First of all, we called with an emergency on a Sunday. A mushroom (Yes, a mushroom!) was growing next to my dishwasher, & I was freaking out. Mario showed up on time, fixed the issue promptly, removed the mushroom, & explained that our dishwasher had been incorrectly installed. No extra charge for coming out on a Sunday. Awesome.

GEORGE WAS AMAZING!

I searched plumbing companies on yelp and this company had such great reviews that I decided to give it a try.

I called and the receptionist took down my name and # and told me that George would call me back and he was good at getting back quick...he sure did...he called within 5-10 minutes and i told him the issue and said he could be here in 30 minutes..He arrived within 30 minutes!

He was very nice, introduced himself and dressed in uniform head to toe..Living alone as a woman, it's nice to see someone represent who they are.

He put on shoe guards so he wouldn't track in any dirt, he looked at the issue and quoted me right away.

I also had another small issue with my upstairs bathroom sink and he quickly checked it for free and fixed the small issue it had no extra charge..

He quoted about an hour and took about an hour! A man of his word.. He had to unclog the toilet and brought his equipment, did the deal and cleaned up after himself.

After the job was done, he actually charged me $10 less than what he initially quoted me.

Amazing experience...same day service... awesome customer service.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my toilet and shower clog and overflow with some nasty things---all of this happened on a Saturday night at 10:00 pm last President's Day weekend. I immediately went on yelp on called three ""Emergency/24 hours"" plumbers. George and his son came bright and early on Sunday morning and begin fixing the problem. The two other companies that I called said they couldn't come until the following Tuesday---Whaaat?! I thought there were 24 hr plumbers. Anyway, George and his son were on-time, courteous and knowledgeable of the issue. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and they were in and out in less than an hour. They were even cordial with my two small kids. I would recommend The Drain Defender any day.

George is great! We had a back up while my wife and I were out of town. George came out cleared the back up and explained that I needed to have my sewer line repaired. He communicated great over the phone showed my father the problem. He replaced it quickly then when I got back in town a couple weeks later he came back to explain what he did as well as show me the line with the camera. He did not have to come back to explain it to me but he did. That is excellent customer service. When I called another plumber about the back up he want to charge me after hours rate as well as a high price just to look at the problem. I am glad I found The Drain Defenders they took great care of my situation and provided excellent customer service.
