Received an in-house estimate to replace a gas water heater. He seemed very knowledgeable and his price was middle of the road. A few other plumbers mentioned Wash Gas/Energy Star rebates on their heaters and suggested other plumbing fixtures that I should replace so I called Elite Service Plumber to see if they did the work also.
The person that answered the phone was very curt and off putting. I first asked about the make/model of their gas heaters and available rebates. He simply said ""We don't do those"". I then asked about the price to replace a regulator valve and change out some shutoff valves as well. The response was ""Couldn't tell you. Don't have my tablet in front of me."" and then a long pause waiting for my response. I thanked him and hung up. I would think that most people that want business would ask for my contact information to get back to me with the appropriate information if their tablet wasn't within their vicinity.
He probably does quality work at a decent price, but I wouldn't ask him for quotes on other jobs in the future.

Shawn is a pleasure to deal with. He knows his stuff, he's responsive and accommodating, has a solid set of principles, and he's a nice guy to boot! In this day and age, it's a relief to find someone trustworty. I will be calling him again for future plumbing issues.

Super friendly. Easy to work with and, I felt, honest with his pricing. I would recommend. He replaced a main cut off valve, cleaned up some funky piping along with it, and replaced a hose bib. Definitely on my list for any future plumbing needs.

Great service, very professional. Shawn came to our house to fix a backed up shower. He wore a mask, gloves and shoe cover (which my wife and I greatly appreciated given the coronavirus situation). He did a thorough investigation before doing anything, and ended up fixing our issue very quickly without any major work, saving us time and money. He also took the time to explain to us how our system works and what was wrong. We will definitely be calling these guys next time we have an issue. Thank you!

In the midst of the Corona Pandemic I had a plumbing emergency. Bad timing to say the least.

I called Elite Plumbing and was able to get a repair done the same night. Shawn the man who fixed the problem was fabulous. He also gave me some recommendations that hopefully my landlady will respond to. He explained them to me matter of factly and said he would be willing to talk to her about the situation. I appreciate this as I've lived in my place less than a year and have had problems with that toliet before.

I had a job completed by an un licensed handy man to save cost . Boy was that a mistake . If you own your home don't ever do that just pay the higher fee and get the job don't right the first time with warranty . This is our basement bathroom only used by our teenage son and kids after sporting events. Shawn came out for and estimate and came back the next day to complete the job he did charge a small service fee and it was taken off at the end of your total . Shawn was an experience professional who new what was talking about . He was able to diagnose my issue right away . I am a Registered Nurse and professionalism cleanliness and safe practice . No more handyman call Shawn !!!

I needed a plumbing issue resolved, and Elite Service Plumber came through for me. The communication was top notch before they got to my home. For those who may be wary during this time of the coronavirus, Shawn and his assistant arrived with masks and gloves to not only protect themselves, but also me. It was very much an appreciated measure.

As for the work, they fixed my issue - back flow valve, quickly and professionally. On top of that, the price Shawn charged for the service was more than fair. Zero complaints.
