My kitchen sink backed up I called around a few places, then checked yelp of course and I went with my instinct, good thing I did I have never met a more honest plumber in my life! George came within the time frame he promised and fixed the sink and it was less than he quoted on the phone in under ten minutes! if I could give ten stars I would!!!! These guys are awesome! Super quick! They came out same day, less than an hour after I called (and it was a non-emergency too!) Not only that, but they treat you like family - with respect and care, and they were super honest about everything. They want to do things right for you. We needed to get our sewer line cleaned after we bought our house and they told us what we needed to do and didnt try to add anything on we didnt need - they even showed us a lot about our plumbing/sewer line and educated us on what was going on! I had a clogged kitchen sink. I called Drain Defender and left a message . My call was returned in less than 5 minutes. George arrived within the time frame he predicted and had sink working in less than 3 hours from my call that morning.

He was very courteous, explained the procedure and gave me a quote. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area .

George and Jordan and their team of workers were great! I read a lot of the reviews on here and was wondering what the deal was. They are just a fantastic company. Straightforward. Honest. They get the job done. They take care of you. Communication. Reliability. They have it all! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a tree growing roots into our sewer line causing clogs. They figured out the issues and had us up and going in an afternoon. I'm really grateful for their work. Low impact. Fast.

We had a small square that needed to be removed from our driveway. This morning as I was leaving for work the concrete guys were finishing up. They had already arrived and done the work, and were wrapping up as I was headed out the door. Service, and friendliness, follow up are top notch. Most companies could learn what customer service is from these guys.

Our drain pipe always gets clogged because we have a problem with tree roots. The water in the bathroom wouldn't drain. We called a plummer and when they came they couldn't fix it so they recommended ""The Drain Defender."" They came immediately and took care of us right away.
