Paul has been to our home three times. The call today broke the camel's back. We had a clog in the bathroom and because they (Paul and Eddie) had to go on the roof it was $245.00! This is the same company which charged just at $500.00 for a garbage disposal and installation and replacing the flappers in two toilets on the last visit (one of which I had to reattach the chain after it fell off after Paul left). The capper today was they needed electrical access from the garage to run their equipment, I opened the door remotely for them. Paul brought the bill inside the home, I wrote the check and they left. Almost three hours later my daughter arrived and informed me the garage was (left) open. Paul may not have known where the switch is (right by the door itself); however, he certainly should have informed me it was still open. I have no idea of what may have gone missing during these three hours.
Their pricing is at the upper range; workmanship is okay, attention to detail is obviously a shortcoming.
You can do better than this company.

Family plumber came to give us a plumbing estimate - 45 minutes late. The estimate was much higher than anticipated and they couldn't get to it for almost a week. We called another plumber nearby - he got the job done same day at a third the cost and we were very pleased with the results. You can do much better than Family Plumber.

Absolutely top notch service! My hall bathroom double sink was leaking and not draining. They came within the time they promised and fixed it quick and neatly. Price was lower than I was expected for the mess we had. Looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend and I'm definitely calling them again when ready for more extensive plumbing services.

Our bathtub drain was clogged. We first called the smell good plumber, who not only told us that he couldn't fix it but that it was also going to cost $1100 to install new pipes. Family Plumber was our next call. Not only did they work around mine and my husband's horrendous schedules, they even tried to get out to us the same afternoon that we called. They showed up on time, completely friendly and helpful, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with any other plumber and call the best: Family Plumber.

These guys are the best, wish I had met them years ago. Replaced a hot water heater, came back a second time to snake out some drains and replace outside faucets. Always on time and professional, you can't do better if you need plumbing repair.

I've used the Family Plumber several times and our daughter who lives in Long Beach just had a tub drain problem. I called on Wednesday and was told they could not schedule an appointment until Saturday, However, later on that day I got a call that they would be able to come Wednesday and they took care of the problem. I can't say how pleased I've been every time I contacted them. In the future I will always contact them if I require plumbing help.

My home had undergone a major remodel and addition that the contractor was unable to complete. The rough plumbing was installed but much work was still to be done. After contacting several plumbers who would either not do the work or call back with an estimate, I was referred to the Family Plumber. Mike, the owner, came out and surveyed the work to be done and promptly sent an estimate. I agreed to have them do the work and appointments were made. The work would require several days to complete. Mike, Joss and Jake arrived on time and began working straight away in a very organized and professional manner. Leaks were found and repaired, spa tub was set, finish plumbing with fixtures was done and a new copper main line installed. This just some of the work done. Mike, Joss and Jake are friendly, professional and very conscientious. They listened to my needs and were very accommodating. Communications for appointments and schedule adjustments from the office were great. Overall I would highly recommend The Family Plumber for their professionalism and integrity. They really seem to strive to do the best possible job for their customer, a very satisfying experience for me.

I was helping my parents to look for a plumber to repair the leaking water pipe in the front yard.
