I loved this company however they sent an unvaccinated plumber to my house.... A doctor's house. I asked if he was vaccinated and he said no, he doesn't need it. I told him to leave my home. please people do your part And as a company you should take great care assuring your personnel are vaccinated. This is not a joke. It is deadly. I don't care if you don't get sick, you can spread this disease. The ignorance is unbelievable. Unfortunately, due to the response from the company I will not use their services any longer.

I highly recommend The family plumber. I called on Tuesday to have a water heater replaced. They came on Wednesday with a new water heater, installed it and took the old one away. The pricing was fair and the work time was quick. The technician, Stewart, was very professional and a pleasure to have working at my home. He had a smile on his face the whole time even though he had to move his truck several times due to limited parking where I live. I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues.

We have used the Family Plumber for both elective upgrades (a whole house pressure control valve and a new water heater) and urgent need (main clog and back up at faucet/sink leak). They are the best. First of all they have a24 hour service and messages are returned first thing in the morning. They are prompt, honest and reasonably priced. We will not use anyone else.

The work I had done by The Family Plumber was satisfactory. Some mistakes were made when estimating the work that was needed. Mike thought I needed to install a drain in the upstairs laundry room. He didn't see the drain under the washing machine. He also thought that the faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced. There was a switch on the faucet that needed to be turned on. When he completed the camera inspection on my new home he said he would not charge me for the inspection if I completed ANY of the jobs he thought need to be done. His plumbers replaced the water heater, installed a pan under the washing machine, repaired some gas lines in the backyard and removed an old water purifier under the kitchen sink. His secretary left a voicemail that if I didn't pay for the camera inspection it would be turned over to a collection agency. I had discussed this issue with her several times. She told me several times she would take care of it. I always payed immediately for the work they completed. According to his secretary the camera inspection ""went along with a sewer pipe repair"" which they had not scheduled. I immediately payed for the camera inspection ($350) and will have any additional work completed by Harry's Rooter and Plumbing.
