he needed to switch it out to complete the job. Not only were both issues solved, Nicolas gave us professional, kind and patient service with all our questions. Carlos was a little late for u appointment as he was delayed due to his last repair but Jan from the office called several times so I never felt left out of the loop. My kitchen sink was clogged up and in a very short period of time, Carlos cleared the clog and left my kitchen sink cleaned too. He was very professional and helpful as I know that soon will need a new hot water heater and he discussed the options open to me.
