Fantastic and prompt service. Initially called on Saturday for a sump pump repair and got an appointment for Tuesday. They called me Sunday about an opening and came right away. After opening up the pit and explaining my options thoroughly I decided to have the unit replaced. They cleaned out the pit well and installed the new unit and verified operation. Great work and will do business again!

Slow leaks created by oxidized joints were hidden behind a basement bath bulk head in a 1949 brick house.
Next day after inspection, they collected the required parts then proceeded to cut pipe to install compression fittings into a maze of criss-crossed failing pipe lines.
Outcome was a work of art.

The plumber that came to my house, Anthony McDaniel, was a consummate professional, and I can't remember the last service technician who was completely honest the way he was! My daughter had done a partial repair of our bathroom sink, but had a problem completing the work. He advised us what needed to be done to finish the job, and gave us other recommendations about a few other plumbing issues we were having. My daughter and I are both living on fixed incomes, and don't have much money to spare, so we try to do what we can as to minor repairs. Anthony was very kind, friendly, and humorous, making us very comfortable, and respected. I would call The Drain Guys in a heartbeat for anything plumbing related, and I see why they have such high ratings. I will recommend them to all of my friends! Came out for a free estimate for a outdoor spigot that wasn't flowing. Turns out there was a shutoff valve we weren't aware of in our rental. Plumber showed us the location and tightened it up a bit to prevent leaks. Super prompt and professional, would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with this company! They were able to quickly get me scheduled to address my piping and pressure issues. Chris came to my house and was able to quickly assess the issue, provide honest guidance and explained every step, including making sure he had the allotted time to come back and finish the job. He returned to days later, went above and beyond with all of his work and made sure I was satisfied. He even went ahead and addressed another issue that I have been deciding on doing for a few years. I cannot recommend this company enough. I felt the cost was very fair and honest and Chris did an incredible job.
