George was SO great. I called him with a plumbing emergency and he was able to come out in 45 minutes and fix it right away! He also helped with my kitchen sink while he was here. He is incredibly kind and sweet but also thorough and hard worker. We will for sure call him back next time we need him :)

Our main sewer backed up on a Sunday, which is very tough day to find a good plumber. Was very lucky to have found George from the Drain Defender and he was very prompt and cleared my main drain quickly.
George explained that tree roots were causing the backup and by using just a snake it would have only cleared a small hole but he cleared all the roots using hydrojetting. He is professional, courteous, honest.
I highly recommend hiring George, the Drain Defender. He will be my go to plumber from now on. God bless you George!

George and his team are great. Responsive, respectful and honest. He was able to come in to do a clean out the next day and provided an estimate for our repair. We have had ongoing issues with roots in the pipes. He gave us a fair price and brought extra crew to complete the job in 1 day instead of 2. Our walkway pavers and a portion of the yard had to be removed to access the pipes and they were very careful to not break anything and maintain a clean jobsite. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for a stressful repair.

George, the Drain Defender will be my new go to plumber! Five star experience! He came quickly and was courteous and friendly. We had a serious clog in the kitchen which was overflowing from a broken sewer clean out plug. He gave me his quote, and I explained that we were a nonprofit, so he matched the lowest bid that I had, to help us out.

He was also helpful in addressing my questions and general concerns. I would hire George again as I found him to be both informative, skillful and generous! I pointed out a terrible water hammer issue in our restroom. I had previously asked another plumbing company which suggested opening up the walls to make sure the plumbing was strapped to the walls. George tried something else first: he lowered the water pressure and resolved the problem. I really appreciate having an honest plumber I can count on.

Coming home from a walk with the dog I noticed water shooting in the air from a pipe on the side of my house...flower bed flooded! I tried to turn off the sprinklers at the control box but nothing was working. I turned to yelp and started randomly dialing anyone who provided emergency plumbing services. Thank goodness the Drain Defenders answered. They helped me realize this was something a gardener or sprinkler company could handle and offered to connect me with people they trusted. The gentleman on the phone walked me through turning the outside water off, and even asked me to call back so he could make sure I was able to get everything shut off..AND to make sure I still had water running inside. All of this happened at 8 o'clock at night when I'm sure all he wanted to do was check out.
I'll have my gardener make the fix tomorrow, but am so thankful for The Drain Defenders help tonight. When I'm looking at vendors, genuine niceness goes such a long way. Hopefully I don't have plumbing issues anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling these guys for sure. Thank you!!!
