So thankful for their 24 hour service. My toilet flooded the night of Christmas Eve (10pm) and I needed emergency plumbing services. There was a steep dispatch fee but I was desperate, so I agreed to pay the fee - the end result and peace of mind was worth it. I will likely use them again for future plumbing needs.

My experience was not good. We needed a plumber because of a problem with water supply to the toilet. I sent out a few quote requests on Yelp and this was the first guy who replied. He did tell me that the service charge is 29.95 and assured me that if the problem is not fixed there would be no charge.
When the plumber came - and I understand it was the owner - he saw that the toilet was old and basically refused to think any further or to try to diagnose the problem. He offered two expensive options: to replace the toilet or to ""rebuild it"". My husband tried to explain to him that the problem is not with the toilet itself - he could see that because he took off the relevant valve and saw the water is not coming into the tank at all. He *would not listen at all*. All he wanted to do is to replace/rebuild the toilet and charge the money. Since then the problem went away of its own, very glad I did not hire this company. Of course they did not refund the 29.95
P.S. you can see from his reply what you are dealing with. Lots of emphasis on the supposed expertise, which was not in evidence. I am aware we can replace the toilet, and we will in due course when we do other work on the bathroom. However, when we do hire a plumber for that it will be a plumber who *thinks*, not one whose attitude is ""I am an expert, give me your money"".

Shawn continues to assist us and in fact, we hope to use him as our normal plumber now. In fact, we just found out this morning we're going to have more work for him because we found a leaky sink. He's great to communicate with and very honest, I can appreciate that in today's world. Prices and quotes for his service are outstanding!
